I saw a study showing that from 38 onward men get roughly twice the likes women do on dating apps. Also men have thicker skin which is why their faces tend to get less wrinkled with age. This is a good point. I will edit it to include this. I used to use a 300 surplus personally and saw good results like that. Granted I was skinny when I first bulked and was doing three sports. But I think your logic about starting close to maintenance then slowly increasing it makes more sense considering the rate of muscle gain. I tend to agree with him. There is a plethora of MGTOW content encouraging men to avoid marriage and cohabitation. Thus, instead of spending time thinking more about women should we not focus on self improvement and satisfaction?
