You know it's different for me when it's a friend. When I've actually observed the couple over a couple of years. Also my friend leans on the spectrum to Alpha Bucks. If there's someone I know personally who can keep it together, it's my friend. But even if I know as fact that relationships with women always end in disaster but he feels like this is a path he wants to explore I can do nothing but show my support. It's going to suck to have to pick up the pieces if it goes bad, but that is exactl…

Meh. I spit some game because I was bored and that's what I decided to do for entertainment and observing how single women react at a wedding since I don't go that much to those. So sue me. Apparently it worked too because the girl put their number into my phone without me even needing to ask for it. I deleted it.

Since when did treating a woman like a gentleman, with consistency, attention, and courtship result in sex? In my younger days, when I did the above things, they ignored me faster than one can say "simp". If anything the recent doubling down on withholding sex is just redpilling men even faster. I think we should encourage this kind of behavior.

Entitled as shit. Wants to divorce (aka end her sexual exclusivity with him) but still wants exclusive access to his resources (by enforcing he not have any more children). Rules for thee but not for me I guess.

100% this. When it's a man it's Ignorantia juris non excusat (Ignorance of the law is not an excuse). But when women stand to lose anything they will cry they were under duress. Bitch you have the right not to sign any document and have your lawyer look at it. No one was pointing a gun at your head.

Alimony is bullshit anyways. It's true the woman gives up future potential earnings but that is the risk she took when coming into the relationship for the benefit of the man paying for the rest of her entire life if the marriage works out. Alimony that is awarded to a woman when a man is not at fault for anything that ends the relationship is simply women attempting to have their cake and eat it too. No-fault divorce enabled women to end marriages when the man has done nothing wrong.

If it was really a fund to help people whose circumstances completely fucked them get back on track, that’s a noble goal. This is 100% it for me. I would not be objected to being taxed at the rate I am now if I saw that the money was actually being used for people in unfortunate circumstances mostly out of their own control.

The biggest lie told to blue-pillers is that males and females are the same. They are not. Red Pill is a sexist theory, but it is the most accurate model of female behavior and being tested repeatedly correct so it probably contains a lot of truths.

100% agree with this. The problem with women today is that they use sex as a weapon and an implicit contract to get resources and statuses. Making it an explicit contract makes it so we can determine its fair market value. Of course if we are going to make it a legal profession, sex workers should pay taxes.

Your position is entirely made up of anecdotes. Blah blah blah me and my friends can do it, why can't blackpillers? Here's some interesting psuedo-psychology you should use to achieve success! Something I want to ask you is that are you after sex for the physical pleasure or the affection of being loved in the way that you wanted to be loved and sex with an attractive women is the validation that shows you are a worthy man? If it's the former, a sex worker could fulfill that need. If it's the latter, well... I think you need to hang around here longer to realize that the validation is mostly made up by society in order to make you a provider.

We already have this. Married couples who file jointly are taxed at a rate that treats their tax bracket as combined despite women only earning 73 cents on the dollar. In 2020, if you are single, every dollar you made over $85,526 is taxed at 24%. While if you are married, you don't get taxed at 24% until you hit $171,051. In effect it is punishing men for being unmarried to pay for the social welfare of which women use far more.

How do I know the research is biased? Rumors being spread about their past sexual behavior is considered harassing. Most women who are currently single and looking to date (65%) say they have experienced at least one of six harassing behaviors asked about in the survey from someone they were dating or had been on a date with, such as being touched in a way that made them uncomfortable or rumors being spread about their sexual history.

What does spousal status have to do with whether or not her behavior was unfaithful? One is legal definition. The other is a character description. The correct words that great-grandparent should have used is "unfaithful whore". Unfaithful because she was not committed and left him for another man. Whore because she went to that other man because of his money. If he can 'poach' her then she was an unfaithful whore . . .

Maybe he did not even know at the beginning that she wasn't already taken by someone else/married. And later on she did the usual bullshit and told lies to justify her cheating. I don't accept your premise as justification for the behavior. There's 2 possible scenario. Either he knew or he didn't. If he didnt know, he is gullible. If he knew, he is unscrupulous. I don't believe in showing gratitude for either scenario because neither intent was to benefit the cheated on spouse. I only express gr…

You have mistaken the definition of "steal" to mean "take ownership". I'm using stealing as the less oft used definition meaning to win insidiously. Of course she deserves blame, but I don't think the rich guy is faultless either. Thus I wouldn't give him a beer.

Women COULD have agency, but they are not raised to use it. If women didn't have agency they shouldn't be allowed to vote or have choice in sex or marriage. Since we live in a system that allows them to exercise these choices, they have agency in that system. No, I believe women are raised to use their agency. They are just exercising their agency in an "uncivilized" way to their short-term personal gain at the expense of everything else. Rat race to the bottom and I will not participate in it.

motherboard and processor were pulling too much power from a CPU The CPU is the processor, did you mean PSU? The 8-pin EPS connector is rated to handle 240W continuous without melting or fire. Your processor is not likely to draw that much anyways unless you are overclocking like I said. Under no circumstance will things go poof unless something is faulty by plugging in an 8-pin only. It sounds like you just had a bum power supply unit. That's not unexpected when its new.

Human error (samples swapped in lab). This one is pretty rare because kits are labeled with barcodes. It is possible that sometimes the lab may accidentally transfer into the wrong well in a plate or something, but we've been automating out the humans in that process too. Marriages are bad for men. It is about maximizing resource extraction from men. I don't mind having my resources (ability to produce things) extracted as long as I receive a fair and equal exchange in return. I GMOW in many respects (not just women) because I don't get what I think I should get based on what I give. If marriage turned back into being a fair deal for men (mostly fix divorce and child support financial slavery), why is it a bad concept?
/r/MGTOW04/05/20 06:54 PM
0

Even without having children, there's benefit in having a partner you can rely on and depend on. For example, when you are married you can be a team and a team has better diversity of skills than its members individually alone and can attack problems in multiple directions at once.
/r/MGTOW04/05/20 06:49 PM
2

I disagree that men have little incentive to marry. I think we (both partners) would all greatly enjoy and benefit from a legally enforced contract. IMO one facet of the problem is that no-fault divorces basically make the marriage contract a sham for the males. The other facet is that we no longer view marriage as a legal contract and transaction. We now marry for "love", whatever the fuck that means.
/r/MGTOW04/05/20 05:40 AM
7

Could you perhaps provide an elaboration of your viewpoint? I find the concept of marriage as a legally enforced contract for two people to enjoy security of loyalty from one another as enforced by the rule of law to be a good concept. Marriage is the keystone to creating a family and further continuing society. The rise of civilization and society is probably the most important driving factor behind how we are able to achieve so much progress until now. What I don't understand is no-fault divor…

Enterprise grade gear is often built to last. However consumer grade electronics are pure garbage. I rarely have a consumer grade laptop where something doesn't crap out within a year. And Apple has been ruining the repairability of those tools too. Your speaker blew? Have to replace the entire keyboard, top of the case, and battery along wit…

I recently adopted a dog over Thanksgiving and he's honestly the best thing in my life I've ever experienced. There's no way I would let him go even if I lost my job or home. If your idea of love growing up with someone included loyalty, a dog is a much better fit than a woman. A dog is loyal because you provide food. A dog is obedient and takes your leadership because it doesn't have the entire world telling it that it can just do whatever the fuck it wants and then get rewarded for being shitt…

These simps need to realize we are the ones saving money! Dont know about other countries but if you look at the US tax laws and insurance costs for single people it is fucking depressing. I'm literally being legally robbed to pay for simps and cucks.

I think this is fake. Modern tires are extremely abrasion resistant, your average tire goes something like 40k-50k miles before needing to be replaced. It would take more sandpaper than the weight of that car to abrade a new tire down to the point it had no tread.

He still laments that cars today don't have large nickle bumpers. I still see tons of pickup trucks where I can read my license plate off their nickel plated bumper reflections. I wonder how much fuel they burn just carrying those things around.

Learning about MGTOW has absolutely opened my eyes about how depressed my dad is and how crazy my mother is. All the things written here about solipsism and narcissism of women are true and I'm reminded of it every day.

Learning to do your own vehicle maintenance and repair pays dividends in helping you avoid being raped by unscrupulous service advisors. Also since you do the work yourself, you know it is done right. Almost all but the super luxury shops almost always make their money by doing repairs fast. They don't tend to follow the manufacturer's repair guide or take the time to make sure to pay attention to details like put all the bolts back in. Literally one time I had an alignment issue with my car and…

To me RedPill is just a psychological model that seems to explain women's sexual behaviors very well. How you choose to respond given the model's prediction is up to you (so-called "strategy"). Understanding the behaviors and motivators for women have really opened my eyes up to the social conditioning above love and sex I grew up with that leads me to being used by society. Now I simply refuse the conditioning and GMOW. I make more money than I have ever made before and I'm not going to use any…

Given that 80% of divorces initiated by women, it's pretty clear that single dads usually didn't become single dads by choice. Why would they want a single mom to repeat that heartache and father someone else's children?

Maybe its just me, but I find the quickest way to get a woman to go away isn't to ignore her or make her jealous... The quickest way to make her go away is to act like a thirsty beta. There's no entertainment value in that though.

I love it when people judge me and claim I'm a loser because I live at home at the age of 32. I can actually buy my own home today and work for another 5 years and have enough to retire at my current lifestyle. Keep up the good work!

I agree, rental vehicles from reputable places are some of the best maintained vehicles in the world, they have impeccable service records (but they might not show it to you) not to mention rental companies have the data to pick the most reliable vehicles too. Unreliable POS cars don't make rental companies money if they spend more time in the garage than they are on the road.

Your salary isn't determined by how much education you have. It's determined by the market demand for your labor. Men often choose the field which yields the highest earnings for their labor.

It's up to the reader to decide if they're illogical or irrational. You shouldn't tell people to disregard his advice just because you believe it is illogical or irrational.

Yeah, that's what multilevel-marketing scammers would have you believe too when all your friends and family are telling you it's a bad idea. The fact that he's bitter and emotional is itself indicative of something. It is of course, up to the reader to draw their own conclusions, but not taking his advice into account would be a shame.

You continue to confuse selective service with drafting. The government will draft people if it needs to. You will go to jail if you dodge the draft. This is regardless of whether or not selective service exists. The goal of selective service is just to streamline the process of drafting citizens should such a need ever arise again. The only injustice right now is that only men are selected.

Why does it suck? There's no downside to doing it if you're confident that a draft will never happen.

I'm pretty sure if we get into a full-blown conventional armed conflict like WW2 we won't have enough numbers. Or look at it this way, If the threat of a draft is zero, then selective service is just an extra form you fill out to get your driver's license. A minor inconvenience at best.
/r/MensRights28/01/13 01:32 PM

That's because there isn't a draft. No one is being pressed into military service currently. If we get into a large-scale conflict, a draft may be necessary. If that is the case, then you and I would agree that we would want able-bodied males and females to have equal chance of being selected wouldn't you?

I argue that I can marry her, and that's because I trust her. We are very different people. You seem to be an optimist, that you will find someone you can trust. I'm a highly skeptical person. It's part of how I was brought up on my education as an engineer. Question everything and never take anything for granted. I will just point out that 50% of marriages end up in divorce. That combined with the injustices of the court system (>90% alimony paid by men.... 75-80% divorce initiated by women goi…

I want kids. Marriage makes sense if you're having kids. Don't think that marriage guarantees you have rights to your children. Those can be taken away in a divorce too. That's great if you trust them more than your wife. Of course, which person gets to make decisions? What if they disagree? Do they really know you all that well? It's a lot clearer with a trustworthy wife who really knows you. That's the whole underlying assumption isn't it? That the stakes are too high for you to be entrusting …

You'll have parental rights over your children if your wife dies. Why do you need parental rights if you don't plan on having any children. If you want to adopt one, you can also assign a guardian for them. Inheritance of shared assets if your wife dies. I already have enough of my own assets, I don't need to inherit more. Not to mention I'll probably be the bringing more assets into any marriage. Income tax deductions (depending on circumstances). They add up. This is what I don't understand ab…

I suppose you have to define what you mean by egalitarianism. For example, men have physiological advantages when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. If you measured equality as equal numbers in our infantry forces, then no, I would not agree with egalitarianism. However, if you used some performance-based metric that is actually related to combat (how many push-ups, pull-ups, miles you can run... etc) and not make an allowance just for gender, I'd agree with egalitarianism.

For most. However, now that I'm a graduate student, I don't EVER use the skills I was taught back in high school. My mother taught me all the essentials before I even entered high school (algebra, basic newtonian physics, reading, etc). The only thing I do remember is orchestra, but you don't need school for that.

No one here is trying to censor speech. He made a request for his mother to stop. If his mom doesn't like it, she can keep using "penis", not hit her son. "assault" oh give me a break, this sub and you all are hilarious. Where do you guys get this from??? We get it from the dictionary: an intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact.

He politely asked her to stop. She slapped him. How is this a reasonable response? Regardless of whether his request was reasonable, it doesn't justify physical assault.
