If ever there was an example of clown world its "V91.07XA" How the fuck does "burned by water skis on fire" happen in the first place and how the fuck does it happen enough to get a medical code?

I see you are new to planet earth. Welcome! Earthlings are “mostly harmless”. Watch out for the female specimens they tend to bite without provocation. The male specimen isn’t as dangerous unless provoked but generally all around good fun. Enjoy your time here and make sure to see our beaches. Just avoid them during mating season.

Lol, go read some history. Someone doesn’t have to be in government to get laws passed. It’s all about influencing. The wife of a congressman has a lot of power back then.

Hey I agree Winona is a piece of shit. But if our complaints are that people don’t follow the law and there is no justice for men, we have to call out those among us who make us look bad. Otherwise no one will take us seriously. Mel is a racist piece of shit who does not represent me or our views. Still makes good movies though.

Yep, same rules apply to Ice. Do the crime expect to pay. If we want to be respected for our views we can’t stoop to their level and MUST use logic and fairness in our handling of things like this.

Hang on a minute. Mel has a pretty good history of being anti Semitic. It’s even on tape. So I think the convicted shoplifter has a valid gripe here. I like Mel Gibson movies but yeah he’s a duche and I don’t blame her for not wanting to be in a movie with him.

There is a reddit thread r/SupportForTheAccused/ that might be some help. Doubt he will get much legal advice beyond "get a lawyer" but its some place to start. I went through something similar. A large majority of men here are here because of false accusations. Be there for him and support him. It can wreak your whole world to go through something like this. I recommend private counseling if he can afford it. Betterhelp.com or sites like that might be a short term solution. Many local communiti…

Could be a state thing. But if I own the majority shares in a Corp than I own the company. I’d have to hire someone else, like a lawyer to hold the shares for me. I’m sure there are ways to do it but for someone like us who are not millionaires of billionaires we don’t have the money to do this that I am aware of.

No a lawyer told me I couldn’t buy land under a corporation and protect it from divorce or bankruptcy. Corporations can definitely buy land.

Would you mind describing in more detail how you do this? I would like to do the same. Specifically put my vehicles in a company name and buy land the same. I tried doing this previously with some of my vehicles and couldn't get insurance on the vehicles. Speaking with a lawyer about buying land and he said it can't be done that way. I'd love to hear how you did this successfully!

Instead of starting an insurance company why not have a list of attorneys in each state that handle these specific cases. Finding a good defamation attorney is difficult. Having a resource for that would be very helpful.

/u/lurkerhasarisen is spot on with his points. I just want to add the following Most people join the military out of a sense of duty to their community, be it their family, friends, towns, states, nation. It's a desire to do something important. We do occasionally get those who get in for the "killing". Contrary to what hollywood wants you to believe, these people do not last long in the military and usually are weeded out early. Do some get through the cracks, yes, but they are far and few betw…

That's actually a myth. Texas, especially the cities are becoming very liberal. Houston for example, known for being a very conservative city has a 2 term democrat mayor. San Antonio, Dallas and Austin are all liberal conclaves. For example in Dallas 66% of voters supporting Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. As difficult as it is, you did the right thing. Our judicial system fails if we can't rely on the truth of it, as we see everyday. It's unfortunate but if we stoop to their level we are no better. By telling the truth which got you removed from the jury pool, ultimately you did the right thing, which is the most important thing. Eventually all the lies and bullshit that some women do will come back and bite them. There are a lot of sacrifices in this but it's just like in any war hopefully those…

Yikes TIL the aircraft I might be flying has refurbished parts! What type of parts are we talking about here? With the exception of engine overhauls and body panels and some of the instrumentation on board I didn't think this type of stuff happened in commercial aviation due to things like metal fatigue due to age or impact forces. Well said! We have to get away from this zero acceptance black and white myopic view of women. Many women deserve some level of respect and it is possible to be close with them. r/legaladvice is one of the biggest cesspools on the internet. You will not find any valid legal opinion or advice on there. Some people smarten up in the military. Adversity, challenge, strife forces you to think. Makes you better, stronger. Some people think their way out of being stupid and some just roll over and die. Joining the military isn't stupid or for stupid people. Men are Warriors. We are literally built/designed/whatever to fight. It's what we do best. Ok lets try this again......... So what is it you are trying to debunk? That we didn't have valid reasons to go to war with Iraq? Or that they were not used during the war? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraqi_biological_weapons_program From the article After Kamel's defection, it became known that in December 1990 the Iraqis had filled 100 R-400 bombs with botulinum toxin, 50 with anthrax, and 16 with aflatoxin. So first off I'm enjoying this debate. You seem like a reasonable and knowledgeable guy. I disagree with you on a number of points but I admire your argument. You're right I am a "patriot" or like to think I am. Sometimes that can shade someone to reality. However I fully agree that our military is not 100% benevolent. We have done some bad stuff. Usually to further our own agenda. For example, we GAVE Saddam his WMDs. That's how we know he had them. Many of the chemical weapons and supporting e…

I have personal and direct knowledge about one of your examples being incorrect. Iraq did have WMDs. And used them regularly up to and including during the war. I was personal affected by the results of those WMDs and it ended my military career. I agree that school shootings should be Zero. But demanding that we get rid of all guns is only going to leave the criminals with guns. Fight fire WITH fire. These kids didn’t make these decisions they were told what to do and are following directions and are fully funded by those who want to do away with our freedoms. They are the so called “useful idiots” of socialism.
/r/MGTOW25/03/18 12:56 AM

Give me some examples. I am a former soldier. I spent time fighting in those recent wars. My suggestion isnt perfect but it’s better than what we have now. We have too many idiots running around who don’t value being a US citizen. They don’t understand how valuable it is. I learned pretty quick in the military how important freedom is. Once you loose it you recognize the loss pretty quick.

No these kids are pawns in a game. They don't know what they are doing and are being used to further an agenda. Not saying that what happened wasn't tragic and their lives were changed forever as a result of it. But this march is a agenda driven effort to use these kids for someone else's purpose which is to deny the rights of law abiding citizens.

No its not. Make people earn the right to citizenship. They can live in the US and enjoy the rights and privlieges but in order to make changes, vote, own land, procreate, etc, make them earn it. One way would be to serve the country. Either through military or civil service. Could be as simple as 2 years service gives you the right to vote and own land. Want to have kids 4 years. Now you have something vested in the future of the country rather than just being born here through a stroke of luck…

This is 1000% on point. The 2nd amendment is what protects all the other amendments. Why is this so hard for people to understand? Make sure you can legally record. Some states will not allow this and you could be looking a felony for doing so. Talk with a lawyer about this. It could be as simple as a sign in your front window/door that the premises are being monitored by video without being specific. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know if that will hold up on court but if you don't let them know you are recording it may be you in trouble. Especially if you catch them in a state of undress. That would end VERY badly for you.

That isn't technically what I was sued for. They didn't go into court and say "Av8tr1 didn't fuck me". But saying the specific charges will be too specific about the case as it is an unusual case well known where it is. Yeah I get that the thread is that women are now claiming that not fucking them is rape. And that is exactly what happened to me. The woman was angry I didn't fuck her and then went ape shit on me with all sorts of criminal and civil charges. She never once claimed I raped her so…

I'm actually suing her at this point. Her stuff is over with and she won, damaging my credit and reputation as well as the false allegations. Again I don't want to get into specifics yet. But I will when it's all over with. Sorry man. I know that sounds fishy. I won't be any more specific though and have this thrown in my face during trial. Her lawyers are watching for everything I do. They even called employers from 20 years ago to get dirt on me. The entire case/situation is the very definitio…

Its civil now and yes we are into our 3rd year of it. Its a legal business interaction that went way left. There is a lot of issues in the case but it all began when she tried to get me to fuck her at her boyfriends house and I declined. Shit hit the fan bigtime. The criminal stuff never went anywhere. Although I am really trying hard for the perjury because it was so blatant.

I've posted about it anonymously here in the past. Its ongoing litigation so I can't be specific. Once the case is over I'll be sure to do so but I've just started the appeal process and that's going to be another 30K just to start the process over again. Right now I am looking at something north of 90K when all is said and done. And that's only to get me to a new trial. Then the whole thing starts over. The cunt lied in deposition twice then lied again on the stand. Each time saying something d…

As a heart attack. Feminist judge and (unknowingly) my 1st lawyer. I got royally screwed and didn't get to even take my peter out. Likely looking at bankruptcy because I DIDN'T sleep with her. And I wasn't married to her just knew her for about 10 days and not romantically.

I had this very thing happen to me. So far I am multiple tens of thousands in legal fees for NOT sleeping with the cunt. It is literally what made me go MGTOW.

Nope, Men figured out how to get the fuck where they were going. Women continue to wait around waiting for someone else to solve their problems for them.

That's true. He was a mediocre at best physist until he started suffering from ALS. Now he's the smartest man on the planet? Not buying it. I think a lot of people give him a lot of leeway as a result of his condition. However he is much smarter than the average person. I just don't think he is as smart as people make him out to be. I've read some of his work and there isn't much there that is unique. Most of it seems to be rehashed theories that were around when I studied physics a few decades …

I spent time in the military over there. It is very much a religious war although the muslims clearly started it. If you study history this is exactly what happened during the original crusades. Same people in the same places doing the same shit kicking. Honestly I think we will look back at this time in history and identify it as a 3rd world war.

I don't have an control over what this woman does and I am not in any way encouraging it. There is ZERO I can do to stop her. You seem to be suggesting I have some control over her or what she does. I don't. I am only posting my story to confirm support for the concept that AWALT.

Fuck no it won't happen to me. This guy was clearly in the wrong. Not every guy is undeserving of getting bitch slapped. But ALL women take advantage of their ability to bitch slap. So yes, some guys deserve it and AWALT.

Of course not. Same old complaints. Although in this case I am aware he did much of what she complained about.

LOL, I don't have to say anything. And I usually don't. She just starts right into it. All I do is listen. Work gets a little difficult if we don't small talk. We are cramped in a small space smaller than a average cubicle for hours and hours on end. Other than occasional work related tasks its just staring out the window or conversation with each other. She's talkative (constantly) and I am not so she fills the silence for us.

Actually everything we do at work is recorded so I should be protected. It would be a major deal if we had to "pull the tapes".

Yep, no doubt it is a very difficult time for a pilot to lose their license. I learned to fly in the military so I didn't have the same debt in getting my license but you're talking easily over 100K in loans by the time you can be employed at a mainline airline. To suddenly have your livelihood yanked away from you could lead someone less stable to do something drastic like that. I've heard more than 1 story that ends with someone doing something that drastic after losing their pilot certificate…

Commercial pilot here. She's likely not going to lose her job. She will be protected by her union and be given a chance to go to counseling and be evaluated before she returns to the cockpit. Though that could be years. She didn't have what the FAA would consider a permanent loss of medical. Not necessarily a pussy pass but a lot of pilots have white knight syndrome and will jump at the chance to "help out" a newly divorced woman pilot. Most of her union will be falling all over themselves to "h…

OP will definitely have to petition the judge no matter where he is. But no judge in their right mind would deny it. The new lawyer will make the motion to the judge. OP doesn't have to do anything but find a new lawyer.

Find a new lawyer ASAP. Nothing stops you from doing so. I went through 4 lawyers in one case. Start calling around and finding a new one right away. Don't tell current lawyer you are looking to replace her. You lose a lot more money if you lose the case and will be paying for the rest of your life. It's worth it to find a competent lawyer who will do their best to fight for your case. Once you move on file a complaint with the bar regarding your current lawyers failure to provide the best Compe…
