Feel the same way. This lowers teen pregnancies, which means less people on welfare and more working adults to tax. Communities who have implemented this sort of strategy save TONS of money because of it. From an economic standpoint, it's just a smart move.No amount of 'personal responsibility' rhetoric is gonna keep teens and college students from gettin' it on, and me getting upset about it isn't gonna help my community's budget.

Also, If you don’t want to be shy, Try some theater stuff. Tell the director that you don’t want a speaking role, that you just wanna be a guard who stands in the back. Being onstage will help with confidence, but more importantly, you’ll end up making friends. Theater kids are usually super outgoing/talkative folks.
