I did this cause he is waiting for his firearms licence in the mail and I will be hooking him up with his first. So i was letting him try it. This is true. I gave him a tour and I think he might become a member once he gets his PAL card. There is a rifle range section that I like to spend the evening in. if you set up your targets right and bring a nice spotting scope, you barely have to reset your paper or targets Edit: PAL is our Possession and Acquisition Licence

Once i realised how much i spent on first dates i turned around and put that cash in my hobby. When a beta asks me how i can afford this motorcycle/firearms/tools/etc... I ask them how much he paid in meals to his ball&chain in the past month/year? They usualy get the drift right away. edit: forgot to mention, i dont date anymore. Happier with my own company.

When I just got motorcycle licence at 17. The next day i was going on a 6hour trip to see friends race. I would follow cars at 140kmph. I dont ride that fast anymore but it was a rush.

At 110kmphish it flatout dies but the momentum keeps it runningish. It'll hold at 80kmph for 10-15seconds. I hold the clutch and it dies. I pullover for 5-10minutes. At this point i was removing acessories from the bike that i was testing. And it would start normal up til 110kmph and it would start over. City rds it drive normal. So i was able to drive home. My bike dies as soon as I get up to highway speeds. I took slow city roads all the way home and it ran like a top. The weird part is I had the carbs cleaned at the shop professionally a week ago. it would die after 10-15 seconds at highway speed.... Is that how yours was acting too?

I pretty much always assume they don't see me. when ever a car moves up next to me putting me in their blind spots, my spidey sences tingle. Then I move up or back to where if they were to change lanes I'm not in the way. And never trust a car to put on turn signals.

Thanks. yea, I've been riding over 10 years in total. I find I think more about predicting what others are going to do and what they may do. I had a few close calls in my earlier days. I would stop riding for a bit and it would just keep calling me back.

Had plans to do an Ironbutt last weekend but cancelled because of rain and other stuff. So I just decided to do it this sunday. Because i can make changes to my schedule on the fly as i please. Im all packed except for lunch. I plan on ridding over 1600kms around the lower great lakes (canada/us) in less than 24hours. If i like it, it'll be a start of a new hobby (long distance ridding)

We did not. I met alot of locals that seem to just take them when ever they feel like. It is funny how to some people they are the biggest pest around and to others they are the cutest creatures. I found some in the backyard of a friend's place just outside of the city and they were scared to let the dogs out.

I understand it's not for everyone, at work I can't even talk about it because it offends some people easily. That's why I didn't get into too much detail. the point of the weekend was to get away from it all. Just so you know, the tag was never filled. We didn't do much hunting and were prepared really. We pretty much spend the time by the fire cooking sausages and smores.

Oh thanks. I can talk about it for days. I compared the Chevy, Dodge and Ford. I like the Ford alot better for many reason. I traded in my 2011 ram 1500 for it in 216. I get 2-3x the kms per litre compared to the truclk and I think I have the same load rating inside. The 4' between the wheels is really nice. And just shy of 4' tall and 7' long.
