Read the very last sentence of my post before posting this comment. I'm pretty sure I said you still have to ask for girl's numbers 95% of the time. I'm not saying you don't have to actively pursue; you absolutely should. Leaving room for the chase in your interactions will have women chasing you but rarely to the extent of demanding your contact info.

“It oNLY mAtTeRs iF yOu gOt lAiD BrO” Jesus. There’s more to life than getting laid. And it’s not like the opportunity to get laid wasn’t there either. We were flirting with each other a lot and had my place been available I probably would’ve gone for it. And I don’t really feel comfortable going back to women’s places either.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/21 03:28 PM

Because “chasing” in a dating context means trying to get someone’s attention, not literally running after someone. In the post I meant that she actually physically ran after me.

Yeah most instagram models aren’t even real models, just hot girls who are on Instagram. My definition of “model” is someone who actually gets paid to work as a model and does actual shoots.

Why does it matter whether or not I got laid? I didn’t as my place wasn’t available but we had a nice date and she was a really cool person. Getting laid isn’t the most important part of a date, believe it or not. Connecting and having fun with someone is way more important.

She was actually a really sweet person and had a very interesting life going on for her. But I agree, most tend to fixate on their looks a little too much. Also a woman saying she does modeling is nothing to get excited about in this day and age. “Modeling” is something anyone can do. Just get someone to take pictures of you, edit the pictures in Photoshop to make you look better than you are, make an Instagram account, and there. You’re a “model”. It’s like being a soundcloud rapper. Just take …

Yeah still though, if every girl you approach is rejecting you that says something about how you’re coming off.

I highly doubt the negative reactions were due to you cold approaching in general and more so the way you were approaching. Don’t know what city you’re in but I’m in Chicago and most women respond very positively to cold approach when I’m in a charismatic mood. When I’m not feeling charismatic I get instantly rejected a lot. Women are much more intuitive than men and the little nuances in your body language can tell a woman a LOT about you.
/r/TheRedPill10/08/21 12:22 AM
11

Have you actually gone out and cold approached? I have probably approached over 400 women by this point and I have never gotten a false rape accusation. Unless you’re literally harassing women there’s nothing to worry about. And why is it bad to compliment people? Most people appreciate compliments as long as they aren’t creepy.

Yeah of course it’s gonna be pretty rare for a girl to run after you IRL. The lesson here is to always be playful and challenging in your interactions with women.
/r/TheRedPill09/08/21 11:42 PM

Pretty sure this is another case of "Women say they want this but they end up going for something else". What a lot of people don't realize is this was based on a survey where people would say what they want in a partner. It's not actually scientific research; it's people's own logical preferences on a survey. However, dating is largely an emotional decision (especially for women). It's like the whole "women say they want nice guys but go for bad boys" debate. I have female friends that said the…

Bars and whatnot are social settings and the expectation is to be social. They expect to be approached there. It's not the same as just walking up to a woman during the day while she's running errands or w/e and likely doesn't want to be bothered. I'd say women get much more annoyed being approached in a bar repeatedly by drunk guys than getting approached during the day. The lower expectation of being approached during the day actually makes it a good thing and you two are sober, meaning you ca…

And coming off as cool, confident and respectful is attractive to a lot of women so do you also mean the guy has to be their physical type?

So meeting someone on Tinder or dating apps isn’t meeting a stranger? Dating apps are the most popular way of meeting people in the 21st century. It’s basically the digital equivalent of cold approach, you don’t know them initially but you start talking to each other and eventually date. Also you forgot to mention bars and clubs, as well as other activities. Also being cold approached in public is actually a fantasy for most women, and it mainly stems from watching meet-cute scenarios in rom-com…

I’m in Chicago. As far as I know the only other people who approach women in public are homeless people (they approach everyone though) and other pickup guys. Plus many of the women I’ve met through cold approach have never (or rarely) been approached in the way the pickup community advocates (respectfully going up to a girl and stating your intentions, and taking rejection gracefully)

Well okay then, you obviously speak from your experience (if you have any, the way you’re coming across sounds like you don’t so I wouldn’t be surprised).

Again, why do people act like attractive women exist, yet not men? Like there are just as many attractive men as there are women. And why would that only apply to model-esque women? First you imply the hot women get less attention, now they get more? There are a lot of conventionally attractive men, but women don't necessarily look for men who are physically attractive as their #1 choice. Why do you think romance novels and Literotica (the female version of porn) are so popular? When women read …

Ummm...everywhere. Dudes from work, dudes at university, dudes from social function, hobbies, friends, whatever. The vast majority of women see still going to have IRL orbiters just in her social circle. Pretty sure this only applies to the really hot model archetype women since they're more likely to get male attention than other women (particularly on social media / dating apps). And even still, a lot of the model archetypes NEVER get approached during the day in public since guys put her on a…

I'm not rich nor male model level hot. I am charismatic though. Pretty sure I've been on more dates from cold approach than a lot of guys here lol. And even if they have an orbit of dudes circling around, where are all those dudes? On social media and tinder. A woman (especially an attractive woman) only gets respectfully approached in public by like maybe 3 dudes in her life at best. Also charisma isn't hard to learn, you learn it by approaching women and working on your people skills.

Sounds like Mystery and his peacocking lol. In all honesty, yes being well dressed helps. But it’s also easy to use fashion as a crutch. And fashion definitely doesn’t matter as much as more important things such as confidence, social skills (game), and charisma. Even when I look my best, if something is off about my vibe or personality or I don’t have any confidence I get rejected by every girl. There have also been times where I didn’t look my best but my personality and confidence was on poin…

Fashion definitely matters and can make the difference between a guy who takes care of himself and a guy who looks like he plays WOW in his moms basement. But an important disclaimer: Dressing well alone will NOT make women seduce you and “prevent you from getting rejected”. You will still have to approach women and initiate everything and even if you look like a male model you’ll get rejected. Sorry to hear the harsh truth but dressing in fashionable clothes alone will NOT make women come to yo…

I have a brownish peacoat from H&M that I call "the ladies coat" because I almost always get compliments from women on it whenever I go out lol. Anyways a little disclaimer: Yes fashion is very important and can make a huge difference between looking like a male model and looking like a homeless guy, and more women will find you initially attractive if you have good fashion sense. HOWEVER... if you're using your fashion sense to "make girls come to you"... yeah sorry buddy not gonna happen. I st…

As someone who has high functioning autism... yeah don’t open with this. It’s way too revealing early on. Just use your normal direct opener.
/r/seduction18/05/21 04:28 PM
3

Being direct does work, it’s all about your presence and energy. If I approach a woman with a direct opener and I don’t feel all that confident about it, 90% of the time she’ll reject me. If I approach a woman with a direct opener with confident and positive energy 90% she’ll be attracted to me (or reject me but it’ll be a positive rejection).

If you see a girl out with her mom that you find attractive, by all means go for it lol
/r/seduction12/05/21 04:30 AM

Disagree. I’d say daygame is much easier than before due to the pandemic. A lot of women don’t use dating apps so meeting a guy in person is refreshing to them. Also there’s a lot less competition.
/r/seduction11/05/21 09:31 PM
2

Go get yourself a Cuban model then lol
/r/seduction11/05/21 07:25 PM
5

EXACTLY. There’s a common misconception in this community that the hotter girls will test you more. Sure, some will, but not all. You don’t know if that hot model you met likes average guys or bald guys or chubby guys or anything really. Picking up “hotter” girls isn’t harder; you make it harder because they are “goddesses” in your mind. Everyone is attracted to different things.

/r/seduction11/05/21 01:36 AM

I did mention the date in the post lol. If I’m making up imaginary stories then go approach women and see for yourself
/r/seduction11/05/21 01:21 AM

Forgot to mention the date in the post haha

It is very creepy if you don’t have social intelligence and are unattractive. (I’m not talking about PHYSICAL LOOKS either)

They talk about what makes them ROMANITCALLY attracted to a guy. They don’t talk about what makes them SEXUALLY attracted to a guy (which always comes before romantic attraction btw).

See THIS is why we need more posts like this. I cold approach all the time and the majority of the time it’s nothing but positive reactions. That’s what motivates me to keep doing it!

I looked through your comment history and you seem very blackpilled. Maybe get some experience for yourself and then offer advice?

How often do you approach women?
/r/seduction30/04/21 02:13 AM
2

I’ve always been pretty natural at socializing but not so much at talking to women. Being in a social mood helps me talk to women better and not run out of things to say and look like an awkward incel.
/r/seduction29/04/21 10:38 PM
1

Right you do have to stand out. But the more attractive he girl is, the more likely some other guy could easily grab her attention. Ideally you want her to be invested in you as well as attracted to you; without investment, you’re just another one of many guys she finds attractive and could easily go for another one of those guys over you. Idk I’ve gotten more success with getting girls numbers and texting them first so maybe giving numbers to girls works better for you?
/r/seduction29/04/21 10:30 PM
2

Lol the whole point of the warm up thing I do is to get into a place where I can naturally socialize with people. It makes me feel more comfortable to socialize in a natural way that feels more organic (god mode as simple pickup calls it). Social interactions are supposed to feel natural. If they don’t, you’re not being your true self.

A girl inviting me on a date means she found me creepy?
/r/seduction29/04/21 09:52 PM

Yeah she ended up flaking. Probably because she wanted to go on a date right then and there and she lost interest. But hey, plenty o fish in the sea
/r/seduction29/04/21 05:30 PM

I'd rather get used to riding a bike by myself first than ride a bike with a random girl.
/r/seduction29/04/21 05:24 PM
2

I have given girls my number before. In a lot of cases they will rarely text first because they want the man to lead. The man is supposed to lead 95% of the time. Also attractive women with a lot of options can forget about you and find another guy. So it’s up to you to keep her attention
/r/seduction29/04/21 04:40 PM
2

that would rarely work
/r/seduction29/04/21 03:16 PM

I literally met a girl on the street today. She invited me to go biking with her but my biking skills were rusty lol. You never know what can happen.
/r/seduction28/04/21 06:35 AM
2

Ahhhh I see what you meant. Actually I approached a girl today in a similar way to what you described. She invited me on a date later lol
/r/seduction28/04/21 05:33 AM
2

Yeah I approach them from the front usually. I NEVER approach them from behind - this scares girls. I mean I'm 19 so I'm not that far off from your age lol you'll just get rejected by older women a lot
/r/seduction28/04/21 01:01 AM
2

Lol no I try very hard not to be a spam approaching PUA weirdo. I comment on whatever intrigues me in the moment. An example: I opened a girl I approached today with "I like your style", only because I GENUINELY liked her style. She ended up inviting me to go biking with her but I got her number and we're getting coffee Thursday (field report later today btw).
/r/seduction27/04/21 10:22 PM
2

Typically I engage the whole group. Most pickup advice tells you to only focus on one girl but I would rather talk to the entire group like a normal human who is social with everyone. In this particular case I approached the group with "I like your style".
/r/seduction27/04/21 10:18 PM

I myself have autism and have been on LOADS of dates in the past month. I'm not exactly a "god" with women but I'm getting there.

/r/seduction16/04/21 05:02 AM

I still cold approach and it’s gotten me tons of dates. You may think that women get constant validation from apps but how many men confidently approach them in real life? Almost zero. A guy approaching them IRL is like a breath of fresh air to them. Yes, even the most attractive women who get a lot of attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 04:23 PM
1

Why do you guys care about looks so much? I mean if you’re below average looking that’s one thing, but the majority of men are average looking. Attractive women WILL go for a guy who is average looking if he has a personality and has confidence, and even will go for a below average looking guy if he has attractive personality traits. Not every hot girl is banging “chads”. Go talk to women and find out for yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 04:17 PM

HAVE FUN. Approach every girl you find attractive, if you get rejected, who cares? And make sure to be respectful and polite.

Ah yes, Thatwasepic. Classic inspiration for me

I can relate man! When I was 16 I spent $200 on a PUA course. And it was one of the really bad misogynistic PUA’s. It was def a learning experience and one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my life. That being said, I am much better with women now than I was at 16 so I don’t need to spend any more money on expensive PUA material.
/r/ExRedPill14/04/21 06:45 PM
2

Def not as low as people say it is. On average you could probably go on 1 date out of 5 approaches at the very least.
/r/askTRP14/04/21 05:00 PM
1

Definitely not. If you want to get a girlfriend I'd recommend approaching women IRL. You'd be surprised how often women get properly approached during the day. Also, you're taller than me lol
/r/askTRP14/04/21 04:51 PM
1

If a girl is uncomfortable and you continue after she says no, then yes that is harassment. Learn to read body language and if she likes you, continue.
/r/askTRP14/04/21 04:50 PM
1

I personally would not just outright say “Hey I think you’re beautiful and Id like to take you out for coffee” when cold approaching. Instead, I would say “I think you’re beautiful / cute and I had to say hi”, get to know her, and then ask her out for coffee and ask her for her number.
/r/seduction10/04/21 02:11 AM
1

Congrats man!
/r/seduction10/04/21 02:08 AM

Exactly. This is why being direct when approaching women is the best; you're being honest with your intentions and that is VERY attractive to women.

“Hey I like your style” is another good direct opener that has worked well for me. Also “you look interesting”.

No offense to women but the worst person you can ask for dating advice is a woman. Why do you think they say they want a “nice and sweet guy” but then go for the exact opposite? A LOT of women say it’s creepy for a guy to approach them in a mall or on a street. Meanwhile some confident, charming dude who is respectful of their time is approaching them in these EXACT locations and they’re blushing and giving him their numbers (and on some occasions even asking the guy for hjs number) and thanking…
/r/seduction08/04/21 05:36 PM

I mean there’s a reason why cold approach is the most suggested method on here lol. You never know what will happen. I’ve had several other crazy experiences besides this one (the time I got hit on by 4 insanely hot girls, the time a girl asked me out, two girls wanting me to “come hang out with them in their room”, etc). All of these experiences are not fairy tales; these are actual things that have happened to me because I approached. The possibilities are seriously endless.
/r/seduction08/04/21 03:22 PM
2

The point was that you should always leave room for the chase when talking to a girl. This was a more extreme example of what happens if you do this.
/r/seduction08/04/21 02:46 PM
2

I agree that you should be asking for her number 90% of the time. However there are rare instances where women will ask for your number.
/r/seduction08/04/21 02:39 PM
6

Unfortunately not but I wish lol. This was when I first got into cold approach and was getting comfortable with just approaching.
/r/seduction08/04/21 07:58 AM

I mean yeah I always do close lol. This was more of an experiment I wanted to try.
/r/seduction08/04/21 07:56 AM

I’m glad you’re approaching women and being direct. Approaching women doesn’t have to be a full time job. I have plenty of passions, hobbies etc and nowadays I only go out to approach every other day. On the days I don’t approach I have dates. Being well groomed and having a decent fashion sense go a long way in terms of appearance; you should def take care of yourself. However, a very small minority of guys are actually “ugly”. The majority of guys are naturally average looking. Which means you…
/r/seduction08/04/21 07:36 AM

Moral of the story: if you actually went out and approached women on a regular basis than you would probably witness similar experiences that I’ve had. AND your “only chads get girls” mentality would be changed.
/r/seduction08/04/21 07:25 AM

I mean I am 19 lol so I can’t say for sure.

In which my friend approaches women?
/r/seduction07/04/21 10:50 PM

Women can literally sense your confidence when you approach them. I’ve had many experiences where women were instantly attracted to me because I was radiating confidence and charisma. Other times when I was in a bad mood approaching women I would get instantly rejected. Something to think about.
/r/seduction07/04/21 10:49 PM
4

Start approaching women at the malls, on the street, etc. Most places are still open and you can still find a lot of cute girls everywhere.
/r/seduction07/04/21 09:56 PM

You will get rejected! And that’s totally fine, as long as you handle rejection well. Try talking to people before you approach women, will help warm up your social muscles.
/r/seduction07/04/21 09:55 PM
5

Anywhere. Malls, college campuses, the street, etc. Despite what a lot of women will tell you, most of them have a fantasy of meeting a guy randomly in public. It’s not creepy at all.
/r/seduction07/04/21 07:52 PM
6

Start approaching women. I also have autism and never had dating experience prior to college. Approaching women every day pretty much changed my dating life and the way I thought about women, and it allowed me to get experience with dating.
/r/seduction07/04/21 07:16 PM
15

Yeah when I’m in a confident, positive mood almost every woman I approach is instantly attracted to me because I just radiate that confident energy. One girl I approached randomly on the street instantly asked for my number as soon as I approached her (and not because she wanted me to go away; because she was just immediately drawn to the energy I was giving off and she felt that). Women are very in tune with emotions. When they just happen to “feel it” with a guy, they are attracted to him. Thi…

Yeah I can def relate to that. In high school I was the “semi-popular” kid (I wasn’t a jock or athlete but I did get a lot of attention from the popular kids). I’m also a pretty good looking guy; not “chad” level but I dress well and keep myself well groomed. Only had one girlfriend in high school and it didn’t even last 2 weeks. I didn’t even go on a single date with a girl untill I started approaching women and now I go on 2-3 dates a week. I learned that men have to be the pursuers in order t…

Exactly. Women can feel what we feel. If you feel natural confidence, she can feel that too and she feels instantly attracted to you.
/r/seduction07/04/21 03:36 PM

I think this is important especially for guys who believe that “all chads get girls”. Yes some good looking guys do, but some can’t even speak to a woman despite getting noticed a lot. I have a friend who is not good looking at all but is incredibly charismatic and gets insane results with hot women.
/r/seduction07/04/21 03:14 PM

You don’t have to fuck every girl on the first date but why is she going on a date with you in the first place? Because she views you as a potential sexual partner.
/r/seduction05/04/21 07:37 PM
2

It’s actually very important to have sex on the first date or at least get her to WANT to have sex, unless you want to get the “there just wasn’t a spark” message after the date. Most women have slept with guys on the first date including the “innocent sweet” types so it’s not a bad thing to do.
/r/seduction05/04/21 07:34 PM
2

That is if you actually go to the school and you want to be tactful of your “reputation”. If you don’t go to the school then campus is fine. It also depends on your approach and whether or not you come off as too aggressive (ex: the Sean guy I mentioned) or relaxed and confident.
/r/seduction05/04/21 06:35 PM
2

You can tell pretty easily when they’re in a hurry lol it’s not hard and they’ll usually tell you if they are. And why not meet a girl and her friends? You can get to know all of them.
/r/seduction05/04/21 06:34 PM
2

As long as you don’t end up like this guy and act too aggressive then you’ll be fine.
/r/seduction05/04/21 06:30 PM
3

As for the street I’d recommend the busiest street in your city with a lot of people traffic (ex: Michigan Ave in Chicago or Broadway in New York)
/r/seduction05/04/21 06:22 PM
2

College campuses are a really good place to get practice with cold approach. You don’t have to worry about building a negative reputation bc you don’t even go to the school lol. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are a student but if you’re not then you can get away with it. You can just practice untill you get better. College campuses are also one of the best options for cold approach bc there’s a good number of women who want to meet guys. The whole point of college is to socialize and meet people…
/r/seduction05/04/21 06:19 PM
1

Yeah most people on r/seduction (who don’t even bother to do it btw since a lot of guys on this sub don’t take action). Women think it’s creepy because they get approached by socially awkward guys on a regular basis and never get approached by a confident guy who is socially intelligent. Heck, even my parents say that if i approach random women i’ll “get arrested”. Society as a whole views pickup as some bad thing you should never do, “just because it’s bad”.
/r/seduction05/04/21 03:58 AM
3

People have a negative view about daygame in general, they think it’s “creepy” and that they shouldn’t do it.
/r/seduction05/04/21 03:53 AM
3

Yeah lol i mean there’s other reasons to be on a college campus other than being a student there. You could be interning, you could just really enjoy the campus, etc
/r/seduction05/04/21 01:29 AM
-5

Tell them you’re visiting campus for fun or something.
/r/seduction05/04/21 01:27 AM
24

A lot of college campuses are open. Malls, a busy street, etc
/r/seduction05/04/21 12:22 AM
2

Good luck man! I actually approached a girl yesterday who was on the phone. Turns out she was on the phone with her boyfriend lol but she appreciated it nonetheless
/r/seduction01/04/21 04:26 AM
7

Be polite and say something like “sorry to interrupt but I thought you were cute and I had to say hi”. Usually they’ll continue the convo and if they don’t, move on.
/r/seduction01/04/21 04:09 AM
2

Personally I would try approaching women more often. I am a guy who has had no prior success in dating untill late last year or so when I began cold approaching. You can approach anywhere (college campuses, malls, the park etc). Seriously recommend you try it.
/r/seduction31/03/21 04:46 AM
2

I’m noticing this with daygame lol. I was KILLING IT earlier this month (getting dates with cute girls, etc) and now it seems like I can’t even hold a good convo bc i took a break from the game. Momentum really does fade away.
/r/seduction31/03/21 01:14 AM
1

Getting the number doesn’t always mean a win though. Most girls will give you their number as a polite excuse to tell you they’re not interested.
/r/seduction30/03/21 02:50 AM
1

Me too, I was tired AF and did after doing 15 approached yesterday. Only got one number.
/r/seduction29/03/21 03:59 AM
1

I actually do that lol, usually she’ll tell me something like “I’m here for school” and then I’ll ask.
/r/seduction26/03/21 03:13 PM
3

Yeah saying anything overly sexual in your opener is the easiest way to get yourself thrown in jail. The key word is SUBTLE. Just tell her you think she’s cute on your opener.
/r/seduction25/03/21 08:26 PM
3

Yes it’s a “numbers game”, but Vadim also has really good game as well.
/r/seduction25/03/21 03:55 PM

That’s fine! Not everyone is going to like it and that’s totally okay. Everyone is different.
/r/seduction24/03/21 03:35 PM
2

I def agree with a lot of the points on here. Making a woman feel comfortable is absolutely important when approaching. This is just my personal opinion, but I don’t think approaching on the street should be entirely off-limits. I have had many positive experiences approaching on the street, then again I mostly approach on busy streets with a lot of people traffic. I do agree that if a woman is in a hurry you should just let her be and respect her. But a lot of people are just out shopping / run…
/r/seduction24/03/21 03:18 PM

yup
/r/seduction24/03/21 02:09 PM

I’d say snapchat or numbers are better, but I have gotten dates through getting Instagrams.
/r/seduction24/03/21 03:12 AM

Or maybe guys who try to talk to women in person make them feel weird and maybe, perhaps maybe - they don’t encounter guys who can confidently (and respectfully) approach them. I’m not entirely disagreeing with you - online dating might work for some people. But to me (and other guys who want to approach women and don’t like OLD) this really sounds like “Get back in your shell and use tinder like everyone else”. Yes I get that people have their own methods that work for them. However, it sounds …
/r/seduction24/03/21 02:56 AM

Personally I am not using dating apps. Way too much competition and so many things you have to do to get it right.
/r/seduction24/03/21 02:13 AM

THIS.
/r/seduction23/03/21 10:32 PM

Daygame is AMAZING. Seriously, once you start to do it more and more often it literally becomes an addiction. I also don’t use tinder, i never match with women I find attractive. During daygame though I’ve gotten dates with hotter girls than I could ever get on Tinder. Models, sorority girls, etc.
/r/seduction23/03/21 07:46 PM
1

I typically open with “Hey I thought you were cute and I had to say hi”. Also “I like your style” and “I thought you looked interesting”
/r/seduction23/03/21 07:14 PM
1

Huh interesting. I don’t go to bars (I’m 19) but from what I’ve heard indirect openers tend to work the best in that situation. For me I personally go direct, especially during the day. I find that going direct gets a lot more positive responses than going indirect.
/r/seduction23/03/21 06:52 PM
3

Exactly.
/r/seduction23/03/21 04:57 PM
2

Go out and approach women!
/r/seduction23/03/21 04:01 PM
3

Approach women. there’s my 2 word answer
/r/seduction23/03/21 03:11 PM
1

3 of the girls were very attractive by my standards (basically model looking). One was not exactly my type but still cute. And yeah I think it was my confidence AND good looks that helped with the positive response.
/r/seduction21/03/21 01:57 PM
5

This actually happened in Millennium Park in Chicago, near the Bean. And honestly I don’t care about impressing anyone, too much mental work.
/r/seduction21/03/21 05:26 AM
4

Oh yeah right, my looks did ALL the work. It’s not like confidence played a major role either.
/r/seduction21/03/21 03:14 AM
2

I’m good looking enough by society’s standards, about 5’9. Not exactly Chad level tho
/r/seduction21/03/21 02:23 AM

yeah lol i totally would’ve! i had made plans w my friend tho later
/r/seduction20/03/21 11:08 PM

I am a musician, model, and photographer. It’s pretty easy to say that I am creative as well.
/r/seduction20/03/21 01:21 AM
-1

How is that possible?
/r/seduction20/03/21 12:49 AM
2

Yeah exactly. You don’t want to come across like a pushy homeless guy asking for money. Women are especially vulnerable nowadays especially with the recent events going on. One thing I’ve been doing lately is if a woman seems like she’s in a rush, I’ll ask her if she is and if she says yes I’ll end the interaction. If she seems open and says no, then I’ll continue it. the Just gotta be careful that’s all.
/r/seduction18/03/21 06:39 PM
2

Yeah I’ve def noticed it works a lot better outside of school in public. I’ve had many positive experiences through doing it though. I’ve made plenty of women’s days and I usually get positive reactions, even if they reject me. Many women have outright asked for my number when I’ve done it.
/r/seduction18/03/21 06:32 PM
2

Yeah... I faced a lot of backlash from my school for doing it and I almost got kicked out of a mall. I also had a bad experience in my small hometown (I attend college in a large city so cold approach works better here than in a city of 42,000). I’ve obviously learned from these experiences but I think sometimes it’s hard to even push boundaries properly without getting anxiety.
/r/seduction18/03/21 06:28 PM
2

I am especially trying to work on this. I’ve had some negative experiences from cold approaching in regards to calibration and I feel almost a little overly cautious on pushing boundaries nowadays, especially with having autism.
/r/seduction18/03/21 06:18 PM
2

I definitely agree with this. The important thing is not to persist when she says no, and I think that’s where a lot of guys get it wrong. However, some women won’t outright verbalize when they are feeling uncomfortable out of politeness, rather they’ll show it through their body language. I think it’s especially important to read body language and sense when they are uncomfortable.
/r/seduction18/03/21 06:16 PM
1

Yeah idk man... this might be the end of cold approach. Especially with the recent Atlanta shooting.
/r/seduction18/03/21 02:51 PM
1

I went on 2 dates this past weekend. Both of which were girls that I randomly approached on the street. If you think that approaching women on the street is “creepy”, then it’s not the act of doing it, but it’s HOW you do it. You need to be respectful about your approach and be socially calibrated. If you do this, most women will be at the very least flattered. There has been women on this subreddit that have said stuff like “I met my boyfriend of 5 years on the street” or “I’ve dated guys who a…
/r/seduction17/03/21 07:02 PM
1

I mean yeah it’s gonna be nowhere near 100% but even beginners have way more than a 0% success rate.
/r/seduction16/03/21 09:48 PM
2

I seriously don’t think it would be THAT low. I’ve already gotten 4 dates in 2 weeks from cold approach. If it IS that low, you’re either not doing it right, or you’re never asking for numbers. Simple as that.
/r/seduction16/03/21 09:40 PM
1

I have plenty of stuff going on in my life other than cold approaching, such as music and college. I’m not some low life man going around trying to get laid.
/r/seduction16/03/21 08:52 PM
1

Well I’ve been cold approaching for a solid 2 weeks now (I’m not new, was on a 2 month hiatus) and I’ve gotten 4 dates (one of which was an instant date) so I’m def on the way to the 30 dates goal. Also I got a number from a Cuban model the other week so I’m heading towards the dates with insta models goal. I haven’t invited girls back to my place yet (still have to work logistics, my dorm building doesn’t allow outside guests) but once I work out those I’ll be on my way to losing my virginity.
/r/seduction16/03/21 07:01 PM
1

As someone who’s been called creepy before, all I can say is do your best to calibrate.
/r/seduction13/03/21 01:29 AM
1

Keep in mind its not JUST about looks. Demeanor and body language play a role as well. But yeah I am very fashionable so there’s that.
/r/seduction11/03/21 04:28 PM
1

I approached a group of 6 girls yesterday and they couldn’t stop talking about how attractive I was lol Also I regularly approach 2 sets and 3 sets all the time. It’s really the same as approaching a 1 set, except I engage with all of the girls as opposed to just one. I usually open groups with “I thought you guys looked interesting and I had to say hi”. Similar to “I thought you were cute”, but varied slightly.
/r/seduction11/03/21 04:16 PM
1

Yeah but learning to convey all of this THROUGH cold approach is also a skill. It’s a skill set.
/r/seduction09/03/21 04:22 PM
-2

Most cold approaches are either strait up harassment or just really awkward. If a man can learn to cold approach properly and with respect, then it’s a completely different experience.
/r/seduction04/03/21 10:29 PM

yesss
/r/seduction04/03/21 10:27 PM

Vadim from Honest Signalz.
/r/seduction04/03/21 07:26 PM

Yeah def be more direct.
/r/seduction04/03/21 05:27 PM

yes exactly
/r/seduction04/03/21 05:57 AM
4

I’m in Chicago. Stuff is opening and restrictions are easing. Daygame is already coming back here
/r/seduction04/03/21 01:54 AM
2

THIS.
/r/seduction03/03/21 11:40 PM
5

Yes that’s true. But a guy who is nervous AND owns it shows confidence. That’s what I meant from the post.
/r/seduction03/03/21 11:17 PM
3

I’m confused
/r/seduction03/03/21 09:15 PM
9

Yeah I guess what I meant is that there’s no reason to be embarrassed about your nervousness.
/r/seduction03/03/21 07:47 PM
1

While I agree that techniques can work some of the time, the most successful interactions I’ve had are where I didn’t use any “techniques”. I was straightforward, honest and confident. That’s how you should be.
/r/seduction03/03/21 06:18 PM
1

yeah I’m def into natural game, i feel like it’s more my style. i’m not so much into the whole push-pull / neg stuff, they can be useful on occasion but i’d rather not use them.
/r/seduction03/03/21 03:49 PM
2

As someone on the spectrum AND good looking by society’s standards, you’d think that would be the case. But no. Not until I did pickup.
/r/seduction03/03/21 05:07 AM
3

I watched Simple Pickup, thatwasepic and angrypicnic in my early teens, then I started watching honest signalz, AG hayden, coach kyle, and karismaking later on.
/r/seduction03/03/21 02:16 AM
6

I think there’s a difference between doing pickup in a healthy, genuine way and doing it in a way that’s sleazy and manipulative. You can still do pickup without the manipulation stuff. For example, be genuine and show empathy. Even attractive chad-level guys (GASP!) struggle with this stuff. I used to be one of those guys who seemed like he would always have it easy. Good looks, very talented, and interesting. It wasn’t until I started cold approaching that my dating life started to improve. Pi…
/r/seduction02/03/21 09:14 PM
1

Yeah I guess that’s what I meant.
/r/seduction02/03/21 08:53 PM
6

And there’s nothing wrong with that! But sometimes the community tends to be misleading with advice. I’m just saying being a normal person and talking to women as if they’re a normal person works a lot better than “game”. You do want to flirt though and make your intentions clear. That’s what most guys struggle with.
/r/seduction02/03/21 08:25 PM
1

YOURE A GOD. I grew up with SP and they inspired me to get into pickup. Thank you so so much. Seriously.
/r/seduction02/03/21 08:16 PM
7

It’s a common media criticism, that pickup is about “manipulating” women or harassing them. It’s not anything like that at all.
/r/seduction02/03/21 07:11 PM
2

I had a rather normal conversation with her, nothing too gamey or anything. That’s the point of cold approach tho, if you get good at it then it doesn’t even look like cold approach and it just looks like two strangers having a fun conversation.
/r/seduction02/03/21 06:00 PM
1

Yes women care about looks, but not as much as you think they do. Personally I am good looking enough by society’s standards to be a male model. I’ve had this look since freshman year of high school. Did I ever get dates before I started to actively improve my dating life even though I was good looking? No. I also know some less attractive friends of mine that do well with women. You would think that’s impossible, but being good looking is not the end all be all for your attractiveness. Confiden…
/r/seduction02/03/21 05:08 AM

I was just kinda testing the waters
/r/seduction02/03/21 04:26 AM
1

Making someone uncomfortable and borderline harassing people are two different things. If you are saying really overt sexual things or outright grabbing women, then yeah that’s harassment. Also being really pushy with a woman. The worst that can happen if they feel uncomfortable is they’ll just stop talking to you. Just move on and work on your calibration skills.
/r/seduction01/03/21 11:32 PM
1

Confident women will test you on occasion to see how confident you really are. I’m talking about (and i think IcarusBane is talking about as well) women who play emotional games.
/r/seduction01/03/21 11:20 PM
1

I think it’s important to at least show that you’re a human being and not some manipulative misogynistic player, nervous or confident.
/r/seduction01/03/21 02:30 AM
2

I actually did this in one of my approaches. I approached a girl in the park once, I had gotten shot down by a bunch of other girls and wasn’t feeling the most confident. I told her I was nervous and she ended up asking for my number
/r/seduction01/03/21 02:09 AM

Said coaches in OP. Also howtobeast and dave perrotta
/r/seduction01/03/21 01:45 AM

Sorry if I misread your comment, but it kinda sounded like you think that only looks, money and status matter.

David tian?
/r/seduction28/02/21 01:07 AM
1

Yeah, women are people. Just like us. That’s the main problem with this industry though. Men dehumanize women. It’s seriously not a good mentality.
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:44 PM
3

Most pickup coaches nowadays are more focused on self help. Its not really a pickup industry anymore
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:43 PM
2

Yeah, he probably has an ad somewhere though. I hate those PUAs that claim to know “one magic trick”. Like it doesn’t exist dude. Confidence is your magic trick.
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:36 PM
3

So you’re saying that if I become rich I’ll attract gold diggers. Yeah those are totally my type, I’d love to date a gold digger and become as narcissistic as they are! Seriously though. You’re looking at this through a LMS perspective. Most women don’t care about ANY of that if you’re charming and attractive. (And no I do NOT mean just physical)
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:34 PM
2

Yeah but he’s talking about stuff like Mystery, Neil Strauss, etc
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:32 PM
4

Oh god. I know EXACTLY who you’re talking about. Those guys who run YouTube ads claiming the “one word a woman needs to hear in order to sleep with you”. Fucking scam.
/r/seduction27/02/21 11:31 PM
1

True. Although is it the women you want?
/r/seduction27/02/21 10:37 PM
1

Well yeah that’s definitely true, if you’re talking about the majority of old-school pickup (Mystery method, etc). But how would you know if a girl is attracted to you or not? Girls will rarely approach first. I have personally approached girls that didn’t even look me in the eye but as soon as I approached them, they lit up. Cold approach isn’t “normal” because most “normal” advice is basic platitudes such as “just be yourself” or “stop looking, it will happen naturally”. This kind of advice do…

http://aaronsleazy.blogspot.com/2013/11/real-life-example-of-pua-who-creeped_6.html?m=1 Here’s an example of exactly that
/r/seduction27/02/21 07:32 PM

There’s nothing wrong with approaching a lot of girls in college, but approaching so many to the point where you’ve approached the same girls multiple times without realizing it is obviously a problem.
/r/seduction27/02/21 07:31 PM
1

Yeah generally it won’t be a problem unless you are super aggressive or if you spam approach excessively. I got a reputation not necessarily because I was super aggressive, but because I approached a lot of girls including some of the same girls multiple times. There was another dude at my school who hit up a bunch of girls on social media who also got a reputation, but he was way more aggressive. So that could be why I got a reputation as well. My school is pretty against guys who approach wome…
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:14 PM
1

You can still approach during the pandemic, just be aware of social distancing / masks. But whatever makes you feel comfortable. A lot of college campuses are open so those are a good option. ThatWasEpic and Angrypicnic often approach on university campuses.
/r/seduction27/02/21 05:24 PM
3

Yeah same here, when I have my style on point and groom myself, even if I get rejected women will often compliment my style or say that I am very attractive. As for the giggling / blushing; they’ll do that even if you aren’t a good looking guy. It’s all about how you come across.
/r/seduction27/02/21 05:20 PM
5

Yeah but you probably don’t wanna be with those girls anyway.
/r/seduction27/02/21 05:17 PM
1

They’re good channels! I would say that on occasion they do make some mistakes in their approaches that make people uncomfortable, but they’re prank channels so I assume they’re just doing it for fun. But both are charismatic af and a great motivation to at least get out there and approach.
/r/seduction27/02/21 04:02 PM
1

If that’s the case then I’d recommend the following YouTube channels of people doing cold approach successfully: Honest Signalz Coach Kyle Taysocial Austen Summers ThatWasEpic (a classic for me) Old Simple Pickup (if you can find any) AG Hayden The Natural Lifestyles (James marshall)
/r/seduction27/02/21 03:45 PM
2

I’ve been reading a lot of Nick Notas’s blog as well, he offers some of the best advice when it comes to dating imo
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:44 AM
2

One good inspiration I’d recommend as well is Youtuber thatwasepic. He was my original inspiration for cold approach, the dude is just carefree and charismatic as hell.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:43 AM
2

Yeah signals can be difficult. That’s why I don’t tend to rely on them and just go for it anyways. Even if you get rejected you still will at least feel proud for doing it.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:42 AM
1

I’m down! I’m in the south loop. I recently took a break from cold approach but I might get back into it soon.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:40 AM
3

I def recommend “Models” by Mark Manson. Also “Irresistible” (shoutout to u/aghayden, dudes a god). Also watch honest signalz and coach kyle.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:36 AM
2

Yeah but if you “work on yourself” (as in improve every other area of your life besides dating) and you still aren’t getting results, then it has nothing to do with whether or not you “made it” by society’s standards. Dating IS a separate skill. Working on yourself is great and I’m all for it, but there are guys who have a great career and seemingly appealing lifestyle but don’t get dates.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:34 AM
4

P.S. if you live in a city (Chicago for me; New York and LA or any major US city are good options for cold approach) you’re less likely to get a reputation and you can approach whoever you want.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:28 AM
3

Cold approach is a skill, meaning the more you work on it the better you get. You have way more options with cold approach than meeting someone through social circles or OLD. Social circles and OLD have their pros and cons. The benefit of social circles are that you’ll develop deeper connections/friendships with people and build a good reputation, but if you don’t know how to flirt or make a move properly then you’ll become that weird guy. Also there’s limited options and the people in your soci…

Granted not every girl will react in the same way. I’ve also had my fair share of rejections. But most girls will react a lot more positively than you think.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:09 AM
7

The term “cold approach” solely means that you don’t know the other person, and you approach them with the intention of going out with them. Having small talk with strangers is another thing entirely.
/r/seduction27/02/21 06:07 AM

Example to support my answer: I once approached a girl who most guys would deem 9/10 in terms of looks. Immediately she was flattered, and after about 2 mins of conversation she asked for my number. She told me that no guy had ever approached her like that and that she was impressed with my confidence.

Yeah sure they get hit on all the time, but who has the balls to approach them in a confident and respectful manner? Probably very few. Most guys who hit on girls are weird and uncalibrated. So when you show yourself to not be one of those guys, you stand out.

Something else you have to consider too is how you’re coming across. If you come off creepy then she will feel creeped out, but if you come off as friendly and positive than she will be flattered more than anything.

Yeah I mean they won’t outright tell you when they’re feeling uncomfortable, just like they won’t tell you when they are attracted. You have to read their body language and look for subtle cues. This comes with practice.

Yeah I did a lot of cold approach at college and unfortunately got a bad reputation, I think people have forgotten by now but obviously I learned from that experience.

Generally I would advise not cold approaching in college, especially if you’re going direct. You’re more likely to make girls uncomfortable if you go direct, therefore getting you a reputation. However, if you come off normal and laid back and talk to everyone, you won’t get a bad reputation. Unless it’s a big school and you don’t care about getting a reputation, don’t cold approach at any school under 10,000 people.

Honestly I hear a lot of things like “Approaching random women will get you arrested” and I’m like “REALLY?!?” like it’s not like you’re harrassing anyone or groping anyone, you’re just genuinely trying to meet people. It’s like driving. Yes, you COULD intentionally crash your car and injure yourself, but if you are just trying to learn how to drive, then you wouldn’t do something like that. It’s not like people are saying “If you learn how to drive you’ll hurt yourself”.

Funny you mention it, I attend a downtown college in Chicago and the campus is literally the city haha

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
