A lot of guys don't increase their caloric intake or work legs, then blame genetics when they don't see much gain. It sounds like you've done your research, a 5x5 with enough food is definitely the way to go. My only advice is that it's possible 2600 calories won't be enough, so keep an eye on the scale. Also make sure you get lots of quality sleep. Good luck bro.

I was on seroquel for a couple of weeks. It's a very powerful sedative. I've always had insomnia but within 45 minutes of taking it there was no way I could possibly be awake. I'm guessing that ADHD was a lie and that the actually has much more serious mental problems. ADHD is typically medicated with ridalin, adderall or risperdal.

Women are also more likely to abuse and neglect children, especially when the comparison is made in the context of whether or not the other parent is present. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/08/01/health/01brfs-army.html

Some women kill their kids because their new boyfriend doesn't like kids.

Mastering yourself will combat the anger and depression. Exercise (weights and cardio), meditate. Spend your time pursuing high value activities like learning, playing an instrument, writing (keep a journal), basically anything creative. Minimize or eliminate activities which are fun right now but give no lasting benefit like masturbating and playing video games.

born evil Is a tiger evil? It chases down its prey and murders it by biting its neck. But that's just how tigers evolved and are born. They are animals and don't think. Women aren't much different. Like tigers they are beautiful creatures and should not be hated - but avoid them for your own personal safety.

This community might downvote you if they disagree with you. All the feminism subs will ban you if they disagree with you.

I was severely abused as a kid by my feminist aunt (second mom) for being male, and sexually abused by my mother. In high school and for a bit afterwards girls would decide they were going out with me, and thanks to my upbringing I was terrified to say no to a female. As an adult I became reclusive and have always been alone. I enjoy it, I don't feel lonely the way some people might. I'm going to be building a small cabin way up in Colorado soon and with luck, I'll never see another human again.

The dictionary isn't what has a tangible impact on the world. Only in the myopic viewpoint of a woman trying to distance herself from manhaters is manhating "not true feminism".

From what I've read it's Canada, Australia, the US and the UK that are the worst, presumably because of the growth of feminism combined with a popular culture which encourages vapid materialism and zero responsibility for women. Feminism is huge in Scandinavia as well but their culture values more than just the Kardashians, so while it's bad, it's not quite as bad as the four nations I mentioned specifically.

My mom molested me when I was 7, I began psychiatry twice a week when I was 8. Did she even get a slap on the wrist? Of course not.

I'm planning on building a small cabin way up in Colorado. Plenty of beautiful wilderness, no people / women if I stay away from population centers and legal weed.

Batshit crazy woman That's all of them. We really need a word to describe the ones who're even crazier than the rest. SJW fits but already has other connotations. How about screamosaurus?

And saddled with 5 of Chad Thundercock's kids from hundreds of random hookups. And we're supposed to "be real men" and raise Chad's kids for him, because Sally Mc13-Year-Old-Princess never learned to so much as boil an egg or sweep a floor, as that would have meant the Patriarchy was oppressing her! Just lol.

I believe in sexual transmutation, the ability to deny the sexual urge fully and channel it into activities. It's my goal to do this and funnel it into my writing, with which I hope to wake the world up to the truth about women and feminism. With that said it's hard as hell and I just relapsed yesterday. And I would never tell others what to do, if beating it makes you happy then go for it.

It's in the plans for me. I'm not sure if I want to live in a cabin, van or rv, but I definitely want to live on my own terms. Here's a video I found which is very inspirational and gets into a lot of the mentality. https://youtube.com/watch?v=Lg37Cbx-kak

Mgtow are largely opting out of relations with women. Many will hook up but no more. Some like me are voluntarily celibate. To beat a wife one would have to be married which is the opposite of mgtow. So use your head before verbally vomiting on us. I'm being nice because I'm into nofap as well so I can relate to you there, but seriously, you sound like a 400 pound cat lady straight out of /r/feminism. Edit: I should clarify that I'm not strictly taking the OP's side here. With no disrespect to h…

men are behind in so many social aspects, court bias, divorce law, ect Don't forget the gender education gap, it's important because it's growing, the feminist "equality" movement is doing nothing about it (their only focus is getting more women in STEM) and it will strongly affect the future.

When I was 10 I called the police on my extremely abusive feminist aunt who saw it as her duty to destroy my life for being male. They asked me where my father (the presumed abuser) was. When I told them he wasn't involved in bringing me up, they went into "move along, nothing to see here" mode and she got away with her crimes, just like Casey Anthony. Fuck feminism, fuck the police and don't fuck women.

The truth about feminism, young male spree killers (they're victims of maternal rejection), and my own childhood, a nightmare of feminist abuse. Past that maybe some SciFi.

The article is dripping with misandry and the author is too solipsistic to see it. It's an excellent example of why we're noping the fuck out of relations with women.

May I suggest meditation? It helps me deal with my feelings. It was meditation which helped me to realize what I want out of life: a small cabin in the woods where I'll be able to really get into writing. Importantly I actually want this, it isn't merely a way to get away from society (nice added benefit though).

They're just trying to offset the fact their beer is commonly called "wife beater". It's shitty and overpriced anyway.

Exactly one time in my life have I had a gun pulled on me. It was a black woman whom I didn't allow to cut in front of me in traffic. Clearly white mens' guns are the problem. /s. My god, seriously, the insanity going on in our society is hard to believe.

I'm getting back into reading, I'll check out his stuff. How about Chuck Palahniuk? As I understand it his stuff is up our alley as well. I haven't read any yet but I've seen Fight Club and Choke.

IMO, placate them until you're financially independent, then let them know how you feel. Parents can be insane, there are many people who get disowned for going against their wishes which is devastating if you depend on them financially (common topic in /r/atheism).

I haven't given it much thought as I have zero desire to reproduce, but it seems to me that options are usually a good thing. In today's society we already have a situation where most kids only have a mother, and look how disastrous it is - especially for boys. Could dads-only be worse? As this study shows, moms are more likely to abuse & neglect kids than dads.

Reminds me of this story: Russian drunkard jumps out of five storey window twice "I have no idea why I jumped the first time but when I came back up and I heard my wife screaming angrily at me I thought it was best if I left the room again - out of the window."

I've thought about posting this to petty revenge but they'd just downvote me to oblivion. Basically, I don't even look at women. I dislike them because they abused me as a kid. Funny thing I've noticed (and here is the point of my post): women need men to look at them. Not just hot men, but all men. They have a deep-seated need to feel pretty, and if any guy doesn't look their way they start wondering if they're pretty enough. I can't tell you how many times I've walked past a woman without ackn…

It depends on the method of consumption (vaporizer is best), frequency of use (try to keep it at once a week), and the type of weed. I don't mean sativa vs indica, rather, the strains that have been bred for 50+ years in Amsterdam aren't only more powerful, they also have a lot less of that burnout effect that non-bred weed has. They're well worth the higher price, especially if you limit it to once a week or so. Weed saved my life, but not when I would get baked and play video games. The magic …
