I’m 23 look 18-20. Body language and confidence during a first impression is key! After that stick to it. If you lack it, fake it till you make it. I also noticed people my age and younger begin to call me sir because of how confident I appear and talk. Be assertive and don’t be afraid to speak up. I also lift and have a good physique.

Don’t make her the center of your life. I used to be like this and broke up with my 7 month LTR. I lost track of who I was because I was so engulfed about making her happy and how we need to be there for each other. I’d get a bit depressed too. But honestly it’s needyness and insecurity. The faster you admit to yourself the faster you’ll get past it. Remember the girl is there to supplement your awesome busy life, not be the focus of it.

Positive: Broke up with my oneitis LTR of 7 months. Entered as BP. Realized I entered in her frame and why our relationship was dying. I’m happy I ended things. Blocked her and deleted all pics. Studying a lot (graduate student). Negatives: I miss her from time to time. Only lifted once this week due to work and school. Confidence hasn’t been as high after break up. To do: lift. Socialize. Study. Internalize TRP. Forget about her.

I’m a future strength coach and here is my advise. You can do this at home easily. Buy a foam roller and or a hard ball for trigger points. Massage sore and tight areas to unlock the muscle tissue. Look up flexibility exercises and do them at least 5 times a week. This is really vague but you’re gonna need to do some research man.
