Leave him. Not worth wasting your fertile years on a loser. Met my husband online during Covid, we’re apart for two years due to not getting vaccinated. Got engaged our first time meeting, within 6 months he was on a work visa in my country. Married 6 months later.

I am horrified by how easily the topic comes up & how little people seem bothered by it. I just make it known that I see abortion as murder & they usually shut up because they think I’m an idiot, or they press harder in which I just leave. I don’t want to fight about it because I don’t care, and I’m not changing my beliefs on it.

I don’t believe in love at first sight. I do believe that attraction grows. When I first met my husband he was so nerdy.. think plaid shorts & a striped top (but all different colours). He was 5’6 and about 130lbs, short awkward haircut etc.. He was so funny & charming that I didn’t even really notice. He wasn’t exactly my type, but his personality definitely was. Being his first gf, I was obviously able to give him the “woman’s touch”. So we changed up his style, he grew a mullet & beard (sexy!…

It all comes down to the fact that you cannot and will not be able to meet your children’s needs the same way a man can. Children need and thrive with intact homes. How do you plan to make 200k annually and still raise these children? Will you be paying for someone else to raise them? Someone else to cook for them? Someone else to clean up after and bathe them? Motherhood isn’t something you can just collect as another notch in your belt imo. You need to have a serious talk with this man.. “I wa…

My comment got removed for being low effort. I have worked with children for many years now. I can pinpoint without prompting which children do not have fathers at home. I know I am not alone in this ability. I have also written some papers for uni on the effects of fatherless homes. They stopped studying it around the 90’s.. go figure.. Children without fathers are more likely to go to jail. Children without fathers are less likely to graduate high-school, even less likely to go to university. …

I asked him what his goals were & how we was planning on achieving them. He said he wanted a SAHW and someone who would homeschool his children. I asked him how we was going to pay for this, he told me about his savings, stocks, career goals, salary, job prospects etc.. I also saw in his character. He spends 0 on himself & has never ever said no to me. He is very frugal and wise, but he does so in hopes of spoiling me. Paid for dates, paid to fly across the globe to see me, dropped everything to…

There are definitely medical-esque jobs you can look into that aren’t medical school for sure. Nursing might be more your speed as you won’t be on call or doing 15hr shifts etc.. you could even do labour and delivery, or family clinic so it’s only open for a set time etc.. I would start asking him things like: What does marriage look like to you? What did your parents marriage look like? What are things that you admire about your friends/Family marriages? What are your goals in terms of having a…

I think he was perfectly valid and honest, and I commend him for that. However, sounds like you’re now a placeholder for him until he finds “the one”. He will leave you once he finds a woman who is going to settle down and give him children. It’s perfectly normal & unproblematic to want a woman who stays home or works low-stress work. I don’t believe women were created to manage the high-stress most careers provide. If I were a man, I wouldn’t want to be with a woman in medicine either tbf.. Med…

I think the more disconnected they are from labour the harder time they will have transitioning into fatherhood & putting the wife and babes needs first. A lot of men have a difficulty moving into this new phase. They seem to make life infinitely more difficult for women after birth. Some even become extremely jealous of the baby, and demand a healing woman do things she simply cannot. My husband tells me everyday how badass I am for carrying his baby. We made the baby together, and we’re gonna …

My husband cried when I told him we were expecting & I just know he’s going to be a mess when the baby is born. He is not easily phased or moved by much, but he sobbed at our wedding & I can’t imagine he won’t LOSE IT when he gets to hold the baby.

They don’t understand because you’re not telling them. I would save this choice for when you’re actually married & pregnant. When I’m scared or in pain, I naturally want no one by my husband. Before I was married, that role was my fathers.

Men have been allowed in the delivery rooms since the late 1950’s ish here. I think that probably correlates to the increase in “marrying for love” too. Women and men are marrying their best friends & experiencing life together. Most men are given the honour to cut the umbilical cord or even catch the baby. My husband and I spend every waking moment together. We have other friends, but when we’re out, we both just cannot wait to get home to each other. We have similar humour, hobbies, interests,…

What about him seeing you birth makes you uncomfortable? Has your husband ever given you the impression that he is grossed out by pregnancy/labour/periods etc..? Is he the type of guy who is going to be mad you don’t bounce back in 6 months? My husband buys my tampons and has even put on my yeast infection cream for me when my stomach was too big to reach. My dad was the same for my mother. My FIL was horrified that women have periods.

The fathers reaction to birth is always so amazing in photos. I tear up thinking about how my husband will be during the process. I love the pictures. It’s important for men to experience this too imo. It’s life changing for everyone. I couldn’t imagine not having my husband there. He put it in there, he can watch it come out lol

This is how I feel too. Sounds like the relationship is very surface. Or at least this is how you keep it surface. Why is she nervous for her man to see her birth his child.. what has he said and done to make her feel insecure!!

Absolutely not. If he cannot commit, he cannot have you. End of. Don’t let a man play with your heart like this. We all know you’re secretly hoping you can fix or change him. You cannot. He will destroy you & any bit of self worth and confidence you had. He wants to go to Europe and have a sex-fest, and then come back home to you ready to cook his dinner and wash his laundry. He is a loser.

I would slim down some, but my husband likes that MILF/BBW/Mommy Milkers vibe so he’d be sad lol. They say men with higher anxiety naturally lean towards chubbier women. No wonder he hasn’t had a panic attack since we got married 🤣.

I find all this stuff so strange. Yeah, you’ll never be as pretty as you were as a teenager or early 20’s, but that doesn’t matter when you find the right guy. My husband loves me, he’s into chubby girls & lucky for him, I’m (23) fat & pregnant at the same time. I’m not scared of ageing and I think it’s strange that women are. You see so many couples who are so deeply in love until they’re in the 90’s. My husband is going bald and he’s 29. I’m not ready to trade him in! I think a lot of this is …

I don’t mean to come off as harsh, but give your head a wee wobble and be honest with yourself here. It will hurt, but it will help you in the long run.. Reading through these comments, seems like you’re prone to picking very shitty men.. You need to stop focusing on what men can give you monetarily and actually focus on the quality of the man. It doesn’t matter if he can give you XYZ when you aren’t being treated like a human. If you are routinely attracting shitty men who will: knock you up an…

I think this is the alternative for not being married yet.. If I am going over to his, I might pick us up a quick dinner or some snacks on the way. However, if it’s a “date date” he will pay. Generally our 50/50 is he buys the food, I spend the time cooking it 😋.

Doing 50/50 with a fiancé is weird imo. You kinda set yourself up for this disappointment by allowing that to be the standard. He IS saving for your wedding and his house renovations. Obviously he isn’t in the position to want to be spending money on dates unless they’re affordable. I don’t see an issue with you treating him to dinner and drinks.. his comment was a sarcastic joke if anything. NOT worth getting mad over, especially if you’ve set this standard in your relationship. Are you both go…

I’m in the same boat as you! I’m 21, and going into my 4th year of a geography degree. Me completing my degree is more of a rite of passage than anything else at this point. I’ve worked in an office, I’ve worked in a classroom, and I’ve waitressed.. all of these experiences have shown me that I am more than willing to sacrifice the luxuries for peace of mind. I love love love boots, and I adore heels. I’d wear them often but I always worry about making my man feel less than. He is only 168cm (5’6) which is the same height as me. I’m torn between wearing what I like (which he always encourages me to) or trying to avoid what could hurt him or his pride. It’s a tough battle out here for a short king having woman.

He is emotionally and verbally abusive. He has a complete disregard for your mental condition. His is clearly an alcoholic. Why on earth would you stay with a joke of a man? You’re not even married to him. He’s a BOYFRIEND. Toss his stuff on the curb and find a better one. “But I love him” No, you’re emotionally dependent on him. It’s not the same, and talk to a therapist. Your anxiety while leaving him will be bad, but your anxiety while staying with him will be far worse. He will NOT change un…

Firstly, I’m not going to “grill” you on your past as much as others might. The most important thing here is that you recognise how awful your past was, and now how hard you’re trying to walk into a new lifestyle. You cannot undo your past, but being repentant over it is a start, and all you really can do about it (on top of encouraging future women to not take the path you did). I will warn you though, that many RP understand that there is a prototype of women who are promiscuous in their young…

It sounds like it’s a cultural thing.. do you have the same background? I know some Middle Eastern and Asian cultures are VERY big on this fighting over the bill thing. It could be a way that communicates care and love in his community… If that isn’t the case.. Modern men are often times lazy, cheap, and lacking in gentleman-like qualities. It should be an honour to pay for your meals, because if he won’t, I’m sure there’s lots of men who WOULD. I think you should clarify why he believes this, a…

My boyfriend STUNK at communicating. He was 26 and it was his first relationship. His family have a very “sweep of under the rug” mindset when it comes to conflict because they’re all whacked 🤪. We had our first fight over a lack of communication and time… since then he realised that I actually WANTED to talk to him.. talk to him and let him know you want to talk to him or hangout more.

Firstly, there is NOTHING wrong with not having sex before marriage. However, not discussing sex before marriage is where many Red Pill/Christian/Traditional women go wrong. I’m sure there any many other women who can resonate with you on this topic. So many of us are taught that sex is shameful or taboo, and that’s not the case. Sex is fun and healthy. It’s required to have a healthy relationship (obviously not the case for health conditions etc..). An open marriage is cringe and dumb-pilled. T…

I understand how you feel about loneliness in your aspirations. I was often made fun of for my faith and desires growing up in public school. I once had a Muslim classmate snatch and then hold a lighter to my Bible. You’re definitely not alone, but it CAN feel lonely at times. Stick around communities that have similar values to you, you’ll find more joy there. One day you might even find a husband. You still have lots of time, but I understand the feeling of time ticking. I felt that too.

I (21F) just want to provide comfort for you because I was in the same boat of hating singleness and desiring to be a homemaker and wife. It was something I knew I wanted since I was a kid, but because I’m a pretty unique person, I figured it’d be impossible to find anyone who I could stand, let alone who could stand me. I can also be fairly analytical and nerdy. I like talking about theology, politics, childcare theory, and whatever else people will let me get my hands on in a conversation... I…

I understand the need to look feminine and healthy, but I can’t stand this whole dogpile thing men do if a woman who has had children is softer around the edges. I couldn’t imagine marrying a man who would be disgusted with me and my body for serving and bearing him children. It’s so unfathomable. My fiancé does what feels like earthly worship. Men are being forced into a submissive role by society. You either submit or you “get 0 bitches”. You see this disparity when women want men who serve their beck and call in day to day life, but then want to be choke slammed by these emasculated men in the bedroom. Women WANT dominant men, and women will be more sexually and mentally attracted to you if you ARE dominant. We women try to get away with as much as we can. This is why as a man you’re expected to keep women in check. Men have a speci…

There is a difference between worldly submission and biblical submission. As a Christian, I hope you can see that Satan is attacking the family structure. Obeying God’s natural order is the strongest way a Christian can stand against Satan and his grip on humanity. We live in very scary times, so the unity between a man and his wife is crucial to hold steady. Most importantly, a Christian marriage brings forth beautiful Christian children. Our twisted view on submission comes from an attempt to …

I just want to say, I GET IT. I was like this too before I started digging deeper into the Christian feminine woman. I’m definitely a work in progress still. If he has expressed that he enjoys working and providing for you, why not let him have the honour and privilege of doing so? A man might not admit it, but it generally hurts their pride when a woman tries to assume the masculine role (even if she is unaware) 1.5. There’s a few things to unpack here.. You are very clearly addicted to porn. I’m happy to see that you are willing to admit that. You need to speak to a professional if this is causing severe damage in your life. You need to come clean and be transparent with your fiancé. He NEEDS to know because it’s HIS sex life too. He might not need to know what you watch, but he should know how frequently and how severe your addiction is. 3 & 4. You have to decide to stop. You are unable to be helped if you…

Low Body Count > high body counts communicate low standards high body counts communicate low impulse control high body counts communicate low self-respect Sexual urges and lust are so prominent in men. An inability to control and master such urges is a sign of weakness and imo emasculating. My partner and I were each others first. It was SO fun seeing him come into his own and really master his trade. It’s part of the bonding that sex brings. I wouldn’t miss out on that for the world.

On first & second dates I generally stick to water. If they order alcohol I will follow suit (I may order a side water to go with). A man has to make it to date 3 to unlock pop privileges with me 🤭. I agree with what someone else said.. ordering fancy drinks isn’t some innate personality trait you have. It’s most likely just a habit. You shouldn’t be getting overly tipsy on a date to begin with. He seems to seek a lot of validation from you. From now on out, I think you should prioritise validating his feelings and letting him know that you DO love spending time with him. However, men need to be around other men. You need to push for the idea of a weekly lads night. Be it down at the pub, you two hosting the lads for football & video games, or whatever they like to do. Try to explain to him that you need girl time as much as he will need boy time. Someone explained the “need to miss him…

Once I took a step back from the “Girlies✨💖” group chat my relationship changed so much. Women often escalate things as opposed to the general masculine solution based response. Ladies… keep your business OUT of that group chat. You don’t need other women telling you how to feel about your man.

My fiancés favourite dish is shepherds pie 🫠. I could cook the Taj Mahal of dishes and he would be just as excited about them as he would about a pie.. even the ones out of boxes 😐. I think you need to communicate that words of affirmation are very valuable and important to you. He probably IS impressed, and I’m confident he is bragging about your cooking to others. The most logical thing to assume here is that he is forgetting that you need to HEAR this praise. In his mind it’s probably already…

If you enjoy reading literature, I suggest you and your partner reading “The Exemplary Husband” by Stuart Scott together. Afterwards, if you’re keen, “The Excellent Wife” by Martha Peace. Peace’ works are “controversial” in the sense that it’s all about traditional femininity (something that isn’t viewed highly these days)… Both books will answer questions you have about why these women stick by “not so great” men.. They are religious literature, but “The Exemplary Husband” sets out a very stabl…

I want to start off in saying that sexual abuse & assault will NEVER be your fault. No one would ever choose such trauma willingly, and it very common for children who have been abused to struggle with hyper-sexuality because of it. You ARE forgivable, and you ARE forgiven.
