Generally unsure of how to tackle this idea, but for a while now I've been wondering something. For context, I've been observing cases lately that seem extremely disproportionate in their results when one should logically find them to be open and shut cases. This isn't right no matter who is on the receiving end of the BS and I wonder if this could be a possible solution:

Would it be beneficial/possible if laws and courtroom representation were kept entirely neutral of potential biases through the use of mandatory gender neutral pronouns?

This idea enforced in the records whenever a defendant/plaintiff is mentioned by never offering any other identifier. In addition, require individuals to be represented by an attorney to avoid creating a bias in judges or jury; require testimonies to be observed by professionals instead of a judge or jury without a corresponding degree to truly interpret the situation and have this be part of a case only in writing with before mentioned identifiers.

I am sure there are other considerations, but this is all i could come up with my limited knowledge on the matter. Which leaves me with my follow up question, has something like this already been attempted? Or would it be a pointless endeavor

Imagination suggests this would be an overall win for some victims out there that were judged on the wrong merits instead of the facts of a case. But I may be wrong and would welcome anyone elses thoughts.

Edit: Honestly guys, I'm just tired of seeing these messed up child custody cases that would have been handled without a second thought if the genders were swapped. There has to be a way to even out the playing field in order to eliminate innate biases in anyone's favor. True equality, ya know?
