My goal was to earn a PhD in it and focus more on the pharmaceutical side ( probably tie in the pharmaceutical science). Long story short i switched fields but I have nothing but respect and admiration for ChemE’s. The field is extremely challenging but the skill set you are left with is second to none. You seem like a smart guy but bad test taker ( mcat, step). Try using Uworld and Kaplan and TPR. Advice for others, going to a carib med school is shooting yourself in the foot. In the states there is a 96% step pass rate on the first try. Carib schools mostly exist to make money ( so do US schools as well) but don’t give the results other med schools do.
