She thinks she can do whatever she wants and fix it by saying she loves you. Run dude. Also I would love to talk to these men that think it's okay to pursue married women. Probably won't happen since most are cowards.

I tell my kids everytime I'm with them that they can ask me anything and if they hear anything they don't like they can ask me about it. She has been good in that part so far.

Sorry you're going through this man. It's something I'm afraid of.

Delete your social media. Stop looking at hers. If she knows you can see what she puts up she will do it on purpose. This woman sounds terrible, which should help you move on. She knows you're hurting and is telling you mean and horrible stuff. Start imagining yourself in the future without her and stop imagining this person giving you another chance. Sorry you are going through this.

I knew all this going in. Wish I stuck to the plan. Realized I had to take these steps 3 months into separation.

Hit the gym, eat right and read. Good guys are hard to come by no matter the baggage. Good luck to you.

Do not take sadness into your day with your daughter. Show her you deserve a day to be honored. Fathers are a very important part of a child's life no matter what people say these days. I'm going to be with my 2 children and the whole day will be about us. No sadness or negative things. Us fathers deserve to be celebrated and you happy.

We had an agreement not to date until after the divorce was final. I had all intentions to be normal and okay with meeting the new guy when it happened. She broke that agreement so now I'll have some fun with it. I'm a big guy and he looks like a little guy.

You have to browse. In short don't beg or smother. Work on yourself. Make yourself attractive. Earliest you talk to a lawyer the better. Sorry you're going through this.

Go to a meeting in your area next time. Alcohol will make everything worse.

I took the same approach when my family asked me to stop drinking and get help. I'm soon to be divorced. I've gotten help and stopped drinking completely. It looks like it is too late though. Trust me don't choose alcohol over your family.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
