Tonality and pitch has worked wonders for me lately. Use your voice like an instrument and you can make small talk exciting and charismatic . Learn the art of being subtle my friend, I have had good success with it recently. Say what you want without actually saying it but suggesting it. If you are not a natural flirt (I’m not) you will feel weird at first and have to go through a process of unlearning before you pick it up.
