My main grievences bout menslib is that MEN ARE SECOND PRIORITY. Therefore, men's rights are not a priority if slightly conflicting with feminism ideals. By saying "account for hours adjusted" and still compare ALL fields with each other, you will still get a large pay gap. As someone mentioned that is a 13% difference for hours worked. But the pay gap is like 26% comparing all to all (non adjusted). Industry is a big contributing factor to pay.

Dangerous jobs don't pay "more." They are usually blue collar and pay shit for the risks and life long damage from the physical strain compared to white collar work. Roofers, construction, logging, fishing, farmers. They get paid according to supply and demand, and their skills. This is crap. Hazard pay isn't a defined thing. Only certain companies and the government will give extra for hazard pay. Roofers, loggers, and fishermen, construction don't get "hazard pay." They get paid for their worth and skills are. The military and government, however, will give hazard pay if you are working in high conflict areas, high risk fields.
