As a man that has been separated for almost a year and dabbled with a few ladies. My advice is do what feels right and stay aware of your mental state.

Im separated and after 4 months of searching and one friendship with a lady and I trip I realized she wasn't the one. Sent a message to a lady that I really wanted to connect with 2 months ago. Thursday i said hey I'm still interested if you are. She responded and we have talked on the phone everyday since then and have basically put trust in one another to make something happen. We are so compatible that it makes me sick to think I'm this lucky but I deserve her. I guess it just takes patients …

Cook a meal to fit in a bowl. One meat portion and 2 veggies. Sautéed or roasted. I like peppers and onions with chicken, steak or lamb. Just think in halves when you use veggies so you don't waste them.

I'm separated and had to take care of the stbxw for the last few months. I paid rent and a few more bills it was about 90/10 contribution she didn't work and stated she had found herself spiritually. Either way she left Sunday and moved to her parents 4 hours away. During this time I've connected with a lady friend and 2 weeks ago took a trip to LA with her and another couple. Her cousins birthday weekend. The last night we are there I'm in a parking lot on the sunset strip sobbing in the car al…

My stbexw just moved out yesterday after squatting rent free for 5 months. Told me on 12/2/21 she was unhappy and wanted to divorce. I said ok. She was on a spiritual journey and quit her full-time job 3 months prior to that. She burned our savings by January and gave little to no contribution to the bills. We were stuck in the same spot due to housing and rent costs. I agreed to help her but not to the point of I pay all the bills and for food while she talks on the phone all day not earning mo…

I believe I have it a bit easier in this situation. We agreed to not involve any attorneys and we have no real wealth or assets to split.

Thanks. We've been 50/50 partners the whole marriage if anything I'd take half her business. She is the one who dropped the ball.

You make 6 figures money ain't everything. What you gonna do with more of her money? I'm in the process of getting a divorce from my wife of 16 years. She quit her job 5 months ago to start a business for itself. While that was happening she decides she wants a divorce. I say ok. Months later she is jobless and I'm paying about 90% of the expenses. I hate it and want her to move on but I'm decent an I want to see her make the next step in life with no problems. It hurts but I'll be ok. If you lo…

Good for you man in picking yourself up a bit after all that. I'm currently going through something similar but my problems are microscopic compared to what you have been dealing with. I dodged a bullet because I'm signing papers this week but without all the drama.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
