It is probably the easiest starting point that helps you fix the most issues. You are forced to leave your place. You are forced to talk to pll. You have to read up on nutrition and how to loft properly. You exercise your willpower by going through with the programme Etc. If you made these thongs a habit then it will be easier to talk to other ppl, pick up other books, do other things you would give up on before. At least it works for me that way.
