My personal experience has been in the Saarland and in B-W, in Heidelberg and Stuttgart, a little bit in Oldenburg (Niedersachsen?) | 2 | Is this really true for Germany?It's not quite that bad but they really are pretty reserved. Also, Berlin is in the North where people are even more fucking reserved. If you read Roosh's Denmark posts that's what North Germany is like, but not as bad. In the South people are more fun, easier to open, and more relaxed.
