| 1 | I have enough to sue...Firstly your empathy is towards your kids. I would assume the ex doesn't do the same. Sadly women can be much colder when it comes to empathy. I would go for what your owed and entitled too. But weigh up the risk of legal costs leaving everyone with nothing. But if that Money gets you a deposit for your own place.
