Man, a lot of the comments on here are harsh - sadistic even - but essentially they’re all true. She 100% cheated. You’ll hamster and look for reasons to believe she didn’t, but she did and you need to accept that. If she was innocent she would’ve told you when they guy sent the dick pics but she hid it and you know why. Also she admitted to meeting him and again you know why. Good luck man, but if you sincerely came here for answers, you have them.

You're basically doing PHUL which is pretty effective. I did that for 8 months with a HIIT rowing session on my off days and lost 30lb in body fat. Here is the workout i used which is similar. https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/phul-workout

The truth is, after lifting and changing some parts of your mindset, there is still a long way to go. Very true. High SMV also doesn't mean shit on its own.

I'm pretty new here, but maybe i can offer you some advice given that a year ago i got divorced. I dated my ex for 9 years before we were married for all of 10 months. She was fucking one of my (ex) best mates. She is a HB9 (i mean she is one of the hottest women you will bang, no exaggeration). She was intelligent, had a graduate degree and great prospects. She is funny and bubbly and sweet. To the objective observer she is pretty much as good as a guy could do. But most of all, she's replaceab…

In fairness, she doesn't know what i make, i just threw it into this post as i thought it was relevant. She knows i do well given my lifestyle etc and what i do for a living, but no specifics. She also knows that my ex got Zero from the divorce.

Thanks for the reply, taking the emotion out of this is critical for me, easier said than done though.

I know what you mean, the boundaries issue had me thinking, "How fucking poor is your critical decision making process, you're chances of career progression are screwed" Thanks

I am going to do something along the lines of the break suggestion - or at the very least tell her that i'm going to take a step back. Thanks for your post.

Thanks for breaking this down so pragmatically. Appreciate your thoughts, thanks.

Thanks, this helps. I find it difficult to stop rationalizing or justifying certain negative elements. Like, "she didn't actively lie, she just didn't exactly tell me when it came up the first time" or "She tries really hard and does a lot of stuff for me" when in fact she works with the guy and i know i can't trust her now so no LTR is possible. Perfect RP mentality and frame isn't an on/off switch, i counter intuitive at first. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
