What the fuck does this have to do with TRP? Are you banging these ham planets OP?

I don't think it's a case of a shifting wall but rather two different things going on. That first 'wall' is really just her biological clock or desire for domesticity peaking. The second or real wall is when her SMV enters steep decline. They need not occur simultaneously and are individual.

That sounds like an incredible amount of rationalization to me. I think it's been amply demonstrated that bullying involves low-rank perpetrators and victims. It definetly is not Alpha behavior.

A self-reporting questionnaire administered to high school students (one location only) is appended to a evo psych hypothesis, which is then applied to a sexual strategy theory? Sounds legit.

Whenever I see the usage of "hypergamy" on our sub it leaves me somewhat confused. In the world of anthropology it is simply a recognition that, in some cultures, women will marry into a higher social caste. India is a country where it is practiced regularly. However, TRP defines it as such in the sidebar: Hypergamy – The instinctual urge for women to seek out the best alpha available. This is marked by maximizing rejection (therefore women are the selective gender). A woman will vet her alpha t…

Awesome advice from the creepy old professor who makes up stories about hotties hitting on him in his class. This woman is trying to fulfill a role in her family that is sorely needed and that last thing she needs to do is waste time finding dates for her immature abusive basement-dwelling brother. Btw: men never use the word "triggering" - suitable for fags, drama queens and sjw's only.

Don't be a cunt. His culture is completely different than yours and mine. You can throw our notions of cultural norms right out the window. If you are a man and not married in your 20's in traditonal eastern europe you are either gay or a loser. If you tried plate spinning there some girl'd brother would stick a knife between your ribs if you pumped her and dumped her. Different world.

I like getting that attention from women but I recognize there is a difference created by the 'fear factor'. If a woman is being flirty and sexual with me I don't have any concern that she may follow me to my car and rape me. I've never had to worry about that in my entire life. One possible symptom commonly experienced by bipolar disorder persons in a manic state is hypersexuality. They experience an intense desire for sexual activity that causes them to transgress their normal boundaries. When the manic state is over, they return to reality facing unwelcome consequences from their escapades. Divorce, STD's, pregnancy, embarrassment, etc are not uncommon. This is an example of how hypersexuality can become pathological to the extent that it even drives some to suicide.…

The impulse to have sex with as many women as possible is normal. However, impulse control is what sets us apart from most of the animal kingdom. On a daily basis I see numerous women that are attractive and, on that basis alone, I experience desire to have sex with them. I am not in agreement with the sjw responses that this was fat shaming but it was not rejecting her in "the nicest way possible" either. Never seeking diagnosis, treatment or medication sounds like a rather bad way of dealing with things. Don't be a judgmental idiot. There is almost nothing you can do to avoid herpes other than not taking on new sexual partners. You can get it from a partner who is unaware they have it and who does not have visible sores. A condom does not fully protect as it cannot cover the entire area that is prone to transmission. Luck and probability have as much to do with it as caution. Every plate you spin increases the odds of contracting it.

I remember reading about this in university: the Genovese or "bystander effect." It is not a universally accepted psychological principle but it is an attempt to explain the seemingly unexplainable: how people can just ignore another person inn mortal danger. I think this happens with both sexes. Sometimes your first impression of a person is much more attractive than your opinion over time. The effect of a personality can diminish (or increase) your feelings of attractiveness. However, there is something to the notion that women will 'friend zone' men which is why it is important to make your intentions clear early on.

TRP strongly discourages dissent (down voting, post removal and bans) under the guise of inappropriate shaming or because it challenges received orthodoxy. He would need an actual legal basis to sue for which I can see none at present. The university can dismiss a student that violates its code of conduct. They need not have proof on a criminal standard. He is in huge jeopardy on the criminal charges - more likely than not that he loses. < Ehh, well, as much as a lot of guys here want to say AWALT, it is more like "AWALT that are susceptible to TRP." This is a point of contention, but the preponderance of poor success in this area (as evidenced in posts) shows that the well-rounded woman is going to have too much self respect to go for TRP principles when it comes to relationships. It's simply a function of statistics. A group which averages 4.3" will have more 3" members (pun) than a group which averages 5.8". It does not mean there will not be 3" guys in both groups, just that there will be more in the group with a smaller average (presuming it is statistically significant). And the moral is this: All excess, as well as all renunciation, brings its own punishment. The painter, Basil Hallward, worshipping physical beauty far too much, as most painters do, dies by the hand of one in whose soul he has created a monstrous and absurd vanity. To be fair its probably more an explanation of why female strategies fail in the immediate aftermath of a patriarchal society. We live in a time of tremendous change and both sexes struggle with it. Another aspect of this is the notion that all of us are equally capable of all of these essential tasks. Generally, I would rather' have a male pilot and a female nurse.

The video in a case like this will need testimony to interpret what is happening. [This comment may be in vain as this post is likely to get taken down - we don't take challenges to orthodoxy around here.] I suppose it depends on what standards you are applying. I am not buying into the idea of an increased popularity in literal cuckoldry. I see no reliable source for that observation. I understand the theoretical notion but again see little support for that being a conscious choice made by men or a feminist. What I see is an idea that considers the extremes of male roles in sexual relationships. The key is not to settle for either end of the spectrum. A well-rounded man can fulfill both of these roles. Don't allow yourself to be boxed in.

Go see the other lawyer to get advice on how to deal with that PRIOR to the next date. Search tomorrow and get an appointment for early next week. Somebody should be able to squeeze you in for an hour and tell you what's what. Just let the receptionist know you need an appointment next week due to pending case. For billions of people there is no possibility of cohabitation or becoming a parent without getting married due to religious and personal values. As we saw with the recent SCOTUS case there are large portions of the population who not only want to get married but are willing to fight for that right. Nobody is forcing them or you to get married.

It is hard to specify exact numbers because these things are pretty case specific. A reasonable approach might be alimony on an equivalent (one-for-one) pro-rated (sliding scale percentage) basis. For instance, if you stay home (and are out of the work force) for 7 years to parent then you would be provided alimony for 7 years. Then base the amount on the household annual income prior to divorce. Fix it as say 20% in year one, to decrease by 2% each year thereafter. Should the recipient re-marry…

You can't get rid of child support in a pre-nup. It is up to the divorce court to make sure that the child's basic needs are adequately cared for and make any order it sees fit to do so. It's the child's right not the mother's, so she can't give it away. If you have such a clause in a pre-nup it is void ab intio for court proceedings. When you think about this it makes sense from a social perspective. Why should we let some selfish mother give away her child's rights just so she can marry the gu…

I don't do family law in my practice but I did take it in school. First off, pre-marriage assets are presumed to stay with the original parties. Second, custody is determined by the courts on an "in the best interests of the child" and can't be delegated in a pre-nup. Third, alimony limited to one year and in the amount of $30,000 is a joke. Here's why: one party to the marriage may forego educational or career benefits to remain home and parent their children. Depending on their field of study …

I went to law school with some intelligent but radicalized feminists. These are the real trouble makers as they have ascended to positions of power (I know quite a few who are politicians in our current ruling party). Keep in mind there are a number of societal factors/programs which create these paths for women - a smart woman can waltz right into a career if she is willing to adopt pro-fem views.

I think it's really hard for those of you who are not or who have never been married to appreciate why a man may opt for this solution. I see no reason it couldn't work for some people. It allows you the structure to have children and a partner yet still have an occasional outlet for sex with randoms. Somehow you have to get over the jealousy that this would engender. I know I could never do it - agreeing to some other dude plowing my wife sounds like a bad time.

He isn't disputing that TRP agrees women are smarter or equal, he is saying you have not got a handle on how CMV is supposed to work. You are not supposed to tell us what view you want to be 'changed: to. You post your view on the subject then we try to convince you to change it. This one is fucked up.

Naw it's not like that OP. I played sports throughout high school and university. You either get into a LTR with a hot co-ed or you get a lot of experience interacting with women. You learn many of the TRP protocols just from repetition and shared info with your team mates. Plus sports drills a lot of principles of its own into you: loyalty, work, integrity and honor. Some of those may seem counter-intuitive to the TRP but they are not. It's not the same for all athletes but if you have looks + …

To me those are rather unique parameters. You could hardly be faulted for staying the night. We all complain on here about sluts so why walk out on a girl with some principles? She sounds interesting as opposed to all these field reports about tinder hoes who are blowing dudes 15 minutes after meeting them.

Deleting facebook is a great idea. Not only is it a time waster but it supplies "fast food" junk (feed) on a continuous basis to your brain. You can expect deleterious effects ingesting crap of any kind on a regular basis.

Yeah we get that. It is titled Eat Pray Love just like the book that spawned the movie that is currently available on Netflix. The only thing I am angry about is reading two posts in a row that derive their subjects from chick flicks. FML

It's nice to see your enthusiasm but keep in mind there is a bit of a climb from beginner-TRP to Bruce Wayne status. Billionaire.

It seems to run counter to the "sexual strategy is amoral" thesis does it not? Example: it just made me a needy coward

It sounds as though you are describing me and honestly, I never even ask. This does not come up (discussing n counts) very often in my experience. I don't even know what mine is. Sums up my attitude: http://imgur.com/nOFFyQZ

I don't think many people fully understand the concept of amorality. A theory can be amoral but once it is interjected into human interaction it inescapably becomes part of the moral universe.

Many males are obsessed with virgins for avowed purity and possibly to avoid the psychological torment they inflict on themselves by comparing themselves to their partners previous lovers. Females do not value men who are not viewed as desirable by other woman. "If he wasn't good enough for anyone else, why would I want him?" Edit: here's what happens when you go off the deep end obsessing about virgins: http://www.memri.org/clip/en/0/0/0/0/0/0/4973.htm

Idk if these are the right comparators. Shouldn't TRP's natural opposition be 'feminazis'? BP's are just competitors of a different ideology. If you buy into the whole misandry vs misogyny war that they like to play at. P2 is the most sensible position if you view the TRP and BP from the extremes in each's position. An extremist position in any ideology is almost always an indication of lower intellectual functioning or gross social/personality defects.

< I've been called predatory and taking advantage of not fully matured girls if I go for virgin 17-18 year olds, and I'm 20. I can only imagine the daggers thrown at me when I do it in my 30s, possibly 40s. Don't worry, you'll move on dude. Their immaturity becomes increasingly taxing the older you get.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
