My husband's bff from high school is going through an awful divorce. He is disabled and sometimes has to utilize a wheelchair and the judge told him to get a job and pay child support. I was floored hearing that his wife was the breadwinner and he was the at home parent and looked after their 4yearold son. His wife left their family home with their son under false pretenses and disappeared for 10days and he was served divorce papers. She even removed him from the county of residence.

The whole thing is vile and has the cheek to lie to the court he has never taken care of that child. My husband and I spent a good part of last year with them and it's clear he takes care of that kid he is smart as a whip,he understands basics of cooking as that is an activity they do together. He knows his numbers and abc's he is a well behaved kid over all yes he has his moments but didn't we all as a kid?

This woman even admitted to discarding his driver's license so he couldn't leave the house and she admitted this on record in the court. My mind blown that the judge sided with her. Advice to help his case for appeal they are in the state of Texas. Thank you in advanced.
