Just posted above about the 5 stages of grief. That's why I always seek out BP examples and stuff like these on TRP. The more you feel it, the more desensitised you become. As Bar hopper says, I use it to drive me on to be the best for me.

Anger phase thinking. Keep reading stuff like this (rage porn), internalise it, accept it, and then you will be through the other side. I think this is the first time since TRP that I felt no emotion at all reading something like this. Logically however, I agree with you. It is a bad state of affairs. - We must take this and focus on us, become the better man, - that 10%er and not allow this kind of thing to happen to us. The stages of grief analogy of taking the pill is so apt, it's scary.

I did 5x5 for 5 mo. Recently started the 5 Day program laid out in Bigger, leaner, stronger. Not because I maxed out, more b/c I was wiped on the days between 5x5. 3 days of full squats killed me. Only one day a week now. - Also, I wasn't seeing the upper body gains too much. Strength was coming on, but size not so much.

Yeah. Good going Aechzen. Working around not having a squat rack is bad. Have had to do what you're doing a few times myself. But second Bogeys advice to hunt around for another gym.

All woman can be hypergamous, some aren't. Especially south asian traditional Muslim women They all are. Just like we are all wired for promiscuity. The difference he is saying that a strong patriarchal society (devout Islam) stamps on the hypergamous urge. Hence marriage 1.0 etc.

In all this urgent work, France and Germany must take the lead -together. Great Britain, the British Commonwealth of Nations, mighty America and I trust Soviet Russia – for then indeed all would be well – must be the friends and sponsors of the new Europe and must champion its right to live and shine. Therefore I say to you: let Europe arise!” You're getting angry now Klaus. You are making mistakes. Yes you have quoted Churchill well done. The man wrote a phenomenal amount on all topics (and pos…

No he did not. The White House confirmed that on Friday after the referendum. Back of the queue? Really? You believe that? 50 experienced diplomats in UK We have a fair few tbh. Soft power is kind of what we do.... I don't think you understand how this works That 2-year period that starts now Er. It doesn't. It does not start until the British Prime Minister invokes article 50. - There is no magical ticking clock until he presses that button. - And we're going to wait until we have a new Prime M…

Those values saved Europe more than once Klaus. You sure you want to belittle them? Remember reading how your entire country took up arms against the whole world for a poisonous ideology? Yeah, Our British values forced us to stand up to you. We were alone in the world in facing you down until 1941.

Touche. I will have fun with my GBP when the next EU country crumbles. Italy? Spain? Portugal? The Euro will crumble against the pound and once again, the German taxpayer will have to step in. (With no help from the brits this time) I am wondering why Scotland, North Ireland and London voted for remain but whatever you must know it better Easy. I do: Scotland is a very socialist country. They are heavily subsidised by the EU and the English Taxpayer. (Turkeys don't vote for Christmas) Northern I…

You as a country have once again exported a dangerous ideology. Your Frankfurt School has eroded the West. Your importation of millions of immigrants that you then tried to distribute throughout Europe was unwelcome and helped to firm up the Brexit vote. Once again in the history of Europe, it may be Britain and her values that saves you...

No, no conspiracy, they just misjudged their power. They kept hearing back from the Media (london) the banks (london) the middle class (london) that Remain would win. They basically fucked themselves because while they were circle jerking themselves in Fulham, Chelsea and Shoredich, outside the M25 people were finally happy to be able to voice there frustrations on just how many eastern european neighbours they must have. (Remember, immigrants don't settle in the nice, cosy areas do they)?

US already told UK they will be at the back of the queue Obabama has already retracted that. China said it will take at least 10 years and 500 diplomats China barely has a deal with anyone. And we buy more from them than we sell them. It'll come. EU so far said there won't be any deal Lol. You think? That was a pre referendum scare tactic. They are already begging us to start the negotiations early. (Therefore the UK is starting with a position of power)

Well done fella. Break that conditioning! I honestly think that any economic backlash will be short and sweet. Early indications are that EU shares are tanking a lot worse that the FTSE. (Which has already bounced back to last weeks levels, but the BBC won't tell you that).

And you are wrong ICR. British here. Our entire national foreign policy for hundreds of years has been to be separate from Europe. Close and friendly yes. But separate. Our goals over those hundreds of years have been to ensure that one nation does not rule/dominate Europe. - Whether that was France (twice{well a lot more, but two big ones}), Germany (twice) and Russia (crimea) - Not including all the jockying and cold wars we had over the empire. My experience is the reverse. I put Alpha Mindset into practice WAY before I started lifting. I saw good gainz in game. But not as much as when I started dropping BF and gaining muscle. The dread becomes more real when you're stacked. Also, how much do you think the lifting affects your mental frame? Would be interested in others thoughts on which - if either, is more important.

Agree to a point. However, 63k outside of the capital is top 10% of income. And yes, whilst it can always be topped by a lot of jobs, it is up there. That kind of salary does indeed attract the gold diggers. No need to wave your willy around.

Your age, height and nationality mate. The Baby rabies is strong in every "Acceptable age ranged" chick out there. From a TRP standpoint both are of the above are fine. Another BP boy is fine as it's less competition for our own properly raised boys. - Another serf for him to control if you will. And if it's a girl, well who doesn't want another fresh, pink haired feminist with Daddy issues? They are easier to game from RP standpoint. The decline has started, it is unstoppable, there are no solutions. Enjoy it while you are here.

Jumping in for UK Uni students. For most of the decent sized Uni's there is an Officer Training Corp. (ROTC for the USA)? They only recruit in Sep/Oct for the year. BUT; you almost immediately get 200+ friends and acquaintances. - Form RP circles there. The organisation is fairly RP too. - Fitness, confidence building etc. I am still tight friends with lots of RP type blokes from those days. Don't care if anyone joins, but feel free to PM me with any Q's.

"Those who disparage men and masculinity during good times cannot expect to be subject to their masculine grace in bad times. Those who discourage masculine pursuits and solid male relationships in their husbands' lives have no right to expect their "males" to sudden become Men, just because the power is out and the roof is leaking." Great quote. Googled it and great to see it's our very own u/IanIronwood that wrote that. Exactly what I was trying to say.

When the 300 went off to the pass, they went off in the knowledge that they were respected and admired. That their lives and sacrifice would mean something. That they would buy time for their culture to survive. "Toxic Masculinity" et al. Has destroyed this notion in many men in Western society today. We have nothing greater to strive for outside of making sure "me and mine" is safe and secure. Feminism (As stated time and again on here) - has demonised all that was once good of masculinity. - T…

"The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around. What do you see? - Business men, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system, and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it..."

"I'll suggest watching a film at hers" Same again, I think that this is too forward/obvious. For 2nd date, remind her that you haven't been out in that area in years and ask her for any good pubs/bars in her area. Suggest going out for one of those. Then flip the script! I agree with the posters above that your LMR choice was bad, why not suggest/order a taxi? Jumping in here. I am just finishing a six month deployment. Wife is due any day too. I've found the lack of good comms to be very useful. Can IM most of the time. So when shit tests and topics come up, I have time to frame a response or go completely dark depending on the situation. Your situation sounds similar to mine was. I'd recommend the Married Man Sex Life Primer, Athol Kay first. I found it helped me remember what I was like before we married and what she initially found attractive in me. Then maybe the Sex God Method, Daniel Rose. YOu'll see immediate gains from reading both. Then do the rest of the sidebar, keep an eye on this sub and the red pill itself to reinforce all this. Good luck!

Jump in here. LIFT more! - You say your SMV is not quite at her level yet. - You still aren't attractive enough. You need to raise your SMV way higher than hers. So much so, that she can't keep her hands off you. Remember, we want the hamster to do as much work as possible for us. A stacked and ripped hubby is one to be desired. - All that "I'm too tired" "Hurry up" stuff will melt away when your SMV is high enough. DREAD! - Remember the number 1 response on here for a LMR is an amused "Ok darli…

• Don’t be sexually judgemental in any way. A woman’s worst fear is to be perceived as a slut. She will suck your toes and take it in the ass if she thinks you don’t view her poorly for it (and she knows her friends won’t find out) • Don’t get angry at her. Women know that they have emotional outbursts and they need to trust that you can handle that. It’s ok (and necessary) to occasionally put your foot down...just make sure she knows that you are fully in control of yourself. • Don’t let her ma…

SO YOU WANT TO GET FUCKING LAID? HERE’S HOW. I wasn’t a sexist before I understood women. There was a time when I was blissfully ignorant. I grew up watching Disney cartoons, I believed in romance and “true love conquers all” etc. I wanted to find a woman who could be my equal, my partner. I believed in finding that one true love and being committed to each other forever. You know, like in the marriage vows, “for better or for worse, through sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer” etc.…

She's throwing you a bone. She wants you to pass that shit test in front of her family and show your worth and by extension her value in front of her family. Had something very similar except in front of my family. Think I went amused mastery. You should have seen the look on my mothers face. She raised a man. Proud/adoring etc all on her face. Wife was suitably turned on to.

OP, bear with me and this unintentional first outing/FR for TRP. So, about 2 years ago during a bad BP patch I took her away for a very special, sexy weekend. Had her go to the hotel room by herself, wine already laid out by hotel staff etc. I sat in a bar round the corner and sexted her. Do this, do that. Telling her I’m going to come in soon, I’m going to do this do that, throw you round the room etc. (Shout out to the sex god method as I’ve since understood why this blew her mind. DEVI people…

TRP helped him shake himself loose. Agreed. That is why Course corrections are hard. Like steering a massive oil tanker, can only be done bit by bit. And if the rocks can't be avoided in time? Tough.

Try reading the Married Rep pill. Course corrections in LTRs are hard. Plenty of FR's on the nuclear level responses men get to swallowing the Red pill. My wife tried one today over telling her I wouldn't be spoken over anymore. We were actually talking about who would get the car before she caved. "Oh you want a divorce, go ahead" Maintain frame and outcome independence.

I'd love to go with a beer with you two! Naive: Pretty much same background here. Northener done good and all that. Not elite University by any stretch, but work in a predominately Southener dominated environment where that "spine of steel" has stood me in good stead. Me, I see the N/S divide as pointless us and them. I have in the past stood all the Northerner jokes in a group of Southeners (Because I've heard them all before) while making eyes at Ruperts and Tarquins' girlfriends.....

Weaponised sex the last round. Weaponised Child this time. You did amazing last time. You just go ahead and do it again. IMO your response is the same as last time, - defer attention and call her on it when she blows. She made a promise to her mother (to get the feels for herself) then tries to fill that promise with your effort like you are an employee. Edit: Long time lurker and I think that this is my first post here.
