I had my chin on my chest for a few years. Didnt know what Dread Game was. Now I see IOIs and my eyes open.

"Command respect, and it will come to you." Or, 'fake it till you make it'. And you will make it.

Thanks for the reply. I've been taking some desiccated beef liver supplement and found after I stopped that I was noticing the pain more often. I will look out for collagen powder.

Appreciate both observations. The way you both put it is memorable.

I saw a 4 pack of gluten-free buns recently, priced at 3.60. I eat burgers without buns.

I used to think it was all 'snake oil' but having read of a survey that reported a large percentage of women don't even wash on daily basis...even a dab of facial cream has to make a difference. Although maybe not for the two bottles of wine a night girl.

The lack of gratitude is dumbfounding. I know a woman who has enjoyed about 15 years of holidays at someone else's expense, with not even a 'thankyou' in return.

"There will be no point in her life where she ever gives more than she gets." The "Please don't leave me..." blowjob being the exception to the rule.

I've seen supplements specifically for joint and tendon health. Would you know whether they are worth trying?

Excellent post. Reminds me of a letter writer I knew, that used a wooden ruler under her writing, which gave it a strange flattened style. Those "truths" are like a ruler alongside my thoughts and actions.

Agreed. Using this powerful card has stopped my ship from capsizing several times. A healthy doseage of realism.

From this "The only time I've found lifting to be beneficial is for when my game slips, it typically gives me an extra 'fuck up'" to this "Being in great shape gives you an 'in' sometimes and will make a girl open you". You contradict yourself. "Make a girl open you" is a refreshing experience for most men I'd wager. Its a fringe benefit of lifting that is most welcome.

"People you see killing themselves in the gym" Yeah, none. The overwhelming majority I have seen, simply put in about 30 minutes to 45 minutes of exercises. Downtime, sleep aside, simply isnt as important as consistently exercising. If you want gains, even doing 3 sets daily of just 30 reps will give gains.

"Lift reinforces discipline and cultivates self-esteem." Exactly. Lifting is an easily accessible method of helping game.

"Blue pill me would have just fought to the end" Recognising that reinforces TRP, and forces me to acknowledge my own level of masochism.

"Hypergamy is there, your mom, your sister, your grandma and your wife.. " This should be drilled into the minds of men. Whether 22 or 72, "Hypergamy is there".

"I am lifting for myself" Doesnt that make it easier to lift week after week? The tangible rewards are that good. (Having said that, I ve been very surprised by the noticeable changes in other people's perceptions).

You put it well as "the urge of envy". Its that feeling of being provoked by external distraction against my better judgment. Indulging envy seems something that is of limited practical value, if you have goals to direct your attention toward. I haven't read the 48 laws of power, though read a couple of the laws on a blogspot.

Reading the whole quote, it appears as no joke. "Her friend was upset, apparently she oogled FB pictures (I'm not on on FB but my buddy and his wife are, which of course means I am whenever we hang out) and practically had the wedding date already picked out, and which house we would buy after selling my current home"

Yeah but knowing what you know, if you re anything like me now, I want to say something, just to see the reaction confirming my thoughts. Even though I often remind myself, "Demonstrate, not explicate". Setting an example, of course, doesn't always result in desired behaviour.

Sound advice. First thing I did before college, buy some black 501s and white tee-shirts and a razor. It literally rained girls, even without a car.

I get stuck with giving automatic/involuntary attention and validation. Which is why I clicked on this particular title. But Im thinking its a symptom of not being occupied, as "staying in the anger" isnt possible.

"our default settings are envy, hate and other stuff" I don't know. If I had a default setting, it would be indifference.

"Cutting is already fucking horrible" I've actually enjoyed the simplicity of cutting. Had never tried it before, but found that "steak & eggs" diet tasted good and easy to stick with. 5 egg breakfast(boiled, scrambled, or omelette). Bowl of porridge oats with frozen blueberries. Optional oat cracker n cheese lunch. One steak evening meal, optional fried eggs.

Yeah mine tells me about books like "Wheat Belly" which was really helpful but when I tell I her quit drinking beer and other grain derived alcohol after reading it, she only replies "Well that must be a boring life".

"You've got more willpower than me". Never thought I would hear someone say that to me. The gym's position in TRP is fully justified.

I suspect that the detractors are secretly delighted that it isn't them putting in the sweaty effort. Aka "Everyone's a critic". Or its a case of employing reverse psychology, encouraging you to re-double your efforts so that they can tell other acquaintances about "that crazed fitness fanatic".

What I understand so far is that for strength compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats are the most efficient, as they work more groups of muscles. To that end, I try to focus on those and the bench press and then just alternate biceps and triceps exercises.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/15 08:17 PM

Agree wholeheartedly. For several years I would just do 28 reps daily with dumb bells under my desk. When I finally joined a gym, I knew the gains were going to come, just so long as I lifted often. Deadlifts and squats and happy results.

Actually i assumed your question was serious. I'd like to get big too, just not through alcohol, pizza etc.im trying a protein shake by applied nutrition called critical mass.it has good reviews on amazon. good luck with your bulk then.

Wasted plenty of nights doling out attention and validation. I got dropped into so many friendzones, it hardened my belief in unicorns. When a long, hard look inside was crucial, I was trapped in self-defeating behaviour. I remember actually agreeing with one woman that requested a fully clothed sleep over.

Giving that much-vaunted feminine pragmatism some exercise. Aka the "Don't leave me blowjob".

They aren't trying to fix you, they are trying to fix women. Those women forced to take out their own trash, outrageous.

"Think that's bad?" If you re enjoying yourself, does it matter? I'm bulking at the moment just using extra protein shakes, something that's probably easier to cut down on once I am satisfied with the results.

Your words echo my thoughts some time ago. But now know of two 70 year old women receiving serious propositions recently, along with other anecdotal evidence tells me, that there is no shortage at all of "thirsty ass beta"s as mrmeyhemn says. So much for "Dread Game".

Good advice. Before I started lifting, I went to a dentist one time, and this Rubenesque dentist woman was absolutely fascinated by my deep voice. "Why is your voice so deep?" "Smoking", I replied. The lady then adjusted the chair so that my head nestled in her ample cleavage for a head massage bonus. My dentist phobia evaporated.

" In the UK, your average guy seriously creeps me out." Unsurprisingly, that some measure feminine pragmatism rubs off on an ordinary bloke. I know a clever 24 year old lad who took off to a foreign traditional society, and the further he d ever been in his life was Wales. I like painting with a broad brush too but the average bloke has a lot more wits about him than you say. No point pissing against the prevailing wind after all. A Englishman picks his battles.

Only the prism of life experience can truly alter "their vision". And yet, you have sowed the seed of doubt that they may return to, even if only privately.
