Upon some research in my state a parenting plan isn’t required. The guidelines I set in the filed divorce paper act as that and since she signed that she agreed to them that acts as a makeshift plan. That we both have to follow

Thank you so much for all the advice I’ll for sure read through that again. My new girlfriend is a teacher as well and is wonderful with my kids and no matter how hard she tries my ex can never find a negative thing to say about her. My is bipolar and a narcissist so she has her good days and her bad but I can’t complain too much because she is a wonderful mother. I think her main struggle is like you said not having the control over my life anymore

Yes I am in Indiana. All of those decisions are decided by us and so far it’s always been civil and have had no issues but now that I want to bring my new girlfriend to my family’s Christmas is what’s causing the issues. I’m on my way home from work but I’ll reread through the entire packet for that judgment. I haven’t read it since the day I got it

Thank you for the advice and the reassurance. We actually have no parenting agreement in our case. We never even saw a judge for our divorce I filled the paperwork she was served a copy that she signed and returned and 60 days later the dissolution of marriage decree was filed by the judge and mailed to us both.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
