Personally, I would recommend that you skip the alcohol completely, but that's up to you to decide. I would also suggest that you go a full month or more without the caffeine before trying the green tea or going back to caffeine. 1 month or more should give your system a good reset. 1 thing I can definitely suggest is the Wim Hof Method.
