My ex makes my life hell with My daughter for working so much. We've been separated for 3.5 years now. Daughter is 4.

She's been with 3 longer term guys in this period and I'm sure there was some shorter ones in there. They always meet my daughter very early.

The last guy was accused of sexual assault on her work colleague. The new one has spent time in jail.

But my theory was happy ex easier life. So I helped them move, I invited them both to come strawberry picking with me and My daughter (my daughter asked me to take her with mummy as we had done so before when both single)

After I began working away at the start of the year. It just gets worse and worse. Constant remarks about being a crap parent, narcissist. All the usual stuff.

Since the new parter got off home D. Their spending is ridiculous. Cars, boats and weekend trips away. She's changed my daughters daycare days so I can't pick her up anymore. Is demanding I only pick my daughter up from their house. If I don't make the set time. I lose my weekend with My daughter. I flat out refuse to go to their property since the partner threatened me and got in my face and my ex stood with my daughter in her arms to witness it. Which I think is because they think I fear him. That was 3 months ago and I still want to smack him in the teeth so damn much. But obviously that's what the ex is hoping I lose my cool.

I guess what I'm here asking is. I know it's going to go to court and I know I have a good case with her exs past. But firstly, what kind of stuff should I be pushing for a lawyer to bring up and also do I request drug tests on them both?

My big issue is I moved across the world for her. I don't have family or close friends to support me. Otherwise I'd strongly consider trying for full or 50/50 custody.

We do have a mediation agreement. But she claims since I missed a weekend working away. I broke the terms first.
