Again you sound like someone speaking from a place of trauma/ distrust which isn’t normal. If you’re freaked out and wary of someone giving you cookies 🙄but you don’t blink twice about engaging in sexual activities together I’d say there’s most likely an underlying personal issue. Also this isn’t for people who casually sleep with friends it’s for people who want to traditionally date for marriage.

You’re very cynical and pessimistic? It sounds like you’re speaking from a place of hurt and trauma. How is someone a psycho for baking someone cookies lol 🙄

This isn’t for people who are casual about sex or sleeping with people on hookups. This for people who are pursuing thoughtful intentional courting for the purpose of marriage.

Wasn’t necessarily a planned “making the first move” most guys would be turned off I think. I didn’t dump all my feelings out. I just said in a playful / matter of fact way “well I don’t want to be your friend” during a conversation we were having about how people were starting to assume we had something going on (before we did) Married now expecting baby #1

But I mean plenty of average looking people with average personalities end up married? What’s stopping it. Are the men aiming to high? Are women who are 4’s and 5’s aiming for 8,9,10’s? What’s going on?

Agreed I don’t think they would care about the actual box but more so the time and effort that went into the whole experience. I mean I don’t disagree I think it should be done with thought and intention and personal to the receiver? I don’t think anything I mentioned was overly feminine perhaps it’s actually the way I write- regarding the examples they can also be modified to suit a mans individual tastes. I think there’s nothing wrong with baking some cookies? Some women think they just have to turn up and be pretty but isn’t it nice to do something sweet and thoughtful every once in a while?

This is very sweet and it doesn’t have to be that you’re a romantic type it’s just letting someone know they’re appreciated and special :)

You’re very abrasive and masculine for a woman- the way you communicate is very vulgar and impolite for such a light hearted topic. You can communicate a differing opinion without swearing and carrying on. You say you’re a dominant woman and you want a more dominant man- just a heads up dominant masculine men aren’t interested in dominant masculine women.

I would say over thinking comes naturally to women and it can be a form of bondage but deep thinking isn’t negative. I personally try to steer clear of over thinking. You can definitely give emotional support to a man who’s going through a hard time by encouraging them telling them you understand but then positively redirecting them to the next solution or step forward by asking questions to initiate brain storming. Men don’t want to be pitied or molly coddled but thoughtful listening and uplift…

I agree but Im also wary about encouraging women to deep think about all the layers to something simple to avoid potentially coming across in a bad light. It can be hard and give stress because over thinking can become a burden. I also think it becomes a bit orchestrated. Women can initiate things it’s more so what they initiate that matters. Some things men want to initiate only and you’d obviously be aware of that but initiating a sweet written card or some brownies isn’t masculine. If a woman…

I love that you used the term “mom effect” because that’s what the vibe women are afraid of giving off, and that’s what men avoid. It’s totally valid- but I think sometimes we don’t understand femininity. Women can do these sweet things not because he needs it (like a mother provider) but because he deserves it. He doesn’t have to have the need to deserve something nice.

I didn’t do this until after marriage- my husband and I are more conservative but yes physical pampering too. I cut his hair now and bought him beard balm he really loves. Also lymph drainage massage is a good thing to have up your sleeve! Especially if they are an asthmatic or hay fever type.

I think if she/he doesn’t appreciate it why even go on a date and share time to begin with? This is for people who are serious about courting and marriage, not for your 4th time meeting a guy off bumble and you want to be cute because you want a boyfriend. It’s definitely not for casual dating with no future goals- this would be for people who want to follow a more traditional route of courting, then engagement then marriage.

I actually left redpillwomen because of this. I was told I lacked compassion and empathy for holding the opinion that a woman who hates motherhood and regrets her child because she doesn’t have her ‘own life anymore’ (and envies divorcees with split custody) is selfish.

Strange for a woman to share her standards with you. If she’s on a date and seriously looking for a relationship she’d more so want to prove that she’s worth your standards. And to be even in a date with you you’d think she really is interested in you and values you- I could be very naive in saying this though. It almost comes across as impolite? The pregnancy complications increase with age and at 30 most eggs are gone. The success of bouncing back is also dependent on age too young being more doable. Anyways everyone has their own choice to make 👍

I get it and I definitely understand you but I also think the majority of women who say they don’t want kids will regret it. I think only a small minority will be happy with that decision long term. When you’re older and your looks have already faded and you don’t have anyone around or a legacy to carry on it will be lonely. Just a thought to consider. A life of loneliness or 3 inches more on your waist🤷‍♀️

I’ve heard it used a lot for women who get their nails done and take personal grooming and beauty as being high maintenance that’s all I’m saying and that still costs $
/r/RedPillWomen12/08/22 03:36 PM
3

I’m not disagreeing I’m just saying you have to know either the background or current financial state (we do here obviously) to understand what it would look like when women say “I’m high maintenance”
/r/RedPillWomen12/08/22 03:35 PM
1

Noo don’t be so doom and gloom! Babies are awesome and women should be having them in marriage ofc just be at a healthy weight before and don’t over eat in pregnancy and give yourself time to heal after and then get back into exercising don’t let yourself go!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/22 03:30 PM
4

Then we would need to know what they are defining as high maintenance. That can mean a lot of things. It doesn’t necessarily mean a woman who wants a fast car and a closet full of Birkins. Any woman from the upper middle class could fall into being “high maintenance” simce it’s quite broad and that doesn’t require a 1% man.

Having just a low body count isn’t enough or being pretty and feminine- you have to work on yourself and deal with flaws that will be burdensome for your future husband. Every woman has flaws that we need to either deal with or find solutions for before we marry. You can’t do that work when you’re finally married and your husband has to deal with the transition. Many men complain that women these days do not meet the same standards that women a couple of generations back met easily. How is that any different then traditional young women today that say men of high quality and value are few and far between? You can be a high value man and not be a part of the 1%. The term “high value man” isn’t just what the manosphere/red pill community decides to dictate the definition as. You can be a high value man and not be a millionaire. I’m not using it as a definition related to materialist wealth or monetary gain. I simply mean a high value great man who a lot women’s fathers were/are- because of the difference in generation. Even my husband says men these days are effeminate.

I think men can read way to into it. It’s less about you falling short and more about the woman. A woman may do sexual acts that are extreme that she most likely doesn’t even like or care to repeat with a guy she feels she has to impress not because he is necessarily more attractive or successful but because there’s a part of her that’s insecure she won’t be accepted and seeks to be praised. I wasn’t comparing casual sex to war (which you know) (and is a straw man argument on your end) I was applying your same illogical assumption to a different scenario. You can have soul ties with people for sure they can be both godly and ungodly and they’re not always gained through sex. Ungodly soul ties formed through sun can also be broken through prayer and fasting. David and Jonathan had a godly soul tie knit between them and they weren’t homosexuals engaging in sex it’s because they had a bond and Jonathan loved David as himself. 1 Samuel 18:1 Now when he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan lov…

The bible doesn’t teach fornication = automatic marriage For example King David slept with Uriah’s wife Bathsheba and had Uriah killed in battle. He then took her as his wife. David is part of the lineage of Christ and in the New Testament there’s a chapter that gives detail of who is in that lineage and God intentionally refers to Bathsheba as wife of Uriah not David. Becoming one in flesh doesn’t equal marriage. It’s that becoming one flesh is only made for marriage outside marriage it’s sin. …

/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 03:13 PM

Being able to endure something better because of your design and makeup doesn’t automatically make that thing fulfilling and healthy. Logically we can’t make that assumption so it’s not a very good argument against my position. (Reading into my use of the word “designed”)
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 03:12 PM

Actually the bible gives many warnings to men to flee fornication and not give in to lust and to enjoy the wife of their youth- which shows men have a natural desire to fornicate that is higher than women. So I would say the bible upholds my position that women are not naturally inclined or able to come out of casual sex as carefree as men. Also this isn’t how I feel it’s just a fact and more women are talking about it even more liberal types and starting to see “hey maybe what we’ve been taught…

My husband and I have talked about this and you’re right it is a vulnerable thing. A woman is not only physically vulnerable but also open emotionally receiving. Don’t move in together before marriage it’s one of the worst things you can do. Not only do you start playing husband and wife without the commitment but it also increases your chance of future divorce and can also lead to a reluctance in men to marry. Why should they logically? It’s not shallow to expect a grown man to shower and brush his teeth. It’s also far from ‘metrosexual’ or being effeminate. Don’t set the bar so low for a guy for some sort of pseudo masculine trope. Masculine guys are clean guys. I would be mindful about anyone male or female displaying behaviours like this because they often relate to deeper issues that can rear their ugly head in marriage. Having a conversation about boundaries and limitations about interactions with the opposite sex will show who sees a future in the relationship and who doesn’t. To put it simply you’re not going to risk losing someone who you think is your future husband or future wife whom you’re invested in because of some interactions with the opposite sex. I hate feminism and I don’t believe in egalitarian biblical marriage roles The man is the head the wife submits she was made for the man Paul refers to this relating to genesis but the wife isn’t just there to fulfil reproductive needs she has a complimentary role which is biblical it’s the whole reason she was formed for the man My point is you shouldn’t be with a woman who doesn’t have a fear of the Lord who isn’t self aware and knows to discern when she is emotional rational and trust you log…

Brethren refers to the body of Christ because it is addressing the body of Christ which includes women You’re caught up in a false doctrinal lens of the bible and you’re blinded Are you born again? Have you become a new creation in Christ? Are you dead to yourself your self will and what you want in life? Is Jesus Christ your Lord? What are you doing with your time on this planet?

With older teens no in fact male teachers should be around high school youth especially mentoring them but I always find it odd being a younger woman in early childhood education myself seeing this shift of men entering this sector.. they’re often very jovial feminine sensitive types For younger age groups like children and infants I don’t think children benefit from male teachers or educators they (should) get the modelling and positive reinforcement from their father if he is in the home

I get what you’re saying but if you conform to what is culturally more predominant around you you will not attract a man that is masculine (values/ seeks a feminine woman) What I find is if you stay secure in your femininity the men around you will actually start to adapt If they are rough with you or manly towards you don’t reciprocate remain feminine and those around will adjust Also just in terms of science more men are attracted to feminine women then masculine so it’s not like you’re going …

Even so to be woman is feminine to be man is masculine Sure we can have little bits of the other sides traits but lining up a row of randomly picked women versus lining a row up on randomly picked men There is that naturally existing contrast I think we don’t need to over complicate even over intellectualise these things

A husband won’t demand sex from his wife when she is ill and cannot be intimate he should be aware of her state too If a man asks for sex when you’re sick I would say he has the dynamic wrong A woman is available and remains inviting but the man should be loving and intelligent to know when she isn’t able to not put her between a rock and a hard place

If you’re a so called Christian woman and you won’t submit to your husband because the word submit triggers your gag reflex you need to get into the word Women need to be born again and walk in the spirit to fulfil their role in marriage Gods curse to eve was that she would strive to rule over her husband but be subject to him

Look into her mental health Treat her like an older masculine nurturer if your father is passive then it’ll only make her more masculine Assert your desire to protect her and care for her that you have her back as your little sister Do stuff together that she likes so she can feel taken care of but then start to do things like suggest exercise etc I’m unsure as I’m an only child

How a woman can add to a mans life with her emotional intelligence and intuition - being able to discuss the options with him but still allowing him to make the final decision - strengthening his interpersonal skills especially if he is dealing with conflict/ needs to mend a friendship etc she can give him more insight or perspective - a woman can often be more intuitive so she can sense perhaps another’s intentions are off she can be discerning with people - women can encourage a man to pursue …

I agree definitely this can be adding bricks to the mummy/son dynamic path You shouldn’t be playing wife whilst not being a wife his just your boyfriend he hasn’t committed to you like a husband can so why play wife You can court be feminine and display submissive/ nurturer traits but you’re over stepping Men don’t need to buy the cow when they get the milk for free (sorry it’s harsh but I think it’s the truth)

Don’t confuse intellectualism with intelligence it’s a trap Some of the most intellectual people I’ve met have been the most foolish Also men have a natural logic due to them being more emotionally stable (problem solving/solutions/stress management) never underestimate this skill they might not be the most articulate or think in an abstract way but when it comes out it’ll come out and it’ll be a good sobering wake up call trust me I’ve had this My partner knows I’m an “intellectual” (I rarely w…

If says he will help Saturday then let him questioning him and over analysing will just annoy him. 3) have a conversation and tell him “It’s not that I need you to do my role to make me feel loved and appreciated I need you to UNDERSTAND MY ROLE so my hard work and way I love you in my role is valued and recognised…

I also personally find that a man who always wants a woman to initiate sex is passive and I find that actually emasculating. It’s very masculine for a woman to be pressured to be the sexual initiator. A woman expresses invitation and availability with joy but she doesn’t need to be the pursuer. The man needs to know he can take it and there can be times when a woman has needs and can approach her husband but it should still be an invitation.

If he isn’t valuing you or loving towards you you need to understand if he is actually aware and doesn’t care. The issue with not expressing how you feel is you will turn resentful of him. If he does know he is distant and doesn’t care doesn’t want to make it work I would suggest therapy. I hate to articulate it this way but if he has you bending over backwards and he has no guilt or heart to treat you more lovingly and step up too why would he- he has you doing what he wants and he can get his …

Adultery is wrong and a man that cannot control his sex drive isn’t a man worth staying with in fact it’s very unattractive and illogical Men should have emotional depth and should value a woman who has completely surrendered to him emotionally and physically (even by having his children) if he doesn’t see the value in this and how precious this is then he shouldn’t be considered a high value man I as a Christian woman don’t find some of redpill men’s ideology healthy I think it teaches men to b…
