Keep at it. Maybe if possible set aside a small amount each month and at the end of the year go somewhere close? I don’t know if that might be possible in your situation. I do know it is important if you are working hard to take a step back every now and then to relax, even if it’s just a weekend to go camping/site seeing whatever, so you don’t get burned out.

Don’t sweat it man. I’m (31M) and get the same crap from the guys I work with in aviation. Just be you and be confident in your, wise, decision to avoid possible mental, physical, and financial ruin by avoiding women. Misery loves company and trust me, most of those guys are in fact miserable and probably resent you to some extent for being younger and wiser than they were at the same age.

The idea I had was that running multiple clients/monitors at a time. This system isn’t going to be for one monitor. It will be running 4. Most of the time each of those 4 are going to have some taxing independent graphics on them. I figured because of this I might gain some actual use from an SLI/crossfire set up?
