Don't forget the amount of women who refuse to sleep with men who have been with other men. IIRC, something like 60% of women would refuse to date a bisexual man, even hypocrites like Amber Rose who spent her whole life preaching sexual liberation.

That's one of the biggest problems with "mansplaining", apart from the obvious sexism: As long as the woman thinks she is right, even if she is completely fucking dead wrong, any man who corrects her can be accused of mansplaining.

Not trying to start a political discussion here, but do you then also agree that you can't hold Republicans accountable for stupid, hypocritical shit they and their politicans do, because the literal definition of "republican" is someone who is for the free-market etc. And anyone who doesn't ascribe exactly to that, is not a "Real" republican? My american history is a little rusty, but wasn't it republicans who opposed slavery, and democrats who wanted to keep it? Taken to its logical extreme, w…

It was a bunch of bullshit pushed last year by feminists back-patting themselves while ignoring 90% of the actual study. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/that-male-birth-control-study-wasnt-scrapped-because-men-are-wimps/article/2606697 https://www.vox.com/2016/11/2/13494126/male-birth-control-study

I don't deal with people who resort to hyperbole, so you can cut that off immediately or i'm just going to drop this discussion. We're not "Coercing" women into medical procedures any more than we are "Coercing" men into 18 years of child-support. Or well, technically we are Coercing men, because men don't even have the choice now. Women still have the choice. Besides, I know which once i consider the least invasive and life-changing.

We have absolutely no idea how common LPS would be so that's not a valid argument. You're also completely ignoring that abortions would probably become far more common when the safety-net of child-support is removed.

The only reason men do not have as much birth control options as women, is because the few times that the medical field has tried to create a birth control pill for men to help widen their birth control options, they had to cancel the study because men could not handle and started incessantly whining about the side effects and sometimes life threatening risks that women have been dealing with for years while on the equivalent female birth control pill. You should stop getting your news from Buzz…

Not really. In some states, it's 100% the decision of the woman. I don't have a problem with sperm-banks, i'm just saying that the end result is the exact same as for LPS: Single mothers. If you're against LPS because the well-being of the child suffers from being raised by just one parent (Which is the typical argument), then you would also be opposed to sperm-banks. Otherwise, what you're really opposing are male reproductive rights, but you've just convinced yourself it's for the benefit of t…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/17 04:45 AM

It's quite funny how the arguments for LPS are literally exactly the same arguments that feminists use for sex, rape, abortion and consent. It's literally just equal reproductive rights for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/17 04:33 AM

While this is true, we still have laws that allow women to give up their child for adoption, sometimes anonymously, and afaik artificial insemination for single-women are legal. Both of these have the same end-effect as LPS, but are still considered "rights" for the woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/17 04:30 AM

Legal, yes. But let's not pretend that many states aren't doing everything they can to make it as close to illegal/impossible as they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/17 04:26 AM

Yep. I agree and support LPS, but the woman definitely needs to be given a generous time-period after the LPS, and before the last date fr the abortion to make a decision on whether to keep it or not.

This is off topic but I knew two omega males that got sex change operations and both claimed that the dating game for women is 100x easier than it was for them being men. This sounds really weird. First of all, trans people are really fucking rare. Trans people who have sex-change operations even more so. Secondly, did they date women pre-op, and then men post-op? Or are they now lesbian/gay trans-women? Both of them? And finally, if they did in fact stay "straight" post-op, then wouldn't it be …

Even old and fat women have standards and expectations far exceeding their male equivalents True, but they don't actually get it. The expectations are just a result of decades of "Girl power, you deserve the best, be strong and never settle!"

In my experience, it's only women who say that first thing. Specifically women who think they have a good career and that that should make up for their lack of literally anything else of quality. Can't say i'd like to date a jobless barbie for a very long time though.

My argument and point is quite obvious to anyone. The motte is the equality statement, the bailey is the hypocritical, sexist bullshit perpetuated by feminists. You can't defend the latter by just immediately jumping to the former. You're either too retarded, or intentionally pretending to be retarded to not get it. Either way, i won't bother.
/r/PussyPassDenied30/08/17 12:10 PM
3

The Motte is that "women should be treated equally to men" which you'll find very few disagreeing with. The bailey is that you're ignoring the absolute tidalwave of bullshit, sexism, bigotry and hypocricy that feminists have said and done in the last decade, which is the actual reason people are fed up with feminism. It's the equivalent of me saying: "What, you don't like MRAs because you think men shouldn't have the same rights as women?!" Really, it's a completely fucking obvious case and the …

Lol, i'm not so sure you're getting the right cause and effect. Not sure how old you are, but the whole "Rebel, bad-boy" thing doesn't really exist outside of High-school ime. I do agree that the policing of masculinity is very beneficial for masculine men though, but i'm of the opinion that it happens because women in general still want masculine men but the more they police it the fewer there will be. Women shame masculinity itself, but prove over and over again that they absolutely adore masc…

I'd say that women contribute to it even more than men. It's especially ironic how feminists, who complain about toxic masculinity, almost always attack a guys masculininity if he doesn't agree with them. "You're just short, you just can't get laid, you're just a virgin" etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/17 12:08 PM

I sometimes use sexist terms that I also personally object to, but I do it in order to make a statement about how annoying and sexist they are. For example, I pretty much only use Womansplaining in response to a person or group of people that I know use Mansplaining etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/17 03:01 PM

Isn't the biggest critique against affirmative consent that it forces the "rapist" to prove that it was consensual, rather than the opposite? If i asked you to prove that the last time you had sex, the man (Or woman) consented, could you do it? If he claimed that he wasn't actually consenting?

More that it's overdone and the women who say that they are strong and independent are actually just bitchy and impossible to compromise with. I've met a lot of strong and independent women (Although i do cringe at that term) and none of them have used those words to describe themselves, because they don't actually need to.

Are you intentionally trying to be obtuse, or do you genuinely think the only reason anyone would buy a moisturizer would be to get laid?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/17 12:39 PM

I'd say it was pretty relevant for the discussion, but you seem to take it as a personal attack whenever anyone (man or woman) even mentions lifting, so i doubt you'll see it that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/17 12:32 PM
6

Which brings me back to my first comment, which offended you so: If using moisturizer ruins your chances to get laid, then you probably had fuck all to offer in the first place. If you're actually masculine, something so fucking insignificant as using moisturizer won't matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/17 12:31 PM
8

Don't dare to use moisturizer because then no woman will want him Accuses others of being insecure
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/17 12:17 PM
10

I use moisturizer on my hands. I do it for myself, because dry skin is irritating and makes lifting harder. I also don't have any problem attracting women and i'm considered quite masculine. I doubt most people even notices i use it. If a persons sense of manliness is so frail that using moisturizer disrupts it, then they are probably not very manly to begin with.

Definitely. More men care about their looks, work out and use products. It's probably just a matter of time until men can start using makeup as well. Generally i think it's a good thing. Far better than the "everyone are beautiful, fat is awesome" shit that women are turning to. A few women i know have complained about how men don't feel masculine anymore, but fuck em'. It's true, but the criterias he picked are quite general for all people. Height, weight, salary, sex etc. They are things that affect the vast majority of men. However, i would say that a better measurement would be done state-by-state.

Don't know who you're talking about when you say "you" but the same applies to men. A ton of men, and women, seem to think that men are and should be completely incapable of household chores just because we're educated or work hard. I repair my own clothes, and i've literally had women stop and stare at me for being able to use needle and thread.

Isn't it basically the same thing that causes police to be more racist than the average citizens? Let's face it, the vast majority of scum in the world are men, and lawyers are the ones who have to deal with it. I genuinely can't blame lawyers for being misandric. Of course it's not a good thing, but it's pretty understandable when you think about it.

Do they or is it how you interpret it? The circlejerk about how angry men are when women look ugly is probably 20x as frequent as actually angry men. People just immediately jump on the angry bandwagon the second a guy dares to have an opinion on a woman's appearance, even if it's perfectly polite and relevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/17 05:41 PM

I disagree. Women just judge guys on different things. Cars, career, haircuts, hobbies etc. How many girls don't complain about guys playing video games? The basic mentality is pretty much the same.

Yep. It annoys me when feminists always paint it as a men vs women thing, when the vast majority is women-vs-women. So many studies have shown that women are just as toxic, sexist and bigoted as men, yet every single time it's only "Men do this and men do that"

Don't pretend that women don't do the exact same to other women and to men. Post a picture of a bodybuilder, and you'll get a hundred comments by women talking about how they "Don't find that attractive" or "Too much muscle for me" or "A guy like that must be gay" etc. The exact same women who will complain about the things you just did, when it affects a woman.

Other than that, i treat them just like i'd treat any other guy. All in all, i get along perfectly well with the vast majority of women. I don't think that is what the study says, it's just how some of the radfems interpret it in order to circlejerk harder. The actual study seems to talk about men who lash out at women when they themselves are failures. For example, a feeder is more likely to shit on female players than a guy playing good. But yeah, a lot of feminists will read it and interpret it that everyone who criticizes them are just bitter losers.

Perhaps this is just the men you surround yourself with. Most men are perfectly capable of basic cooking (like any adult), self-grooming, and working out. I didn't say "most." I said "A lot" And why dont those women have a job themselves? Where did i say that they don't? Not at all the norm. I'd say more deadbeat losers end up married/parents than not.

Similar, but not really the same. Terpers and Incels usually think women should lower their standards. They know they're shit, but think that women should be more ok with it. The women i talk about are the ones who have little to nothing to offer yet think they are gods gift to mankind. Essentially, the ones you're talking about ar 2/10s thinking that 5/10 women shouldn't say no to them, while the women i'm talking about are 5/10s who think that 9/10s should date them. Not as low quality as the men who do it, but instead they just have massively overinflated egos and poor social skills. True, but you're simplifying and ignoring a lot of things. If so many women were fat and men were Princes, then yes a lot of fat women would have mates. And the men would cheat, or be generally miserable, leading to single mothers, crime and so on. I can't say i agree with you about "artificially" breaking down men and then saying that they deserve to be there. Not because you're "wrong" technically, but because it's not how it should be. True. Unfortunately, most men are used to being the beggars on the dating market, and get reeled in with abusive wives out of desperation. There is a roughly equal amount of abusive men and women though.

Dating is not a direct equivalent to the money-market, you know. Plenty of people have miserable relationships, and it's not so easy to just get up and leave. There is also the part where it probably greatly affects mens psyche to be constantly told that they're not good enough. It's not just about getting people what they "deserve" While calling dating a market is good for some analogies, you can't just act as if it's literally the exact same.

Women who openly ask for those kinds of things are in my experience the trashiest and most entitled with the least to offer. Not because they are bad traits but because actually good people don't even need to say them out loud to begin with.

Because tons of men are completely worthless and incapable of even the most basic levels of self reliance. They can't cook, clean, exercise or basic housekeeping. There was a post on the FatLogic sub recently featuring some fat girl talking about how shitty guys are for not wanting to date her. She kept going on about how much they suck and so on. Guess what the women of the sub got offended by? The fact that she used the word "Bitch" as an insult. All of a sudden, a page-long paragraph about how much men suck was misogynistic. Used to like that sub. Now it's completely infested with radfems. Also, this segment from John Oliver: https://www.youtube.com/wa…

The problem is that people give themselves all these mental awards that are completely subjective. "I got a great personality, my friends think i'm so funny, i'm ambitious and work hard" //Some fat barista with a bachelors in liberal arts People have a set list of objective values for their partners, which they think is equivalent to their own self-congratulatory subjective one.

I'm mostly bothered by the fact that so many high-profile cases have been found out to be fabricated or extremely grey-zoned in these last years, and people are still immediately jumping on the "Guilty" bandwagon the second someone is accused.

inducing sex and the city and other stuff like that isn't depraved surrealistic porn for women. Compared to the shit that men watch and get off to? It's like comparing apples to poisonous, fermented, icelandic sharks.

The comments on that page are a complete shitshow. According to them, it makes perfect sense to ask the police not to investigate something because it's embarrassing and can interfere with her education, but dragging a mattress around for fucking years and becoming a national celebrity is not.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_from_fallacy Perhaps you should learn how to formulate a proper argument. Besides: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_to_moderation An individual operating within the false compromise fallacy believes that the positions being considered represent extremes of a continuum of opinions, and that such extremes are always wrong, and the middle ground is always correct I never claimed this. You don't even know your own arguments.

Not a fallacy when you're comparing two extreme viewpoints.

Imo, trying to talk sex and relationships on TRP as a non-beta is like trying to talk marriage as a married man on MGTOW. The narrative is completely solidified in concrete and written for and by the people who struggle with it, that trying to come in as someone relatively successful all that happens is you get dogpiled. There is really not any place to talk about "sex and relationships" in TRP unless you're there to complain about it. So us that don't have much to complain about are not welcome…

While i generally agree with you, you also have to agree that womens dating standards are completely outdated. Hypergamy is incompatible with equality. For women, it was always about being beautiful. For men, it was about being ambitious and successful. But now that women are also being ambitious and successful, there is nothing left for men. Women have basically "invaded" out of a lack for better words, the alternative men had to be attractive, and the only option we are given is to be even MOR…

I don't think they've implied those things anywhere. They know they can get judged and never pretended otherwise. But why should they care? The only weapon people have against them is shame, and if you don't care about that their judgment is pointless. You say it's "wrong because it hurts women" but TRP is all about benefitting men. When the popular sense of "morals" is biased, can you blame one side for not adopting it? It's like a radical christian trying to lecture a gay person on how amoral …

However, TRP has a habit of being anti-science. They misrepresent the point of evolutionary psychology, they misrepresent studies, they come up with their own theories about female nature based on nothing except the "anecdotes" from a handful of people or based on something Schopenhauer said and of course they overgeneralize women. It's not about sexual success. You don't need to create theories about female nature in order to get laid. PUAs for example have been doing the exact same thing for d…

Can't be arsed to check: Do you mean "Hate women" in the sense that he occasionally makes fun of women or people who happen to be women, or "Hate women" the way Incels do?

Lamenting? No. But we are definitely amused by it and annoyed at how many unattractive women that they they are on our level.

In those cases, i agree the women are being retarded and entitled as hell. But i've also seen it brought up in general about getting laid and random sex quite frequently.

I'm red-leaning, but i agree. So many men make the idiotic assumption that women must want the exact same thing as they do. Just because women CAN fuck tons of guy doesn't mean they want to.

The more i'm exposed to RedPillers, the more i understand women when they complain about sexism /and misogyny. The more i'm exposed to feminists, the more i sympathize with redpillers/MGTOW etc. So all in all, this sub has made me a lot more nuanced, because i can see first-hand the shit people complain about and why it's legitimate, but i also see first-hand the hypocricy of the people complaining.

"Men are just intimidated by me" Not sure that would be "femsplaining" but it's definitely condescending and full of self-righteousness.

For me, the absolutely most common occurrence is online when women try to femsplain feminism to me, under the assumption that the only fathomable way i can disagree with it is simply because i don't understand it. Also, when women femsplain about "manspreading" as if they know more about our own comfort and anatomy than we do.

I have to say that this article does make me feel very smug over all the times i've been told to "Keep it in my pants" whenever i've brought up the lack of male reproductive rights. Unfortunately, introspection appears to be completely beyond this author and anybody who complains about men's unwillingness to settle down.

Women like this are only hurting the real rape victims out there by doing this shit Stop using this argument. Rape victims are not the primary victims here. When a person gets raped, should we go on about how "Oh no, this makes it harder for people falsely accused of rape to defend themselves?"

if a man does not want to pay child support, they should not have unprotected sex with a woman. Do you also agree that abortions should be illegal, because if a woman doesn't want a child she shouldn't have unprotected sex with a man?

She can prance around and scream that she's sexy all her life. Only fattie-chasers are actually going to buy into it. Proving that men can be just as retarded as the fat-activists is not the way to go.
