If there is an open seat, you could say something like “mind if I sit here for a couple minutes while I tie my shoe”? It could be total BS, but it is an innocent enough reason. The you ask your names, make a joke or two and then leave when appropriate. You should be able to feel out a decent time to exit. Are they asking you questions or no? If it’s early in the night they’ll be talking to you again if you made a good impression.

It probably makes a marginal difference. You might do up to 5% better if you are wearing stylish shoes compared to subpar shoes.

Any criticism of women or mention of a biological or evolutionary fact will get you labeled as a misogynist these days.

You don’t need to mention sex. A girl knows that if she is coming over to your place that it is a possibility or probability that it can happen.

The next date needs to end at your place. Do a light dinner/drinks (ensure you can sit close enough to touch her), perhaps a walk, then see if she wants to have a quick drink at your place. When you get to your place, you need to start escalating fairly quickly (within 10-15 minutes).

The more you text her, the more you friendzone yourself. You need to let her initiate most of the texts. And when she does, don’t respond so quickly. Texting is just a tool for setting up dates, nothing more. Dates are about one or two things: getting to know each other emotionally and physically. Badminton had little chance of turning into sex. That’s not a romantic date. You need to set up your dates more intentionally. Then you spilled the beans and told her how much you liked her after recei…

Ask more open ended questions. Find out what she is truly interested in. She might open up about something and then become more comfortable to ask you questions.

Not conspiring, but voting and doing things that make cultures clash. Is it a coincidence that world wars in Europe broke out not long after women started voting? Maybe.

First date as mini golf? It would definitely be fun as a second date, but I think the first date needs to be more low key. Drinks. Cheap dinner at an interesting bar or restaurant. My favorite is to get drinks at one place then dinner at another close by. The first date should be about talking to each other, and seeing if you are somewhat compatible. You can do that in mini golf, it is just that the golf is the main purpose.

A common mating strategy for females of many animals is to try to get males to fight for the right to procreate with them. I believe that human females engage in the same strategy on a macro level.

Sperm is abundant and eggs are rare. Therefore men are more disposable and violent. It’s evolution. You are right that the draft is totally immoral. It’s disgusting that we sacrifice men to brutes. Someday we will abolish the draft completely and it will be recognized as just as evil as slavery.

Many times just one. Sometimes 2-3. My experience is that if it hasn’t happened by 3rd date, it probably won’t happen.

I mean, isn’t the “my body my choice” argument moot after the same people argued for vaccine passports and mask mandates. They don’t seriously believe in it.

Yup, empathy is a two way street. It’s amazing how those who DEMAND empathy and sympathy never provide it. It’s manipulative beyond belief.

In my experience these girls will not be friends for much longer, especially if you bed one of them. I’ve seen it multiple times when girls fight over guys.

Not having a picture means she may have forgotten who you were. She’s probably got 20 males interested in her at any given time, she’s going to forget you if you don’t remind her. And she’s not going to go on a date with someone who she doesn’t even remember. It could have also went wrong with how you tried to get the date though. You might have left it flaky and given her outs. Maybe she gave you subtle hints about that. Either you have a date or you do not. Respect your time.

Stop being lazy and buy his damn book and read it if you really want to learn it. More than once. Take detailed notes. Make flashcards. You won’t learn it in 5 minutes, it would take months if not years to get good at it. You are looking for a quick fix to a decade long problem. That’s not how the world works.

She might be just nice while she is on the job. Usually a compliment from a woman is a sign of attraction. Every time I have been complimented, the woman was into me at some level. You should try to talk to her a bit more if you are into her.

I used to do this stuff too. It’s a form of self sabotage. The girl is not your therapist or your mom.

I think it’s best to trickle these vulnerabilities in over time rather than all at once. Even then, I would try to spin any vulnerability into a positive- i.e. you went through something and overcame it, and now it is a strength.

She might be in the marketplace, but the boyfriend girlfriend thing is really just a test run for a marriage. It’d be a little different if she was engaged or married to the guy. All is fair in love and war. You shot your shot. Just wait and see if anything happens at this point.

Totally agree. She thinks if you’re being a good little boy that she needs to be a good little girl. I find that playing “hard to get” with my money is a little better play. It needs to be done tactfully though. One time I had a girl pay for my meal and then bang me shortly after. Something about not paying makes them work a little harder for your affection. Whether you pay or don’t pay, you need to own it fully.

I don’t pay for first dates anymore. I’ve found that when I pay I’m less likely to have a relationship or get laid with her. Paying puts yourself into the future boyfriend category too soon, and then she generally treats you more seriously and withholds sex. You’re better off avoiding being perceived as a boyfriend until after you’ve played the bedroom Olympics.

Don’t take a break from approaching, rather double down. It’s just going to be more difficult to pick up approaching women again if you take a break. Grab a pickup book and read it for some tips. Then apply what you learned. Keep getting better.

I lived in a college town until 30. I probably overstayed my welcome by a couple years. College chicks are more interested in college aged guys for the social connections and they always have college stuff going on. It’s a bit awkward interjecting a 30 year old guy into a sorority girl night out.

I try to avoid that until it’s really clear she’s into me and even then, just hint to it. Ideally sex isn’t talked about until you have had it or about to have it. You should be comfortable talking about sex though if the subject comes up. I just wouldn’t bring it up. If she brings it up, tease her for it.

Usually I know if I want to fuck her before it gets to that point. I’ve dated girls I’ve met on tinder who weren’t nearly as attractive in person and I just don’t escalate to sex. Why are you trying to fuck girls you aren’t attracted to? To me, it’s already risky enough to have sex, so why take the risk for someone who isn’t attractive? Just seems like a bad idea. It will also hurt the girl emotionally too.

Guerilla warfare has been highly effective, so no, a military draft isn’t needed. It doesn’t matter whether the draft works or not - the military draft is immoral. It’s slavery to the government. It’s kind of like saying “who will pick the cotton?” after slavery in the Southern US. The important thing is to get rid of the evil.

Great hustle. Don’t settle for that batting average though. You can do a ton better with some tweaks. You can easily get up to a 10% date rate. Ditch the Nike shoes. I love Nike’s, but never wear them for pick up. That was impressive to your HS buddies, but won’t be to most chicks. Get a nice pair of real shoes. Somewhere between casual sneakers and business. Women pay attention to details like that. Also wearing a casual dress shirt makes a big difference too. You want to have a unique style, a…

Not makeup. Never really. If I’m taking an important photo and something looks off, photoshop. However, i do think it is important to take good care of my face. Wash it. Exfoliate. Put on moisturizer and other skincare things to ensure my skin has a nice healthy look to it.

There is always going to be someone who is jealous that you got with a younger and hotter chick. As long as she is a consenting adult and is fine with the relationship dynamic, then who cares what third parties think? You can’t please everyone at the expense of your own happiness. 35 is pushing it if you want to have kids, so you have a reasonable viewpoint on that one. You would really need to rush things to have kids with her if that is your prerogative.

If a country is invaded, you won’t need a draft because people will generally be sufficiently motivated to fight for their country voluntarily. However, if the home government is tyrannical, then maybe people won’t want to defend its political leaders. In either case, a draft isn’t needed.

To me, this is the end of the argument. The military draft is the greatest evil in the world that is still normalized. We have romantic views on war because of movies, but the reality is that it is absolutely gruesome. You are forced to kill or be killed. You are treated as cannon fodder. Imagine watching your friends get blown up in a fox hole and wondering if you will be next. Even if you manage to survive the war, you won’t come back the same person. As a side note, this is largely the reason…

You posted an unpopular opinion on the unpopular opinion board, and yet you were banned. You made the cardinal sin of criticizing a woman. That’s not allowed on the internet. I am not sure why women need to be infantilized even after pushing for equal pay, equal rights, etc? In my view this infantilizing mindset drags down a lot of the good women into this filth. Imagine going your whole life seldom being criticized, and when you are criticized, some white knight rushes to your defenses. More sp…

I feel bad for most feminists. Genuinely I see that most of them are incredibly unhappy and in their masculine. I don’t think I have ever met a happy feminist. They think that working in an office will somehow be more rewarding than raising children. I feel just as bad when I see white knights and beta males. They’ve all been lied to by ideologues, and continue to propagate the misery to others. Feminism has done more to harm relations between the genders than anything else.

Insane policy, that will inevitably be abused. Women should also oppose this nonsense. I could never respect a woman that supported such a law.
