I'll add that the real estate market has appreciated in the last 4-years or so a lot more than any 401K has.

Therapists vary and they are human beings. Some will be better than others, some may be more in tune with what you want to achieve in life. I'd suggest that you have unresolved issues that are getting in your way and that a return to therapy may prove beneficial.

Whenever a woman self-proclaims that she's awesome/good-looking/quite-a-catch/above-average/in-great-shape/pretty, it's a bald-faced lie. Most women over-value themselves. This woman has a good writing style, but her content is not above an attempt at humor. Single mom/boss-babe/artist-type, no thanks, I'll take a hard pass on an insufferable woman/misandrist.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen20/04/24 07:13 PM

Misandry is a word that defines a concept, while the word might not be in general use, some women have hated all men for thousands of years.

I've been divorced for so long that I don't even remember the year of the divorce. The XW occasionally slips into my dreams, and in them, she's always nice and wants me back. I know that this theme is suppressed in my subconscious and suppressed well because this is not what I logically want. I just put it down to part of the healing process.

When one is young and inexperienced, piercings and tattoos may seem cool, but they do send a message and it's probably not the message that you would want to project. When you're 45 and lonely you will realize the follies of your youth actually subtract from your SMV.

The simple answer is that if your feelings go beyond friendship, then your in an emotional affair.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 02:53 PM

I successfully have passed through life with no tattoos and no piercings. In a woman, traditional one piercing per ear is fine, anything else is problematic. Tattoos and multiple piercings are the signs of an emotionally damaged woman, usually indicative of an unhappy childhood and an unhealthy family dynamic. There are videos on YouTube that explain why in further detail.

I'd like to think that there are degrees of everything, i.e. not every psychopath is all in for pure psychopathic behavior. I've always felt, as a man, that most of the truly successful men in business/politics/military/education are psychopathic to some degree and to some degree it is a requirement to be very successful.

Dear OP, this is an interesting proposal, but it would not work for me. My feed on IG features many beautiful women that live overseas, are too young for me, and are in the top 10-20%, clearly too expensive for me.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/22 08:11 AM
3

I'll use a couple of analogies since you asked so nicely (no sarcasm). Firstly, let's establish some parameters. Let's say that a female had gone through her party years and has accumulated a high N-count. As she approaches the point where she will want to settle down, say at 29 or 30 years of age. She meets a man and they enterre a relationship and eventually ask the question and because of the peculiar dynamics of sex in this day and age, her N-count exceeds his by several magnitudes. Most men…

I'm not going to argue this with you as that's clearly what you want. You don't have to have to like it, but that's how men feel, and throwing some labels at it means absolutely nothing to us. There is nothing you can do or say that will change our feelings about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 02:19 PM

It depends. As a man, I would not value a high N-count woman highly, to put it mildly.

There’s being fiscally conservative, politically conservative, and being socially conservative. Some are all three, some are not. So in the OP’s post, there needs to be some better context as to which or all that he/she is referring to. In my life, I used to be all three, but as I have aged, I would describe myself as fiscally conservative (no debt and money in the bank), moderate politically, and moderate socially.

I too am divorced (once) about 16-years ago and kept all of my major assets. You and I think alike on the condition of women in our age range. It is not shallow, IMHO, to want to be with someone that you are attracted to, and because of many factors, only a much younger woman would catch my attention at this point in time.

Lots of laughs with this one and I particularly like the very last comment. I agree with the title and wish that the OP would have constructed the rest of the post to support it, no offence, OP, but the body of your post does not really support the title and if nothing else, it rambles a bit. So back to the title, i.e. the reason why so many men only look for sex, etc. I will agree with this assertion for the most part, if not in fact in total. I don't have much experience with OF, but I am a regular on IG (I have more posts than most) and I will say that the fake boobs and fake lips get tiring. One can instantly determine what a woman thinks is her best attribute by what has prominence in the pic, i.e. boobs, ass, etc. I do think many women on IG are attention-whores and by seeking attention they are also seeking validation. I am going to have to agree with everything you said and will further remark that it's insightful on your part. I tried several OLD platforms about two years ago. My results were low, I'm in an incredibly small market, and in my age range, there was literally no one who even came close. I work full-time in retail groceries and that's pretty much it for my social life. I have my own interests and hobbies and usually perform them solo and find them very satisfying. I would like a relationship but …

1.Men generally get few matches and little attention from women on dating apps compared to the matches and attention women get from men. 2. While men are not immune to using filters, facetune, and like like, the practice of altering one's digital image is more prevalent among women. When a dating app user's photos are very edited, they likely don't reflect how the person looks IRL. 3. There are bots. Men outnumber women on OLD by a significant margin. While this is often remarked upon, I've neve…

All things being equal, i.e. equal body counts, I would choose the escort if I were attracted to her for her experience and the fact that she actually had to work to please a man for her income. I would then expect her to please me. The Tinder women would most likely not have pleasing men at the top of their list. And pleasing a man encompasses more than just bedroom skills.

Concur on your second point with a proviso, your standards as a woman might differ than my standards as a man for the bell curve distribution. As an example, I work in retail, and is 2.5 years have met many ten-thousands of customers that I have interactions with, and can come to some conclusions about gender differences when it comes to logic and reason versus ruled by emotions. I will beg to differ from your first point. I will say at this point that you seem very intelligent.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/21 11:20 PM
1

Not altogether, as we are also products of our environments, so it is possible to go beyond the biological imperatives, but few actually do. I have met only a handful of women like that in my life. I have met many logical men. But I feel that both men and women can be placed in their own bell curves where exists outliers at each end. Some generalizations can be made based upon the distributions of the bell curve.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/21 10:39 PM

There is the concept of biology, some feel that it shouldn't be a factor in modern life, but many thousands of years of evolution makes a strong case for it. I'm not going to tell you that you need to be controlled or bred, I sure that it's blather from some rather base individuals. I can say this for me, emotions has a very low role in my life and logic and reason have a very high role in my life. YMMV.

Again, I feel that is not dehumanizing, but, as you point out, is a tool that does not evaluate the whole of an individual, but there has never been such a tool available that would measure all of that in the seconds it takes to evaluate someone's appearance. All of that evaluation process would have to occur after the initial attraction, and that attraction would have to be mutual to plumb those depths. It's the only tool we have. And it's clear that you and I have completely different opinions…

I have known personally just a handful of millionaires in my life and none were introverts. I wonder if there is a study on this subject as I would be curious. I will also posit that there are degrees/shades of both introversion and extroversion. In my particular case, I was in my mid-teens, in a new state, a new town, and a new high school. I told myself that I could start over from scratch and ended up the class clown.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/21 05:26 PM

I’ll make this one simple. Most women want type-A personality men who are real achievers. An introvert is the polar opposite and there are not many billionaires that are introverted. As a side note, at one point in my life, I was an introvert, but decided that I could remake myself into an extrovert and did. So I have lived the majority of my life as an extrovert. I have some type-A traits but do not consider myself to be a type-A person.

Reminiscence is for those who can't live in the moment. We all have to deal with the situation as it is now. I live in the moment and for the moment, for life is short, and if we allow it to, it can be filled either by disappointments or triumphs. And one life-lesson I have learned is that the past is dead, and that the debts of our pasts can never be repaid to our satisfaction.

I am not going to disagree with you a you are reinforcing some of the points that I have made. What I will say is that every man has experienced rejection (and some women as well) and that as men, we need to learn how to deal with it, to not have great expectations (I term this ratcheting one's expectations), and to not put women on pedestals as very, very few of them deserve and/or have earned it.

I will generalize and say that at every decision nexus point that there are always multiple choices, i.e. more than two, although not everyone will see that these other choices existed at the time. Most people view a choice as a binary set with only two possible outcomes. In reality there are many choices available, and not all of them are scripted by and sold to us by the mass media. I'm not settling for anything less than greatness, so I'll take a pass on your used vag filled with someone else's DNA in liquid form. 18 and pregnant ain't a good way to start your adult life.

Yes, ladies, your body count does count. Your quantity and quality of your previous sex lives matter. If you were even a temporary porn star, that counts, and the story of how you got into making a porno also counts, as it may show some proclivities to being a whore. Hiding your body count will eventually work against you as you will inevitably run into someone who will have an idea of what the count is and will be willing to share it. so you've had 50, 60, 80 chads in your body cavity and think…

Nice video pick. The one's I've seen are drop dead gorgeous, tall, and outgoing, which would question me to think that the hiring practices for these women are worse than an average woman would expect applying at Hooters. Pharma gurlz.

But your battery level was only 12% in the screen capture. Living dangerously my friend. One might ask how this girl/woman become conditioned like this to become bitter and entitled. I suspect that she might be attractive base upon the limited body geometry given us. Has she always been a lot-better-than-you type of person, raised by a cast iron bitch and her cuckold of a husband? Where will she be in 10 years when she turns into a land-whale?

Replying to LawyerInTheMaking, first excellent analysis. From my experiences in a long life, I rarely run across an intelligent woman, and in my current hobby-job in retail, I meet hundreds of women a day, let alone in a week. I am off of their radar screen, so I get to observe them and have some interesting interactions with them. For me, there are 2-types of intelligence, mental and emotional, and it's the proverbial unicorn to find a woman that has equal measures of each. I could be attracted…

/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen02/07/21 08:07 PM

"I'm a catch, but I'm picky and Hate men" Then WTF are you doing on a dating site? Why do women say often that they are funny or have a good sense of humor, how is that attractive to a man? I don't care if a woman is funny, if she's not good looking, IDGAF. She had better be a hard-8 to command a 6-figure income and 3-karats on her finger. But remember, fellas, she hates men, so she is just a cash drawer, not a sperm deposit box.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen02/07/21 05:56 PM

Buy me something expensive and in turn you'll get nothing from me. I've already been pumped and dumped by a Chad.

Keep your harpoon ready as you'll need it when she balloons from all that chocolate cake.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen28/06/21 10:27 AM

Also get a pro makeup job. Not every woman is an expert on this. Anf my final comment is that the scenario she describes is very common, I have experienced it for myself as a man, it's pretty much a fat of human nature. In the long run, one might be able to find someone that likes them as much as you like them. It is statistically rare, but it can happen.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen27/06/21 05:54 PM

Most excellent. If one of the 4 is a Porsche 911 GT3, I'll be forever jealous of you. As a note to others, my 3 motorcycles never talk back to me in a way that displeases me. I'll leave the alternative scenario to your imagination.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen21/06/21 10:17 PM

So a lifetime of bad choices and being pumped by hundreds of men should not count against her? Can you imagine a sex life and competing with her past? Could she be a good mother? Could she be a good wife? What does she bring to the table as a used up porn star?

"Their" = "There". Learn how to spell correctly and lose some weight, Costa Rican mango-body. You will evolve into a land-whale and will require a decent harpooning from a country Chad or a tall Tyrone.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen15/06/21 06:15 PM

That is flat out ridiculous. She doesn’t know who the baby-daddy is? Red warning lights are shining.

In general, I prefer in my old age a petite woman whose shoulders are wider than her azz. I'll save the cottage cheese as an accompaniment to a salad. I don't want to watch that phat azz bouncing back like some form of slow motion plate tectonics shaking a clay basin. I don't need more cushion for the pushing.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen12/06/21 07:55 PM

I always look at a woman's arms. It's like getting a preview of how heavy they are going to get in the near future. I have no interest in a woman that weighs as much as the average man. Kevin Samuels talks about this a lot. I know that some men like a phat azz but that's not to my taste. "Does Real Men Exist", bad grammar, may be an indicator of poor schooling or more. A Chad/Tyrone must have pumped and dumped her without taking her out to dinner, indicating a series of poor choices and low stan…

Lots of Chad/Tyrone pump and dumps. This woman doesn't stand a chance.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen12/06/21 08:50 AM

If she’s too independent, than why look for a Chad/Tyrone. Does just fun always imply a pump and dump?

Young single mother’s should not get a free pass for their youthful indiscretions. It shows a lack of judgement and the attendant lack of considering the consequences. It does not take a genius-level intelligence to employ birth control. The lack of use of birth control may indicate other negative character traits.

/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen09/06/21 06:08 PM

10 tats and 14 piercings. Much too much and it sends a strong message about her personality and self-worth for a plus-sized land whale.

She's so obnoxious on so many levels. If one is fat, they cannot blame someone else for the fact that they are fat. What she says is so disingenuous. Will she have a preference for tall and thin men? My preferences lend themselves to petite women. I am excluding all fat girls because is I don't want to hurl when they get naked. Buy a kat and die alone, Land Whale.

Genetics won't always work to provide short women with taller children from a taller man. It's a crapshoot really.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen29/05/21 06:38 PM
19

I don't understand height requirements from a woman's standpoint. Most women are relatively short to begin with. I'm 6'2" and women in OLD apparently don't notice me and my height. I like women of all different heights although I have a preference for taller women. I would not be interested in someone under 5' (spinner) and I would be less enthused about a woman that was taller than me. But height does not really factor into who I am attracted to. A woman's figure is the most important attractor…
