Oneits is almost like a RP right of passage that we go through. Those that make it through the other side come out far better and stronger for it. Those that do not perish. Tragic, but interesting. Cheers.

I recently had a great conversation with Rollo, and the main issue we're seeing is this thought pattern is branching it's way into ever facing of society: Not just general social consciousness but also into politics and into religion. This creates a web that makes it very difficult to maneuver in as there's no social support for any counter point of view. Interesting times we're in. Cheers.

Everyone starts somewhere, and you're at the beginning of your journey but it's great to see that you're reaching out for help, which is something that a lot of people don't do and it adds so much more time to their learning curve. On the plus side, you're aware of where you're tripping up so there's you're farther ahead than a lot of guys who are still blind to their own mistakes. In response to your question, you actually played it pretty well for a beginner. LMR is always interesting and some…

The problem with Nice guys is that they undeservingly give women the number 1 currency they seek: Attention. "Alpha" guys are scare with how they give out their attention and usually that precious attention is focused on other things (business, friendships, themselves, other girls). If nice guys ran a loan branch at a bank, and woman that walked in off the street what get approved for any amount, with no background check, due diligence or credit report check. Attention is the currency many women…

The only way to truly learn how something works for you is to go out and do it for yourself. A good RP quote from the Bible is "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." The theory is great to have, but it's utterly useless unless you put it into practice for yourself. Cheers.

I've been there myself, so this story hits home. I actually lost of V card to this girl I had bad Oneitis for, only realize looking back it was the worst lay I've had to date. But it's important to note that the causes of Oneitis are a scarcity mentality and the habit of building up a person in your head instead of going out and experiencing reality. Not always the easiest thing to share but thanks for doing so because it provides another use-case example for those in the community. Cheers.

The experimental process is fascinating. Looks like you've made great strides and have swung the pendulum to the far opposite side. now comes the part where you can dial it back a pinch so your ONS can become regular plates. Cheers.

" In 2016, 0\% of women were sexless in their marriage but 2\% of men were sexless in their marriage in the past year. Last time I checked every married woman had a husband. How the fuck is this statistic possible ? Oh yeah.... those poor bastards." That's an atomic-level truth bomb right there. Cheers.

When you raise a lion in captivity with gazelles, it gets torn apart in the wild when it's released. The same is true of incels. You have boys that are feminized and treated as defective girls, so once they are grown and released into the wild, life tears them to shreds. The main issue is that as men, the world doesn't care about are feelings and we must do. Women have the social luxury of being able to have their feeling expressed and catered to. Life does not work that way for men, so they are…

Practice doesn't make perfect...perfect practice makes perfect. You're making good steps, but now you need to get in the habit of pushing yourself when sober because if you need alcohol to Game you're relying on an external crutch. Keep on improving. Cheers.

That was a fun story, thanks for sharing. I 100% with the statement that girls are fun and women can be awesome. One of my issues with this sub is anytime someone mentions that women aren't 100% evil someone (or five) comes out of the wood work to rant about how Beta the OP is or how it's a fact they're all evil. Chill out, there's a lot of good women do to. Cheers.

Learning your Game efficiency is critical. It saves time, effort and energy. It's a parallel to how predators hunt in the wild, one must have focus, persistence, learn from failure and master their efficiency. Cheers.

We've all been there and it's unfortunate. This post might be able to help give some more background insight into the thought process behind throwing you under the bus. In short, the problem with Beta men is that they socialize like women which means they act more catty and stir more drama as a way to attempt to try bonding, much in the way female do. The problem is that it's never authentic and it's incomplete female socialization, so it never works out well for them in the end either. Cheers.

Great write up. I 100% agree, when you hold rock-solid Frame you'll get away with stuff you never thought you could. I've gone on a date with a girl, then told her I was going to hook up with a another girl after that date, and she wound up being a fun hook up buddy for 7 months. Frame is a powerful thing, but it does require some discipline to wield it effectively and responsibly.

Yes, that can be very effective. The key is to keep it covert and subtle and you'll see the hamster go into overdrive. So whether or not you have another plate, all she needs to know is that you have "other plans" that don't include her and her imagination will fill in the rest. Open/Poly Game works if you have a rock-solid Frame to maintain it. It can only ever work from a position of strength and abundance. I can see why a lot of people would not be open to the idea, because sometimes they bogged in absolutes like a relationship of any official form is blue pill, which isn't the case. Open/Poly Game is more like advanced plate spinning, in which plates are elevated to a higher status and amount of your time and energy, however they do not get exclusive rights. Men are…

Introducing people to the Red Pill is a tricky game, as most outright aren't ready for it. You didn't do anything wrong or Beta by trying to provide help for you friend, the only miscalculation was not knowing that he wasn't ready to play in pro leagues as his comfort zone is still in in junior league ball. I understand your sentiment, but I feel it's a bit bleak and misses the lot of the color in the world for the sake of trying to be hardcore black & white. There's a lot of spiritually meaningful experiences and relationships you can develop, they may not look like they did in the hunter-gather times but they that doesn't diminish their significance. Extreme radicals always present a danger because the pendulum can only swing so far before equilibrium is lost. I'll certainly say the modern world …

Being bitter shows a loss of Frame, because you're reacting to what someone did to you instead of making taking action for yourself. Hence why those attempts are seen for what they are, which is vain. It's much more productive to focus your energy on doing what's best for you. If they lurk and get envious, then that's a side effect of your Frame, not you giving up your Frame to try to provoke a reaction. It's not about finding women you can trust...it's more about trusting yourself so you know how much trust you can allot. There is no magical unicorn girl (or person) you can trust 100%, but once you learn how to deal with many different types of women you get a better sense of how to navigate things.

I think there's certainly a jaded sentiment that's been prevalent, and probably for good reason to; hence this post attempting to be a little bit of something different. But to each their own, the whole point of TRP isn't to hate women, it's to better understand them so you can use the information how you will. Women's aren't 100% evil just and men aren't 100% without fault. I think the one of the best things of TRP is that it helps you see the best in women when you experience it and I don't se…

AWALT rings true...this post is more of an homage to the good things women do. Too much of this subred is about all the negative things women do. There's a lot of good they do as well. It's amazing how quickly everyone leaps to the Oneitis or White Knight conclusion by acknowledging that women aren't 100% bad. Tisk tisk.

When going in for a hug, I make sure my cheek brushes up against hers on the way in, then when pulling back, I make sure it brushes again and then a pause a few inches from her face. The signal was clear, so I went in for the kiss and thing did escalate really quickly from there.

Hand holding is a great way to escalate, however, a good step is to let them initiate the hand holding and finger interlocking. I will offer my arm when going from one place to another as well, but I let her find my hand. Also a great way to escalate is walking side by side with you hand on the opposite side of her waist while your arm is across the small of her back. Sounds like you're still figuring out the fine line between escalation and letting them come to you...aka "push-pull." The radio …

It's a good book in that there's a lot of under-the-surface things that happen in human interactions and relationships, so it gets your mind to me consciously aware of. It's like social aerodynamics: If you are aware of the air currents and how they work, you can then channel them to better suit your own needs. This is the same for social dynamics. The whole point is to get you thinking and observing your situations and interactions with a more aware mindset.

Jeff Goldblum Game (aka The Eccentric Genius Game)? Essentially it's learning how to harness your eccentricity to help your Game style. If you look at a guy like Woody Allen for example, he by no means is a traditional Alpha or a Chad. Yet he's harnessed his eccentricity to work extremely well for him. I'd suggest watching interviews people who have worked with him have to say as a starting point...you'll see a lot of common threads from different people as they have fallen under his charm.

This post was designed to be a starting point for helping contextualize and understand your own individual game, not to fully define into a role. I agree, Game is very much custome tailored to the individual and these styles or archetypes, which we could get into the weeds and flush out, are much like base ideas that can be expanded upon, blended and diverged from, all depending on how the individual develops their Game into a strategy that works best for them. There's some good takeaways as you realized what you did to create the situation that was not good for the outcome you wanted. Being needy (aka thirsty) will always kill your game. I'd suggest the next time you take a girl out, save the movie for a 2nd or 3rd date, because that gives you time to build and foster attraction first rather than you meet and have to sit quietly for 2 hours. If she's not taking your lead then you have a few options: 1) She's fighting you every step of the way, in which case it's best to NEXT her because she's refusing to accept your Frame. 2) It could be that she doesn't feel sure enough to trust you, in which case you can slow things down a bit. If she eventually falls into your lead take note. This is basically going to be the tone for the relationship. She'll eventually go along, but not after some hesitation. 1) Stop looking for external validation. People on the internet, your "girlfriend," your parents and even your friends cannot give you the validation that you need, which is from yourself. Focus on improving yourself (work out, take up hobbies, cultivate interests). These are ways to truly foster your own sense of validation that no external source can give to you. 2) Life isn't easy and especially in your 20's it's not going to be all sunshine and rainbows...that's ok. Through the fire we are f…

I wonder what your sex life is like. - Keep the response light and utilize phrasing the address yet ignores the question. Always hold frame: Examples: "Only one way to find out." "Wouldn't you like to know." "That's classified." "I don't wonder about it, I just enjoy it." "Why, you planning to write my awesome biography?" What do you want from us - Not sure exactly what the full context is here...maybe you could explain a little more, like with an example? But off the top I'd go with similar res…

The real question is: What do you want out of it? You can spin plates, but your plates may have plates of their own, it's part of the game. It sounds like you want to have her be more focused and locked in on you without any interference. Not to get to personal, but if you're not sexually intimate with her then it sounds like you're investing too much into this and you're showing signs of early-stage Oneitis because she's the focus of a majority of you intention. Now I don't know you or her, or …

I agree with you point, that when you get into the weeds of things there are some hierarchies between the "lower tiers", but for this example I wanted to keep it high-level. The reason why the 90% of the sisterhood is place above the 80% of the Betas is more to do with the more general fact that the average woman has more access to sex and mating options than the average men. Sure there are 3's and 1s that won't have any real access to sex, but the same happens for guys on that side of the scale…

1) Yes, this is one of my favorite movie franchises as well (high five) 2) The focus of this post (and many other Red Pill posts) is not about women...might be a backdrop or a factor of many posts but the core of it all is about 1 thing: Taking charge of your life and improving yourself. I do love the irony pointed out which was something I found amusing as I was writing this post...Yes I agree, in the context of the complete movie Bruce is certainly the playboy (though he suffers from huge Oneitis) as does Bane. I can very easily see why you'd feel hopeless...The illusion is shattered and it almost begs the question of what is the point? I think what's liberating about the Red Pill is that yes, while you may not love a girl like you used to as a Blue Pill, you actually get to experience love differently and more completely than you possibly could. Blue Pill love is a one-sided road paved with self sacrifice and unhealthy obsession. Red ill love is seeing the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful of …

I agree..there's a lot of work to be done in the family court system, which is a huge stress factor for men. I'm not advocating for a societal collapse, the metaphor here is not aimed to be that meta. Instead it's about the personal battle we all face...so if Gotham in this case is the Blue Pill maxims, such as "Not all women are like that," "She should love me for who I am on the inside" and "the key to all relationships is communication," then yes, that's what needs to be destroyed.

Reality depression is a difficult yet critical step in going through a Red Pill transition. I've written a post detailing what that feels like here if you care to check it out: https://alphajedi.com/2017/05/29/the-ashes-of-gotham/ The hard part about facing reality is that it's really up to you to figure out and what happens next and determine your fate. I had a very recent experience with a girl that was with her boyfriend though she confessed to essentially emotionally breaking up him. Learn from other people and their experience to benefit yourself. You don't have to add this book to your self, just read it, learn from it, and give it to someone else. Everyone has to start somewhere, but the fact that you can break this down and look at objectively is HUGE. One thing I'd suggest doing first is to look at your phrasing of certain things...instead of saying "I fucked up here" or "messed up there," look at it from the perspective of you created a situation for yourself. I think you're seeing only the negative side of some Alpha traits. You can have "emotional intellegence" and still act Alpha...being Alpha is not about insulting and harassing everyone. Typically what it is is a playful teasing, like as if the girl is a little sister or is a friend. Teasing is a light-heated tool that yes, can spark some momentary discomfort, but usually it's a part of the bonding process that strengthens the connection that people have.
