Well, to be honest I don't know shit about U.S abortion laws so I didn't say anything certain. But for the most part of world that should be first 12 weeks by choice anything over than that if there is a urgency that threats for mother's life etc. Also abortion over 12 weeks have greater risks so no one willingly wait for it. (At least people with average intelligence.)
