If someone is having issues with Porn addiction in general I'd recommend EasyPeasy and maybe a bit of Nofap. Add in some study of RP knowledge for good measure. But it's up to them to follow through on that stuff. Your health is your responsibility and that includes mental health. If guys want to sub to OF then there's really nothing you can do to stop them.

Her brother — another founder of Allhers — ... He interviewed many female consumers about their experiences on these platforms... I'd wager he did a lot more of the heavy lifting than conducting interviews. Ironic that the marketplace for women was created by a man.

You did the right thing. Women are literally the gatekeepers of sex but don't want to accept that responsibility. In this modern era of equality where a woman is absolutely capable of working to support herself and child I don't understand why the man has to be trapped into an antiquated system other than to fleece him of his resources. That being said I question any man who wouldn't want to be there for his own child. But if he is there for his child I don't see why he should have to pay child …

It does happen a lot. I've seen it several times where no charges were pressed. Occasionally a restraining order but that requires very little where I live. Unfortunately simpciety doesn't care and many people just 'believe all women'. False accusations can be treated as defamation and pursued legally by the accused. But by that time the social damage is often done. People won't change their minds just because of the results of a civil suit.

You've got to forgive her and give yourself permission to move on. Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and hoping your enemy will die. Or whatever the old quote says. I know you have a lot of feelings and you'll have to process that shit out, it's not easy. Find a male therapist to work through it with if you have to. But if you let this person keep controlling you by living rent free in your head you will never be able to move on. The resentment and bitterness will seep out and poison your…

No Fault Divorce is BS. That's the primary incentive for women to leave and take men's assets. If a couple has children they should be required to go through at least a year of couples counseling seeing both a male and female therapist before filing 'no fault divorce'. Otherwise, I think this crap need to be repealed. And if "No Fault" is the reason of divorce then Alimony and asset separation should be off the table. Child Support should only be allowed in cases where the father does not wish t…

Marriage and Divorce laws and treatment of Men and boys in education. Those are the most legitimate issues of men's rights because they both involve treatment under the eyes of the law. EDIT: Saw another comment that brought up parental rights, also valid but I forgot initially. Would lump it in here. I might also add the discrepancy in sentencing between men and women for the same crimes. Although sentencing laws take certain things into consideration that account for some of these discrepancie…

I'm hesitant to take credit as I'm sure someone has said it before. Just a play on 'Military Industrial Complex'. I never liked the terms 'corporate media', 'mainstream media' or 'legacy media'. None of those felt like they properly defined what we are dealing with.

Porn is a huge issue particularly for men. That being said I don't think it can be blamed for the current trends in marriage. Men have been slowly waking up for at least the last couple decades and many have decided it's better to go their own way than to get tied up in a system designed to trap them and take them for all that they have. If you want to understand human behaviour it's important to look at the incentives. What are the incentives for men to marry? What are the incentives for men to…

Nice I'll check it out. I've thought a lot about this AI issue and I agree with you. Great change is coming in many ways. Man a lot of these replies are kind of proving your point unfortunately. It's a mixed bag like all subs. But in it's best moments there are legitimate discussions on real issues. The main issues imo being marriage/divorce/family rights and reproductive rights. There are other relevant issues that may not technically be legal rights. I think people are more offended by his persona than what he is actually saying. Most of what he says is pretty generic self help / redpill stuff packaged as 'alpha male' personality. Teenage boys are going to resonate with his character. The same way they might resonate with a professional wrestler or an action movie star. Or worse a juiced up fitness youtuber lol. "Life finds a way" as the old saying goes. Pregnancy is both one of the hardest and easiest things to do. It's not unheard of to get a woman pregnant the first time you have sex.

If she decides to keep the baby make sure you get a paternity test. From the sounds of it there is a high likelihood you are not the father. I guess if she wants to abort it that's her choice but the letter thing is cringy, weird, and manipulative af. I would just straight up tell her that. Or maybe claim you also have a psychic connection to the child and write her letters back. /s Either way I wish you luck man this sounds like quite a pickle. Edit: added /s just in case.

This is a big issue right now in education. I've seen examples of many scholarships and programs only for women but I'm not aware of any for men (there could be some but I just don't know). In the US universities have been using Title 9 as an excuse for all of this even though it's in opposition to the actual law. Title 9 is supposed to be about restricting discrimination against sex in general. It's not supposed to only serve one side but I guess that's not how universities interpret things. It…

Yeah the media brainwashing is 100% real and intentional but I don't want to get into the weeds. A lot of the Teen/High School type of movies were like that. The cheerleader would be with some dickhead jock but the nerdy guy really likes her. I don't understand it either. Even for men the idea of a 'career' is only worth it if you have a good enough reason. Ironically the traditional incentive was to be able to provide for a loving wife and children to come home to every day. Most people don't want to work all the time even if they run the company.

The draft seems archaic at this point and should probably be removed. Most of the modern military units require months of specialized training and some even need degrees. It would be hard to draft for anything other than frontline infantry which itself is becoming more advanced and also a smaller part of the military pie. At least here in the USA. In direct defense of state or country I also don't see the need to draft so much as I think lots of men would willingly step up to defend their homela…

Jewelry as an investment is a bad idea and letting someone else freely have possession to your 'investments' is outright foolhardy. Buy gold sovereigns or silver rounds and stash them somewhere. If you want to buy jewelry for your gf fine. But make it necklace or bracelets. Never buy her a ring unless it is 'the' ring.

I think surrogacy is unethical. Farming out a womans womb and then taking away her child seems awful even if she agrees to it. The fact that women do this for a few grand is crazy to me. It seems very selfish of both parties and totally inconsiderate of what is best for a child. That's my two cents.

You have a point. To me it doesn't seem much different from prostitution. Although there is no actual intercourse. It's strange to me that it's legal to pay a woman for sexual media of herself, but it's not legal to pay her for sex.
/r/MensRights31/08/22 11:19 PM

I knew I would get this response perhaps I should have clarified. Yes technically and legally speaking consent should be required by both parties. What I mean is that if a man claims he did not consent to sexual intercourse what are his chances of legal recourse? What are his chances to even be taken seriously by other people? If a woman publicly claims SA by a man, the man can be socially ostracized and cancelled online even if the woman took no legal recourse at all. She will be taken seriousl…

Less than 2% of men commit most of the violent crimes. And most of them will end up dead or in prison for a long time. Yet somehow all men are seen as potential predators. Ice cube once said "If you a scared mothafucka go to church!" And I concur.

One of the first things I learned about sex is that they pretty much all say "I'm on the pill". Don't take their word for it. IMO women should have the onus on this one. They have many more options for contraceptives and they are the ones who control access to sex. It is their consent which allows lawful intercourse, not ours. But try telling that to society at large or people in general. If you were to use a condom and she was 'on the pill' and she told you she was pregnant, I would get a pater…

1 is kind of like MGTOW, but at least MGTOW is somewhat hopeful of living a good life. Even if it means no love life. 2 is basically where we are at imo. And it's just getting worse. What do you mean exactly? I don't see how violence could help this situation at all. Do you mean just random violence against women? That sounds horrible to me and it would only make things worse. I'd just like to live in a world where I could possibly find a good wife and start a family and not have to worry about losing everything because of it. A bonus would be to stick it out long enough to see some grandkids grow up and build some actual generational wealth in my family. Ending no fault divorce would be a big step in the right direction. At this point I believe marriage is entirely too risky for men to consider. Especially if you aren't wealthy. I always hear people say "if you don't…

You have a good point. When I was in High School and even after most girls would be appalled if their nudes/vids got leaked. Now it seems like every single mom on the block has OF. I've never been on OF, never subscribed, never will. To me it seems trashy. She's making a lot of assumptions here and this is all anecdotal. What about dogs that like men but not women? Have they been abused by women? I have met many dogs like this, especially female ones. Does that mean women abuse female dogs? Sure some dogs get abused but from my anecdotal experience abused dogs can be quite defensive towards all humans. Not just men or women.

I really get sick of hearing women say that men don't have 'emotional intelligence'. We hear this all the time even from our own family members. Men just realize that feelings are not a good barometer for reality. We process them while still maintaining composure and rationally approaching situations. Isn't that a display of 'emotional intelligence'? I think men have it covered.

I think we can have a good discussion on this topic. I have thought quite a bit about co-ed work conditions. If a company wants to only employ men or only women they can choose to only hire men or only women. Now they can't just openly say they are hiring based on sex because that is illegal. Dang I'm 5'8 and I've never really had that problem. I feel bad for the real short guys because I think at a certain point women really do care about it. One thing I've found is that putting on some size helps a lot. I think a lot of women like muscles more than they dislike short height. You don't even need a gym membership. I wish I had a link but I was reading somewhere that most male suicides don't have anything to do with mental health. Men are much more likely to commit suicide over catastrophic life events (i.e. losing a career type job, losing a home, a major health diagnosis, losing a family, getting a long prison sentence, etc.) Apparently men were more likely to deal with mental health issues in general by developing addictions. Again I don't have a link but maybe someone else can find it.
