If you spent less time on the internet building a victim complex and more time in reality you would know that this is already extremely common despite the fact that the concept of linking movember to cancer research is fairly new and certainly not as entrenched as something like breast cancer awareness in October. If you want to build awareness at your university feel free to get one of your student groups to send out an email like this one.
