Everything you do, whether it's working out, getting a better job, having money, being smarter, each of these things on their own isn't some magic fix. The cumulative effect of all of them is to make you a better man. Something to be desired. If you're working out to get chicks, you're wasting your time. You're working out to be a better man, and as a consequence a better catch. Tl:Dr you don't work out for others, you work out for yourself.

I'm trying to transform from Blue pill beta to being a man worth something. Total structure is the only way I can make it worth it. At the end of every day I review to see if my activities for that day improved me in some way, either physically, mentally, or professionally. I've cut out a tremendous amount of life junk. To say it's hard is an understatement. Its not any easier now than it was. But at the same time, it's becoming a learned habit. Is what am I doing now worth while? . Did I improv…

Thanks for all the solid advice guys. A lot of you asked about lifting, and i went back to the gym owner who I am pretty friendly with, and we agreed I was just going through the motions. He's gonna put me under the wing of one of the other gym members who I know is a monster, and we're gonna work on doing things differently. I'm also switching out the kickboxing for something else, maybe mma. I need to change things. As for everything else, including the oneitis, and holding my self together, a…

I've been lifting for four years, and doing muay thai for 2. I can see where you're coming from in your question. If i'm honest, up to now, I have not been taking care of myself for me, I've been doing it for others, and because I believed it was what I was supposed to do to win girls. I recognise that is the wrong attitude

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
