You have to burn a ton of calories that is insane. Here are my 2 cents. If you want to become heavier lifting or bodyweight exercice are great (see overcoming gravity with realy hardcore bodyweight exercice) or the big five. Drop set are a good way to go at more little by little. Maybe add a small snack if needed. And add cardio. Yeah cardio, but high intensity interval training such as 6 sprint of 30 sec and 2-4 min rest 2 times a week.

It depend on what you are looking for. If you just want to have fun without any other goal yeah 20-24 is good at any decent age. If you are afraid of dying alone and want to leave with somebody to construct something maybe having kids to leave a trace on Earth you choose a woman if your age because there are greater chance she has been through the same thing as you etc and being more mature to construct a relationship. Yeah maybe i don't even know studies showing it... The problem is not circumcision itself. It is the fact that you don't have the choice. If you deliberatly do it when you are above 18 (majority) then you are responsible of your own choice even if it's harming you.
