you don't have to lift 85% of your one rep max , for example i can bicep curl 30 kg 5x5 , but i can also bicep curl 23 kg 4x8 reps . English is my 3rd language so its kind of hard to explain . Point is you have to lift heavy with many reps and be on caloric surplus with enough sleep .
