For me, eating cruelty free is an ethical choice more than a nutritional choice. It is very easy and cheap for me to buy some b12 supplements or get 100-200g / protein per day, making most of your criticisms of non-meat diets a non issue for me.

Pretty much the best case you can find for meat being healthy is that is "not necessarily causing cancer' or 'not necessarily a lot worse than a plant based diet'. That is your best case scenario. Worst case would be things that are almost universally accepted by things like the American Cancer Society about the harmful effects of over eating meat.

I get why its funny. It doesn't require too much imagination to see how we do this via Facebook, and our eyes judging a person's clothing, physique etc and basically making a quick judgement on what kind of life they live. If we could do that via scent, I'm sure we would.
