I am not privvy to the details but is conceivable that an AI may have just factored in things like absentism, fidelity (as in job fidelity not the other kind ), productivity, physical aptitude, projected employment term vs costs of training etc and women may have scored lower. There isn't one... He is a 'placeholder'; he basically moves the plot along by telling the other characters where they have to go. Making him 'psychic' allows for a faster pace because actual detective work kind of takes time. He also provides exposition because you know, audiences are dumb I guess? Generally speaking non-scientists tend to be anti-science. This is mainly because is hard to bend scientific evidence to your will. Having been born and raised in a country where not being Catholic (and not observing Catholic rites) was punishable by law until the 1970s I concur. 'Victim cards' and guilt are inextricable from that religion. Whatever this is is too little too late. Articles, statistics, graphs... those cannot make me unsee what I have seen.
