Forgivable? She left him stranded he didn't have money, his ID,clothes, and importantly, took his heart medication. That it is a type of medication you have to see your specialist to get a refill he is stuck with no way to legally obtain it until he is hospitalized because something happened. Her actions could have killed him. OP should of filed a police report.

No man, it was domestic abuse. If you look at his responses she took his heart medication. That could of resulted in a fatal situation. Divorce that monster.

This is messed up she doesn't have to like your Mom but saying you can't see her ever again is fucked up and controlling. Not to mention, it wasn't just your Mom you went to see but also your brother, which you never stated she has issues with just your Mom. I will say this my husband doesn't like my Mom because of her general toxic behavior, but he won't stop me from visiting her. She is still my Mom also in order to see my sister it's a package deal as my sister has special needs and lives wit…

All can say is you need to have custody order submitted in so child support can be modified to $0 if she doesn't have the kid.

How long have you lived together? Florida recognizes common law if you lived together 7years or more. I'm also from Florida.

Is this child support or alimony? Those are two different things and if you have Primary you shouldn't be paying CS.

Get it in writing that she wants this so she doesn't spin it later that you abandoned her.

Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if ssa case handlers are told to ensure people get denied because politicians like to dip their hands in social security funds.

Not always I have seen cases where doctors are adment they need to be on it and disability still denies them. Also I don't trust the doctors that ssa sends you one bit.

This makes me sad to read. I had a closer relationship with my Dad growing up I know not all Mom's are the right choice. It's a shame that courts shaft father's with custodial rights. Like if he wasn't disabled and was working and she was the at home parent I'm sure the judge wouldn't tell her to get a job. This fucked up they want to talk about gender equality this isn't it. She was the bread winner and he was the one doing the child care. So he should get alimony and CS she is working daily an…

He doesn't know I posted here. My husband has been with him on the phone trying to console him. Unfortunately, we are out of state as my Husband serves in the military. My husband is the equivalent of a paralegal and he helped him prepare before he acquired his lawyer in the first round of court and was more prepared than his wifes lawyer it should of been open shut case based on evidence and this judge proven to be morally bankrupt and still sided with her.

He is in a wheel chair and of course social security did their usual intial denial that they give everyone I told him appeal he would most likely need a lawyer to see a disability judge. SSA is a joke. He has loads of medical records.

He has a Lawyer and today she was awarded 70% primary custody. I am disgusted that even with all the evidence presented proving she lied on record that this was the outcome. I'm livid because their son is being abused by her family when he is on her time. He hates it there and cried he didn't want to be there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
