Any decent person, won't think less of you if you cry in front of them. I never thought less of a man that did that. If anything I felt empathy or like I want to be there for him.

If it were possible that all women suddenly vetted heavily from now on, 80% of males would be facing extinction of their genes. They would be horrified.

Sometimes it's that, other times it's "i'm not vanilla" when they say they are not like the other girls, and other times it means they are not "materialistic", which, they think it makes them special, but they make the mistake of extracting their feeling of specialness by not expecting much.

This also makes them terribly dumb, because when they find someone way out of their league, instead of being happy and grateful, they behave like shit because they think they can do better, except that they don't.

You can always do some therapy. They observe things about ourselves that we don't, they are trained to do that. Maybe they can offer you insight. If you're fine then you're fine and if there's something to work on, the therapist can help you in the right direction.

While "dating" can be a different culture and mean different things in US vs. Europe, I believe you are free to make your own expectations clear and accept nothing less than that. In my side of the European pond, we don't date multiple people and you get to know a person first in a non-romantic setting most times, and once you start dating, dating equals you already like the person and you are exclusive.Apparently, from what I've read, Americans do it differently, such as dating multiple people.…

I don't agree with that. I think women need men and men need women and if we have a loving bond with a good person can have a really positive impact in our lives. But the key term here is good person, that adds to our lives. Because as much as a partner can be a source of great good if they're the right one, a bad one will wreak havoc in one's life.

Your friends seem to be unaware of the effect of what they say have on you and that it is quite rude and hurtful. Maybe you should tell or ask them if they ever considered their comments to be that way. Might light a light bulb in their head. If someone does not go through a certain event that another person did, it can be hard to empathize, and they are ignorant. In the best case. In the worst case, they are a-holes. Ignorants can be educated though. A-holes feel good about 1-upping you.

If you want to keep the friendship, you can just tell her that you can continue to be friends, but don't want to hear stories about her boyfriend, as she doesn't seem to take your advice, and you have nothing else to add about that, except to leave him. You can also tell her that you don't want to hear about her getting hurt over and over again by him. Also, maybe she was brainwashed enough to stay, or some people have... there was a term, it's slipping right now. It's like when someone makes a …

I read his book too and I did not like it. It made me feel depressed, faulty and overwhelmed. I think his term of women loving too much is incorrect, I think it's about trauma bonding, when you are traumatized in staying with the abuser no matter what they do, basically you are put in a child-like state of regression and your esteem is shattered and you can't leave anymore. It's chemical dependence through trauma, not loving too much. I refused to believe that I loved too much, and when I met th…

Sex can be great with the right person. Also, a large number of partners does not indicate someone is good in bed. People learn to be better lovers from a long term relationship rather than many short ones. Men can compartmentalize sex and love much better than women. Women bond through sex because of the chemicals secreted in the brain during the act, namely oxytocin. It doesn't matter if you had orgasm or not, you can still get attached.

If they lie and cheat their way into your pants and make you miserable and don't have anything to offer and don't put any effort into the relationshit, BUT they don't break up with you, it's all fine. No harm done. 'Cause it's not like HE broke up with you. YOU did it. So you wanted it. And since you wanted it (albeit out of frustration and getting fed up with his crappy behavior), it makes it all ok. Makes all of his previous behavior ok. They are twisted in the head.

Because they are cowards and dread confrontation. Also, if you do the breaking up for them, they can still seem like the good guy in their tiny skulls, aaand since they are not the one to do it, they can always show up later for another round, one day. Or not. They won't make any effort at all to create this opportunity, but if this opportunity arrives, such as them being in your area or you being in theirs, they will shoot their shot again, if they feel like it.

Even if artificial wombs were invented, women make one egg per month, or they can give a few, through hormonal stimulation , men make millions of sperm daily. While all men can do is jerk off, it is a long and possibly dangerous procedure for a woman to donate a couple eggs. So, no matter the artificial wombs, there just won't be eggs for that. Very few women would be willing to give off their eggs. All these scrotes threatening us with artificial wombs, most likely couldn't ever afford one anyw…

I listened a bit so far from the Ariel story. This must be the Disney adaptation. As far as I remember, in the original story, even if Ariel drank the potion, the bad side was that she would always be in pain as a human, for having legs and every step would be like walking on knives.

You need new friends, if they are shaming you for this. You don't have to explain to anyone your choices concerning your body, you are free to do as you consider. If a man doesn't have feelings for you, he will be interested in a show, or the woman bringing him pleasure, or just releasing tension, so yeah, it does benefit men mainly. Men can also compartmentalize more in this area and separate sex from feelings, but I believe women can't do that (as well). But in the end you don't have to make t…

I think this is more an american thing, maybe a western european thing - dating multiple people. Not everyone lives in this culture. Some people are not interested in dating multiple persons at once. I don't believe there should be a rule around this. In my culture, if you go out with someone on a date, it is automatically assumed no party is going out with other people as well. I can't be interested in more than one person anyway. I rarely find someone I like, let alone multiple people.

First off, you don't need to explain yourself to your friend and she does not need to agree to your lifestyle. If you want the man to pay, that's fine. If she considers herself unworthy of a man to pay, it's more about mentality and being brainwashed by libfem, she probably think it's unfair, since to her men and women are completely equal, as in identical.

Since you linked your instagram to the OLD app, it's not weird for him to look. Woman here, great answer from this guy. I will add that I think arousal is more simple when it comes to men, whereas women are more complicated and take longer. A lot of men are also not too good in bed, don't know how to be sensual in bed, and don't know that turning a woman on can start outside of the bedroom. They think that being good in bed means jackhammering a woman (for a long time), which is really not the case. Porn is also to blame for this attitude, because it makes men believe this …

I know women who had been telling their guy for a year they are unhappy, they pointed out what was wrong and what he could do to make it right, they told him about what his behavior will do (turn them off and make them leave) and when they did it they were accused of not caring and not willing to fight for the relationship.

You made an interesting post and I can definitely see your point of view. If you ignore someone, it makes them feel even more rejected which will make them chase more. Don't entertain them, but just point out that you are no longer interested in them now or ever and the most you can offer is some closure if they felt they didn't get it. Secondly, you should block them. This will put it in their head that it's really over.

appalled that things turned out so that women have to risk their lives to give birth Men used to risk their lives in primitive times to get food (don't have to do that nowadays, though). The other members here said that he may have some STD or suspects it, which could be a possibility. But I will add my perspective as well, it's possible he just may have never taken one and could be very embarrassed about it, or afraid if he does it, he will be seen guilty as charged by the doctor. The reasons I consider this is because he lives in a rural area and that he asked you to book that for him. If he is active and has initiative in general, this could be a possibility.

It's none of your business if your son is dating a virgin. if he wants that, it's on him. Some people look very innocent, they don't need to fake anything, they just look that way, and they can still get involved with many people. No, you don't have to admit you were not in a relationship, just make a script of possible questions he might ask and answers you could give. Invent something. And don't paint you exes as bad guys. Don't tell him you've never been in a relationship. He doesn't have to know you were in a situationship, consider that a relationship if he asks and that's that. often men view our trauma as a negative reflection on us instead of the perpetrators in our lives. This is a great observation, and very true. Also, please tell us what is ''aftercare'' to you, as many of us stated that affection after sex is normal. I will also add that you don't need to justify or explain yourself for anything.
/r/askFDS12/02/21 04:48 PM

Will agree with other users from here, affection, kissing, cuddling, holding, caressing, is not extra care after sex, it's how it should be normally. I am writing this, not to sound repetitive, since others have said this, but to be one more voice that confirms this. What is not normal is for them to be cold, rude, not to talk, to just turn their back and fall asleep, or get busy with something else and ignore you straight after.

I will agree with u/ luvmyvulvaxoxo , do not talk about your trauma. The only exception is Leo Dicaprio that still looks ok. Keanu looks best and he also seems like a good person.

You gave him a great answer! Shera7 (Youtube) said we should make these dudes feel bad about themselves, such as saying that he does not look like the type that would attract gold diggers, basically subtly telling him he's not all that and that he has to have real money. Because nowadays every dude with a medium or small salary thinks gold diggers are out to get him. Back in the days, being a gold digger meant you only date millionaires. Or tell him that he needs to have the ''gold'' first, for …

I agree with you, I think men that have many female friends are either emotionally unavailable, and instead of being emotionally intimate with their gf they will be like that towards the female friends, while the gf gets a wall when it comes to emotions. And of course, you cannot help but wonder if some of them ever were their fwb. Or willing to be one in the future.

26 is suuuper young, wish I was 26 again! Don't be sad the trash left. As for why he didn't apologize, is either because he didn't care, or some people just feel better to not be confrontational, as in they know they messed up, and instead of apologizing, they just disappear. Not a mature thing to do at all, or respectful. And yes, recently I read on a scrote's social media that apologizing is a sign of weakness so you should never do it, so there's that.

Wow, your post hits so hard home, it's basically an exact copy of my experience in dating. I've been through it all, but you just explained it better than me (I wrote about it a bit in my last comments on this post). I had the same, the guys wanting the experience, as ego boost, then going back to what is safer, no interest in my personality, and just trying to get physical instantly, being called the same names as you said in the beginning, etc., all of it.

True, the same happened to me. I don't regret being pretty, but it can lead to a lot of heartbreak, because a lot of men treat you like an object, they are interested only in your looks and having sex with you, but not in you as a human. You'd think they would appreciate you more for being this way, as we are told that men value beauty, but it's not the case at all. If you really want closure, you can ask him questions, if you really want to, but my advice is to hold off revealing how you felt for him. People can be busy, it's not ok to cut someone of because they don't reply in 3 hours. But if they repeatedly take half a day to reply or a day, then you can cut them off. I don't see a need for a thank you, as long as they told you they enjoyed spending time with you, seems enough. Consistency is good, so for the beginning, it's good to see each other once a week, if they take 2-3 weeks to ask you on another date, I would see that as a red flag and not much interest. I don't agree with that. If you don't want a male obgyn, we should be able to choose. I have a great male obgyn, very professional and gentle, never felt yucky. It is on the reading list. I read both her books years ago (Why men love bitches, Why men marry bitches) and experience has taught me that not following that advice and putting yourself first, and waiting first for men to prove themselves is always costly. The more you give and work hard, the less they will respect and appreciate and want you, while the men that work hard for you and chase a lot, will appreciate you so much more. Maybe it's just built into them this way.
