The exact same! They never use We in a kind way or to indicate they care or that they’ll help. They use it to place the blame equally. Or to even push it more onto you.

Or the unattractive women would literally still be hot but with glasses/dowdy clothes and be given a makeover to show she was really beautiful the whole time!

It’s like when something shitty happens or a man does something awful and the comments are all: wow people suck. What is people about this? If a man committed that act. I’ve seen this on news articles about things that are highly specific to men such as sexual assault.

Love this! I want men as friends and allies, but anything more? I don’t want that nor do I need that. Also I am bi sexual with a preference for girls so I can still find a happy and fulfilling relationship far away from men too. When you let go of wanting their approval your world opens up.

Yes 100 %. And I feel lucky as a bi sexual woman to have that freedom and choice. All the relationships I have had with men have been unsatisfactory in some way. From more extreme with abuse and emotional manipulation to just being incompatible. It’s never felt safe or easy in the way a relationship should be. So I’ve made the decision to take at least a year off dating and in particular dating men.

There was a rape accusation against the good friend of a guy I was seeing and this guys main concern was how it would impact his popularity and association with this guy...not u know how the girl felt.

Flying overseas for a guy I had been friends with who I had fallen for (feeling was apparently mutual...lmao no). The whole appeal was this would be a fun holiday but I ended up paying rent which he demanded towards the end of the trip. He also yelled at me, gave me silent treatment and just generally was rude and cold and yet I still begged him to love me back! Multiple times!! He even called me out on being a pickme p much but saying “it shouldn’t have to be a pitch” when I was stating reasons…

I see couples of this looks equivalent walking around every day and the guy is STILL cheating on them and the girl thinks she’s not good enough :(( beauty culture and men really did a number on us. There is no possible world where that woman and that man are an equal looksmatch.

Yikes what a tool. Dump him as a friend. And hopefully she gets away from him. The bar for what men have to do is literally on the floor and they’ll still try to limbo under it.

You don’t owe anything to someone you haven’t met or made any promises to. Especially if they’ve already wasted your time. I tend to judge guy ghosting bc normally it’s done like well into a relationship but most of the time I’ve seen girls ghost men it’s bc they’ve been creepy or entitled. If you try to have a conversation with them they will try to change your mind.

Every single guy I have ever dated whether I dumped them or they dumped me has contacted me between 2-6 months later. Sometimes just a ‘hey’, sometimes a shitty apology and in one case begging for me back. In all these cases I had long moved on. But it’s crazy how that works. Once someone is an ex to me that’s all they are. I don’t want them back and unless there was a genuine friendship worth salvaging I don’t want them in my life. Most of the time these guys just end up jumping into unfulfilli…

Men are scarily obsessed with blonde hair. I’m a redhead and had an abusive man I was seeing spam me with pics of blonde haired girls and telling me he’d find someone better if I didn’t dye my hair (I never did thankfully).

Flying out to see a guy I was in love with after he love bombed me (and even then there were red flags). Begging him and blaming myself after he yelled at me and slapped my hand. And then staying an extra few weeks because he begged even though by that point he was all red flags. So disappointed in myself. Never again!!

Yeah this guy I was seeing had one ex who from all I know seemed quite kind and lovely (& I think dumped him lol) but he never talked about her or seemed to want her back. He was just on & on about this ex he supposedly hates and who he dated like four years ago. He’d find like any reason to bring her up. So yeah, he romanticised the ‘toxic’ one. Kind of pitting me against her as well, or trying to make me dislike her, all to end up back with her as soon as we had any difficulties. If they menti…

This is in my experience extremely true! All of the guys I have dated have these so-called crazy exes (who they often tell me have BPD) who supposedly did all these awful things to them and ruined their life yet they are still so obviously in love/obsessed with them. Two of my last bfs would continuously bring up these exes, one even claiming he’d fly to New Zealand for her and get married to her even tho she had ‘caused’ him to self harm. The other would shit talk her but when we ran into her a…

I just blocked a guy I was very much in love with too! Technically things ended on my term because he was still trying to bread crumb and saying things like ‘why would we never speak again.’ I’m in a state of both relief and feeling a bit guilty but I know the latter will fade! It’s weird to accept that you’ll never talk to someone again but it’s the only way you’ll truly heal and move on to so much better. I’ve got to now give myself triple the love I gave him.

Men are very good at reading three seperate messages and only responding to the one that suits them. Which is often the least important one. It’s weird that men are known to be so direct. Not emotionally. They run away from that like it’s fire.

Well that ended horribly. I should have just blocked straight away but instead what I got was ‘you don’t get it at all’ to my critiques of his behaviour so that was a waste of breath. Got hit with a ‘sorry you feel this way’. Then when I called him out on his coldness just said ‘I don’t know what you expect of me’. So yeah. Should have just blocked. I’ve learnt my lesson now. He showed me absolutely zero kindness or warmth as I should have expected. Also a ‘life’s too short’ because I guess he’s…

Yeah after repeatedly telling me he was ‘so ready’ for this and waiting to start this new chapter of his life with me he dropped it on me that he was not over his ex at all. So double yikes.

Thank you so much! I’m definitely choosing myself first. I sent him a message saying are you awake because I need to talk to you. He just said no then sent a bunch of question marks so honestly there’s no point crafting out some message. He’s a child. Blocking is probably the best way forward.

I travelled for a guy I was in a LDR with. He was lovely for a few weeks but then started to treat me like shit, saying I wasn’t ‘challenging’ enough. Instead of going and doing my own thing I begged him to reconsider his opinion of me. I also bought him a ton of gifts while there and paid for all the food (+ rent even though he invited me as a guest). As soon as I left he went cold, suggested we weren’t right for the other and then immediately got back with his ‘crazy’ ex meanwhile I still begg…

The way men take emotionally from women as well. Back when I was a lot more of a Pickmeisha the amount of guys I would help emotionally who would throw me to the dust once I had helped them get back on their feet. None of them would ever do the same for me or other women.
