They're not banging them. True alphas would hire them as paid pre-selection. In the office they keep it all business, rejecting them with smothering indifference.

This accomplishes a couple of things: increased performance as they compete for attention/favoritism and avoids the harassment charge.

Bonus if they've planned ahead and covered every non-restroom space of their offices with around-the-clock audio and video surveillance with off-site archiving. Bulletproof.

Publicize the crap out of your all-hotty staff. This would drive the owners' SMV up in the local marketplace while simultaneously pulling in the well-heeled yet hopelessly-beta male customer demographic in a very competitive market known for deadbeat non-payers.

Do I think that's their plan? Not really. But it might work. It does in the bar business.

Those dudes have wives, I bet - and those wives are likely ON IT making sure those bitches know who the queens are.

These guys hired all women to pay them less and get greater control. They don't want ambitious upstart dudes in the company running game that may or may not be congruent with company goals.

You can completely shit on a female employee and they'll dutifully show up for work everyday.

A man is going to expect a real paycheck and push back when the bosses get too stupid with expectations. If the bosses cross the line too far, a man is more likely to quit or do something far worse - like sell out your competitive advantage to the competition.

What this tells me is that these four "Kings" want to be able to treat employees like shit and get away with it (as long as they stay away from sexual harassment).

Being attractive loses it's power in the workplace (except in sales if the girl knows her shit). When it comes to being bosses and running a company - it's all about money. Trust me, this is all economic strategy and not sexual strategy at all.

I have weird thing at my office - a girl get's knocked up, takes a leave for couple of years. Because of that some reception girl gets promoted. Vicious cycle of office poose increase and rotation. I shit you not, my boss told me he has to talk girls out of having kids time from time, and girls have an informal waiting list of who will have a baby next.
So this way we have 14 guys and 30 girls in the office and the ratio keeps on growing.

If you look at the pictures of the men, there is one guy in particular that you just know is getting half the pussy all to himself.

To pull this off in the United States, you would have to 1) have balls of steel, and 2) already be rich, to deal with the inevitable legal problems. I also don't think you would ever be able to fill up the entire staff with girls that are at least somewhat bangable. It would set off too many alarm bells.
