Sorry I'm really not the best source on this topic. I just eat relatively healthy stuff and lift heavy things.

"Yeah he is cute... I'd let him suck my dick." The girl laughs every time, and it kind of implies that you view yourself as a dominant figure. Smile and DGAF.

Can confirm this. With a bad ankle injury I pretty much lost my abs by virtue of sitting around and eating worse, but nothing really changed girl wise as my shoulders and back stayed large.

For me, you either have to split or alternate. For example I had a date the other day where I paid for dinner (about $40), then she paid for bowling ($30). Shows you're relaxed when you just sort of go with the flow, it's actually my favourite option. Over time it'll pay off, eg. Now this one brings me food nearly every time we fuck.

For fucks sake. This is like the fifth post in a row I've read and had to ask myself why the fuck somebody considers their trivial experiences such as this valuable to the community. Piss off.

Some of us come to TRP to see valuable posts. If you recognise that you're just clogging things up using TRP as your personal diary, you're a cunt. Read the posts, ask your questions on ask TRP if you have any. If you make posts like this you are just hurting a community that is willing to help you if you shut the fuck up for a second.

Yeah I've relied on alcohol a few times too. I've actually found a relationship between bad shit happening in my life and getting pussy. When my dad died I was full IDGAF and got so much pussy... I want scared of rejection as I was already miserable. I just try to take my time and be calm. It works. If they reject me, that's fine, as other girls are around and I have my trusty plates.

I think that you can learn so much about yourself when you're having to go through the steps consciously and your game is a little off. Like with this Asian chick I wanted to talk -> dance -> talk -> talk in outdoor area -> take her home, but I struggled to keep things moving at times. I have to figure out how to be more engaging without compromising the character that has been successful so far (I'm fairly low energy overall).

As an Australian guy, I think that a lot of European guys can easily have success here. I'm really looking forward to visiting the US though, the reputation that my countrymen have created will give me a hand.

Guys who go in without a commitment to their own happiness and confidence in what they are offering will very rarely get a good result. You'll never get sex by asking nicely for it, but you can get a lot when you behave as though you'd be doing them a favour by fucking them.

I had one kind of like this recently, in short, the end of the conversation ended like this: Her: "I'm so sick of this! Don't ever call me again!" Me: "... You're the one who called me." Silence

Why do you want to plate a single mum? I've banged a couple and none were worth keeping around. There is always a reason why they are single, and it often has to do with them. And even if it isn't their problem, they are looking at stability more than the average girl. Go for it - but be careful.

I subscribe to RSD Max's thoughts on this. Only message again if you're gaining value, eg. Having fun. Like if it's tinder I'll occasionally say "Respond" or a funny observation or story. In reality I live in an area with fuck all girls. I've got a few lays out of just scraping the bottom of the barrel with these double dip messages. I maintain my abundance mentality nonetheless. The way I see it, I'm just squeezing the last bit out of the toothpaste.

Currently live in a town of 14,000. A lot of old people. Maybe 50,000 within a fuckable distance. How many of those 50,000 are actually appropriate girls though? Not enough. I try to go a lot of tourists tbh. Luckily I'm moving next year.

Why the fuck does every fourth guy expect me to take responsibility for the shit situation that he has put himself in? Not my issue, not my life. I'll observe, occasionally be amused. But I don't make it worse, and I have NO moral obligation to make it better.

When you be 'pushy', you are giving her a gift in a sense. The amount of times I've had a girl say something like "Who are you?" in a good way... Its awesome. I think that they all want somebody to cut through the shit and be a man. Often they haven't experienced a 'real man' before. Your head will tell you its awkward or wrong at first. But trust me, when you escalate and it works, it feels fucking awesome. Like you have the key to every door that she will throw at you, because you're a boss.
/r/askTRP03/05/17 08:54 AM

Ah yeah. So you hung out. Had a few beers. Laughed and enjoyed each other's company without talking about sex or relationships. That is what friends do. You have to escalate and tease etc. Have a read of the sidebar. Soft next this girl, and improve on the next one. You'll get there.

Oh please, have you even read my first post about him? A dude in my social circle is a mangina and I find it amusing. I care about him to an extent, but he has bought it on himself. Sue me.

Outside of his relationship, I think he is a decent guy. Regardless, he is part of an important social circle for me. The group often jokes about how he is whipped. There is a difference between fucking a friend's fiancé, and saying "your misses wears the pants".

For most of my friends, I'd be more open about it and not even consider playing along. It's not that I'd ever fuck this woman, I wouldn't (she simply isn't physically attractive, even if she were single). But he is such a beta bucks that I hope shit like this helps him realise how much of a fucktard she is.

She'll get super horny if you respond with "Nah we aren't dating, because we are coworkers and I don't shit where I eat. I know this because I've read the sidebar and completed other basic TRP browsing." Works every time, trust me.

I'd guess that if she was genuinely trying to fuck me she'd go behind his back. But in saying that, I don't know whether or not somebody like her would be delicate enough to do that.

I hung out with a girl a few days ago. She was adamant to pick me up from my house, so I let her. It all went well, made out in her car. When we were about a block from my house she said "I'm going to fuck a guy at uni tomorrow". I laughed and said "Have fun, missionary is good I've heard". She then said "Do you think I'm joking?". I said "It doesn't matter", got out of the car, said catcha as a closed the door. Never have I seen somebody backpedal over text so hard that night. "I cancelled with…

Pretty thin. I'm 6'2 but have naturally fairly wide shoulders and hips, so front on I looked average, but if I took my shirt off and stood sideways, I looked very thin. My face is fairly round, but I thought that it looked pretty good. My jaw is a bit full for my liking at my current weight. I was around 75kg at my lightest, 110kg at my fattest, and now I'm about 87kg, with recent bulking efforts and lifting heaps.
/r/askTRP03/05/17 12:50 AM

I used to be fat. When I first tried getting fit I got down to 9% but was skinny as fuck. So many girls actually told me that they preferred me when chubby. I now try to stay around 13-15%, but obviously lifting a lot too.

It's not something that I do often, but she asked me previously if I go on many dates, when I am, etc. I didn't want to say that I don't, perhaps my answer should've been more vague.
/r/askTRP25/04/17 11:44 PM

Thanks. You're right, I should've been more direct like that. I kind of wanted to play it like we were hanging out and we were doing shit that I normally do (hiking in a rain forest type area then getting pizza in a place where the staff know me and the chef sometimes comes out and talks to me).

I have two other dates this week, and she knows about one of them :) It's at a point where I don't even really get nervous talking to girls or asking them out, which is why it's rattled me being nervous with her.

I understand this rule, but I'm not sure that it is best applied here. I'm not Brad Pitt, I've had to pass many shit tests and work for a yes. Would you recommend simply not having a crack at high SMV women until I graduate, earn more money, improve appearance, age etc?

Don's demeanour without the issues is good. In saying that, he has his fair share of BP moments at times (particularly with the wife in later seasons).

You sound kind of like the fat feminists with short dyed hair who claim that they don't want dick, because deep down they know that they can't get any if they try to. It's one thing to not want to fuck girls. It's another to try to rationalise it in a way that makes those who do fuck girls out to misunderstand TRP.

I'm 22. I've found that between 20-22 I've always had younger guys around, whether a younger brother of a friend, or a 16 year old playing up an age group in my soccer team etc. You'll probably find that they would be nice to you mostly, particularly in a gym setting if you ask for advice or something. I think that it's an important role of 20s men to help teenagers where possible in today's world so that they don't become manginas.

My younger sister dates a super beta guy. I really enjoyed it at first, but it has many implications. He is too busy playing video games to come work out - even when they started dating he was too scared to come and shake my hand (our father died last year, so I consider it my role to be the strong fuck with the shotgun). My mother and sister said that he is nice and cute. All I see is an irredeemable mangina. Strategically it can be fine to have a beta bucks around. But it drains the hell out o…

"I don't drive a car." "Why would I buy a car when I can get you to drive me?" "My dad doesn't like me owning a car - he caught me fucking Chloe Moretz in it last year and has banned me since." "I own a magic carpet instead" (then send a picture of a rug). Honestly, it doesn't really matter a whole lot. Will it prevent some lays? Yes. But you can still get laid. Agree + amplify if they make fun of you, just act like its not a big deal and that you're hot shit without one. But still... get a car …

Hey dude, firstly, I appreciate your honesty. Its great that you're self aware and you're on here. Secondly, this girl has to go. Some people are going to disagree with my advice, but thats fine - I feel like a year ago I was in a similar position to you mentally. Most guys don't get many matches on tinder. I do have a sister, 3 years younger than me. We were always pretty close, and she had health issues when she was younger so I was always feeling lucky to have her around. Last year our dad died and we became closer briefly. Then she got a boyfriend. Super, super beta. He gives her lifts everywhere and buys her heaps of stuff. I don't think I've researched things as much as you. I have a relatively low protein intake (probably in the bottom 10% of this sub), but I put muscle on quite easily. If I ever struggle I'll just switch back to whey probably. I also fast sometimes, mainly due to a relatively large carb intake (I exercise a lot though). I don't really each much bread though. I mostly eat fruit, vegetables and some mock meats.

It's also unusual that many TRP posts state that women hardly care for morality, yet when you have a vegetarian/vegan ethical outlook, it gets slammed. I think that it's not really what you believe that matters, but rather how you go about it. If you're a tree hugging hipster douche, you won't get pussy. If you're 6'2, 86kg and lean muscle, they couldn't give a fuck what you eat.

There is a difference between declaring your confidence in a social scenario, and doing it on Reddit when trying to discuss a topic objectively. I have no incentive to try to impress you, I'm essentially anonymous. My build hasn't changed a lot. I'd say I'm more lean now, but my athletic ability and general fitness has only improved. I'm not saying that my diet is even the best for fitness, but the idea that plant based men are inherently dweebs is stupid.

All this shit about diet drives me nuts. I don't understand why I'd be in better shape than most guys on here and have the confidence and frame to withstand any attacks you throw at me, and have that be a bad thing. PLUS, the gender imbalance in the vegetarian/vegan community is awesome. You can downvote me all you want, but I feel and look good on a plant based diet, and there seems to be a fair few other plant based guys on here. Since being vegetarian/vegan I've only improved physically and p…

So you know that you're better than before, but you're acting as though you don't have enough value for these girls who you've recognised are attracted to you? Is it that if you fail you'll look weak in front of your friends or something? Or maybe you're taking it all a bit too serious.

I am naturally pretty shy. Approach it with the mentality of not having to learn how to make friends with people, but rather, be a man that people would like to be friends with. As soon as I adopted the mindset that I'm valuable and people are lucky to have a chance to meet me, I found that I became better at making friends myself. Sounds like a cliche, but lifting helps. When you feel like you look good, it's far easier to approach and whatever.

I was dating a Chinese student last year. She was super smart and affectionate towards me, and also had very good career prospects (studying her masters in a top 100 university in the world). There was a post regarding this a few days ago. Personally, it's not something that I find very useful. At 9am I'm an INTJ, at 9pm I'm something else.

Be direct, but offer plausible deniability. Like she knows what you're there to do, but give her an out so that she can rationalise her behaviour with her standards. Last week I had a girl over to watch a movie, its simple. We started out watching Netflix on the lounge, escalated a little. Then I suggested that we moved it to my room as it was becoming cold, escalated... She then did the whole "I don't normally do this" thing. "Invite me over to watch a movie" could work.

It depends where you live. We live outside of Sydney in NSW, so you can comfortably live on less than in the city. I'll probably move to Sydney in a few months when I finish my degree on around $60,000 to $75,000, but I'll have to house share if I want to save. My friend's $100,000 would be enough to buy a nice new house in an estate and live a great lifestyle. I'm not sure I'll ever try to buy real estate in Sydney. Its likely that I could only buy an apartment, which exposes you to bubble risk…

Option 1 won't happen because beta. Option 2 won't happen because she currently needs him for funds and potential citizenship. Option 3 is sort of already happening as he continually excludes himself from stuff (he didn't go out for our friend's birthday dinner on Monday as, once again, "I don't have enough money", to which I responded with a GIF of Borat saying "My wife!", anyway...). The most likely scenario that he slowly drifts out of our social circle - its fine, he can be replaced.

I have held the belief for years that the philosophies that are closest to nature generally turn out to be the ones that are closest to the truth. I've found that TRP's theory in general often reads like "X is true because of insert biological factor or insert social observation. For me, it is a framework for living that utilises reality as its foundation - it isn't some set of ideas or values that may seem logical or virtuous, but are so far removed from reality that they are not useful. I'm cu…

I've thought about this, particularly in relation to this scenario. They met online, so the first year of their 'relationship' was nearly entirely based in fantasy land, and his family or friends didn't know about it. He then flew to Indonesia to meet her, and seemed to have a good vacation as well. Personally, I'm a supporter of this up to this point as he gets a subsidised vacation (however there isn't a chance I'd have a monogamous LTR via distance. It was only once she wanted to move here th…

Short explanation: I googled a question regarding finance, I clicked on an asktrp link and kept reading. At the time I had many contextual factors that helped push me though. I wasn't happy with my body as I had a sports injury that rendered me unable to be active for a while, and I wanted to get fit again. I wasn't getting nearly enough girls, and would often screw things up by trying to prove to them how much of a snowflake I was (I'm not like the other guys! Look at how emotionally vulnerable…

Yeah, like many people, when I was introduced to TRP I wanted all of my friends to also wake up as well. I had the same experience as you. The lies are more convenient for them - people like to follow the path of least resistance.

Their purpose was to provide a context for the events and his actions. My story is relevant as it demonstrates how in a short amount of time two people who became friends due to similarities and common interests are now extremely different. Thank you for your feedback nonetheless.

I don't think that he is particularly Red Pill. If his wife uses that tone with him on camera, I don't think it'd get any better off camera (he seems to try to maximise his image of excitement and happiness, yet she still comes off as snarky and uninterested in him). Give credit to the guy, he is known as the master in his art form (vlogging), and he is pretty successful, but this doesn't necessarily make him RP. Its also difficult to judge him only on the information that he provides in videos.…

Graduate university in July -> Quit my current job (nice job for a student) -> Move to a city with a better job, thus leaving my parent's home -> Save money, travel -> Medium term goals begin. I always want my goals to lead to the next one to some extent, but also be an end in themselves. For example I want to travel not only because it will be fun, but it can also add value to my area of interest that is International Business.

I haven't, I should. I'm a little bit overweight right now because a couple of injuries made me largely inactive for half of last year, I'm just starting to get back into it. I went from fat Omni to fit Omni to fit vegan to slightly chubby vegan, so it's my first time really having to put in effort on this diet, but it's going well so far.

I'm a vegan. Does it knock your social life a little? Yes. But it also gives you an opportunity to appear strong with the constant questioning. Plus, there are a lot of vegan girls looking for vegan dick (short supply of vegan guys comparative to women). Take B12s and a multi, maybe iron or zinc or whatever you think you're lacking. Eat lots of veggies, nuts, lentils etc. When I ate meat I did lift, but I had more of a bloated look and was constantly trying to hold fat off (I'd eat a steak and r…

I'd probably confront the guy being the early 20's hot-head that I am. I'm sure that there is another way of dealing with it though. You've kind of already fucked the pretending not to care line. I'm probably not the best person to give advice, but I see it two ways: 1) Confront the guy. Prepare for a belting, but copping a flogging isn't always bad. The adrenaline stops it from hurting lol. 2) Don't give a fuck about it. She came home to fuck you, not him. Just come out stronger, and look stron…

I'd be interested to see where you derive your morality from. For me, it isn't a matter of brotherhood or comradeship. Would I fuck my friend's girlfriend or wife? No, as there is an implied contract of trust. Would I fuck a random guy's girlfriend or wife? Yes.

Interesting... Its great that you have this self awareness as a 16 year old. I am by no means a TRP master, I am still learning (I suppose that most people have that approach. Firstly, as others have said, I wouldn't have invited her to dinner. Secondly, I think that you did the 'natural' reaction in her fucking around with 1 or 2 guys situation. I know I would've done the same thing a few years ago. Today, I would've played it as though I don't care, and would've been quite terse in dealing wit…

There is a difference. Murder is a crime. Robbery is a crime. Adultery is not, and should not be a crime. The woman and this dude should only receive social consequences, however I wouldn't think any less of this guy for banging her. If her husband is unsatisfactory, he is essentially leaving his car parked in a bad neighbourhood with the keys left in it. It is obviously going to get stolen, if this guy steals the car for a joy ride and then brings it back without harm - that's life.

Why is it immoral to facilitate her cheating? If her husband cannot satisfy her, it should not be the responsibility of this dude to keep them together. It is immoral for her to go behind his back imo, but this guy has no responsibility for that.

My sister studies computer science and I have a few friends in the industry. It is BLOODY HARD stuff to get into unless you have extreme interest in the area. In saying that, if you're into art, creative people often don't do great with code, but when they do, they are often the ones that make a lot of money doing it (a friend who is a programmer told me this). In my limited experience HTML isn't a bad place to start and it's relatively easy.

I really like this comment. My friend's brother has had 1 lay in the last 3 years. And I set this up for him, he literally (and I mean, literally) just had to shut his mouth and she was up for it (making her ex jealous). I introduced this guy to the TRP after having to put up with his continual sooking about 'nice guys' getting rejected by girls.
