Thanks. I bought us an investment property a house on a lake we wanted to turn into a vacation house and a place to retire. I have a $7,000 boat. It's 2017 women don't just get to take everything. I had the money for the down payment for the house before we got married. So at most she gets half the equity from the past year of home owner ship. Fml. I would love to move but I need my job where they understand my depression issues.
