So I got an interesting call from her psychatrist from the IOP program. I basically sent an e-mail documenting what took place over the weekend with the cheating. The psychiatrist is convinced all this behavior is a result of mania and she is not ready for IOP and wants to refer her back to the hospital (perhaps a different one as this is now the second discharge). This is tough for me because she’s failed 3x already at us trying to make this work. This morning she seemed more genuine and confused when I responded coldly when she asked me to feed the cat, buy her more moving boxes and buy milk. I said NO to all 3. Why?
