One of my big regrets is not working out during college when i had a meal plan where I could load up on food at the dining hall. I could have also gotten into the habit sooner. But I started working out this year and it feels really good. Even baby steps day by day feel awesome.

Would this advice be good for asking a girl out from the rest of a larger friend group? When I was in college I didn't really date much. The guys in my dorm usually partied with a group of girls fairly regularly. But I feel like asking one of those girls out would have made things awkward and upset the group dynamic we had for everyone.

Before PUA coaches they were putting ads in newspapers about their good teeth, seeded buckwheat and bully potatoes. Hoping for a spinster.

Case in point, I seem to fit that description pretty well and I'm kind of pathetic. I think my greatest challenge is speaking in a dominant way. I'm very soft spoken so even if I am 100% right on a topic or course of action, it's a huge problem when I get steamrolled by stupid, loud people making shit decisions instead of listening to me. Btw, is there any advice on how to work on projecting my voice? (It's not exactly related to seduction but I thought I would ask)

Definitely do this. I don't like approaching girls at bars or clubs... I'm confident enough. I've been told that I look pretty good, and I like talking with/meeting new people, but lots of girls at clubs/bars seem so fake/condescending. I'd be really impressed and a lot more comfortable talking to a girl who came up to me and talked. I agree with what jazzypants, Hea6749 and breakneckridge said. Just make a comment or compliment and see how they react. (i.e. see if the guy responds like he want …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
