Check out Jesse from SimplePickup. Dude is a boss and gets girls of all races. It's not your race, its your insecurity about it that stops you. Just don't give a fuck and approach any and all girls you find attractive. If any of those girls reject you because you are Indian, fuck them! Try speaking slower and being very straight forward with your speech. I used to stutter sometimes and it was because I kept trying to say the "right" thing the "right" way and I would confuse myself. So I would speak a lot slower in order to give myself more thinking room and I would practice just saying what I really want to say without sugarcoating it.

Start approaching women who are "too attractive" more often and you'll find yourself becoming more comfortable and it won't be such a big deal anymore. I remember when I hit on my first 10 at a bar. Thankfully she was really nice and laid me down easy because I started thinking "That wasn't so bad, I should talk to all the 10s I can!" I wouldn't trip about it. But it is messed up for her to not tell them she has a boyfriend before she gets a drink. And as for everyone that is talking about how this can lead to cheating, it won't. I second the don't masturbate part. It really helps you be more of a natural when you're gaming girls. I can't explain it, but ever since I stopped I feel a lot more at ease and a lot more confident. I would say no, unless you know how to do it in a way that doesn't send mixed signals. If you want them in your social circle, treat them like you would a friend. You're probably just projecting insecurity with your amazing height and people can feel it. Instead of relating to your height as an intimidating trait, relate to it as a very sexy trait.
