This response made zero sense for the point of the argument. How does gynocentrism remain if a person is anonymously represented by attorneys in a court of law? Don't let defendants and plaintiffs be women or men by removing them from the courtroom appearance and any testimonies cannot have identifiers to remove potential bias. You make it sound like the professionals would be an end all be all. They are an aid to supplement anonymity to avoid innate gender biases whenever a judge or jury is coming to their conclusion. Put rules on how findings are allowed to be documented by the professionals and your concern goes out the window. The supreme Court already exists as a system following strict guidelines making it close to what an AI of that type would do. Generally speaking the real problem is that too many laws at the civil level have too many potential interpretation which by definition almost negates them being considered a "law". I've gotten into parking spacing with less space... Fun thing about doing it in New York are the looks of respect you get from the locals.
